Lol. You mean the same Ibadan that robbers plunged into my brother's apartment and carted away with laptops and vital documents. Police came and offered him advice on how to be a good boy; that since he's working he can get another one. Worse off all, they requested for transportation fare back to their station.

Agents on the Mainland are different from agents on the Island. In Lekki, it's 10% any day but on the Mainland, expect hell charges.

Christianity EtcBrazil Wants African Religions In Rio's Athletes Village by NifemiOlu(op): 6:59am On Jul 12, 2016
RIO DE JANEIRO (AP) — Religions of African origin should be represented in the ecumenical center of the athletes village for the Rio de Janeiro Games, Brazilian federal public defenders have told city hall and Olympic organizers.

Public defender Edison Santana told The Associated Press on Monday that his recommendation is based on the fact that only Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism and Buddhism are currently included.

Rio Games organizers said other services could be provided, but so far haven't replied officially to the public defenders.

Santana said the recommendation is a way to settle the issue without a lawsuit and that organizers have 10 days to respond.

"None of the faiths chosen to be in the athletes village comes from Africa, and that bothered followers of those religions in Brazil," Santana said. "I am sure we will come to a reasonable solution, it is not a complicated thing to do. But we will take action if necessary."

Organizers said in a statement that there won't be religious exclusion at the games.

"The interreligious center of the village will be open to leaders of different religions as long as it is requested by an athlete," the statement said.

Official figures from 2010 show that out of 200 million inhabitants Brazil has almost 600,000 followers of African religions, such as Candomble, which was developed in the 19th century by Brazil's slave populations. Santana said the recommendation is based on religions of African origin, but it also goes for other smaller faiths as well.

About 10,500 athletes are expected at the Olympics, from Aug.5 to 21. The vast majority of those will stay at the athletes village.

Nairaland taught me to move from my comfort zone and meet new people.... well, I met new people and those people (girls) you would never know they have connections oo as in young girls between 25-30, working in global organizations, controlling big things and even responsible for themselves...
I am finally employed and the pay is nice and the resumption time is 11am....what can I say.... My parents and siblings go enjoy me die atleast before I start having other responsibilities to cater for... God bless you
This is why I pity people who throw insults on Nairaland

Nigeria Educational System use CGPA while UK and other European Universities use point system. What OP meant was that he got a 4.00 CGPA in his Masters.
Of course. What I'm trying to imply is, for example, that I had a 3.34 CGPA in my undergraduate programme and have 60 points in my Masters, Nigerian universities use CGPA for undergraduate programmes and points for Postgraduate programmes. Well, maybe I'm missing something.

What this op said is total crap. I got a job in this country without knowing anyone. He is just a spoilt brat who I believe got his grades by his father helping him sort lecturers. Make a good CV, search for jobs on the internet, upgrade your knowledge where necessary, and above all be hopeful and prayerful. Not everybody has a father who is influential. I am sure his father had to work for his own success.
Lol. He has 4. stuff in Masters. I don't even understand that. Masters is graded in 2 digits (except there's a certain arrangement for Architecture) e.g 60 points which qualifies one for PhD or 55-59 points which makes one eligible for MPhil.
I don't understand his 4. thingy. Maybe that's why he's suggesting one cannot a job without connections.
