A recent write up said the rate of migration into Akure is at extremely high levels, people are moving there very fast. It is not known where most of the migrants are coming from.

I just saw an article which estimated the population of Akure to be 1.8 million by 2015. I don't know if that happened, but perhaps a new city should be created to absorb increasing immigration levels.

Always go by what you display or type, not what you wish to see (delusion).

Those are the actual indicators of psychological problems.

I am from Kogi state And I was in far away Ibadan when it happened to me...

Wanted to get some cash from ATM so I had to join the queue.

Together, they came..Two guyz who joined the queue but behind me.....

I sneezed and that was when the second guy after me told the guy nearest to me to shift away from me....

In my local language, he said: "This Yoruba boy wen stand for our front don go Smoke weed finish come dey sneeze for people body"

Mynd44; Lalasticlala
Did you reply in your language?

I heard of a Nigerian lady who was mistaken for a foreigner perhaps in England and some Nigerian men were mocking and insulting her in Yoruba, not knowing she could understand what they said (she was Yoruba). She then proceeded to insult and curse the living daylights out of them in their own language and they were so shocked they shamefacedly and quietly exited or something.

like i said, mediocre. There is no nigerian city that is beautiful. With all the open gutters, untarred roads, narrow streets and refuse filled streets you wan use form beautiful. Abegiiii.
There is a deceptively serene atmosphere which draws people in cheesy

Two things i am sure about the op amd the pictures up there. One, op has never travelled to any western countries. Two, these pictures look like road that usually leads to the government house in any nigerian state capitals. Mediocre.
The contrast with other Nigerian towns and cities is what usually wows most people.

But I think Abuja, parts of Lagos, and some other places especially in the north, have the kind of curb appeal folks are looking for. Perhaps Enugu as well (going by the pictures I see on nl)?
Politics › Re: Beautiful Pictures And Video Of Akure, Ondo State Capital (pics, Video) by nlPoster: 4:34pm On Nov 18, 2019
Everybody is always fascinated with Akure when they first go there, however I think that's because of the contrast with other Nigerian cities which are overcrowded.

You people have been going on about fathering other men's children for ages now.

So, with all your superior spying and monitoring skills, you're still embarrassingly unable to figure out how to stop your women cheating on you? huh

Because you do boast a lot about how you have remote viewing of other people yet you can't remote view your own selves and are always asking cyberspace what to do about your cheating girlfriends or wives.

then you are not mature person, so allow mature people to do their thing.
In your warped worldviews, maturity is opening misogynistic threads and inviting your fellow bigots to bash women as usual? huh Would you die if you just kept your miserable opinions about women or any woman to yourself?

I thought there was talk of a hate speech bill, hope money has not been spent on that because it's being ignored.

crackhaus:
Complete lack of responsibility.
I believe most females are not taught to take charge of their own lives and accept responsibility for anything that happens to them.

Teenage girls blame their parents for being too controlling, single adult girls blame men for sexualizing them, married women blame husbands for problems in the marriage, divorced women blame society for judging them, I am dead meeting my maker and blaming him for making me in a cruel world.
Do you ever not resist the chance to bash women and wish them evil?

Obviously, you have mother issues, but why are you bitter at women in general? What did your mother do to you?

Exodus 22:26-27

If ever you take your neighbor's cloak in pledge, you shall return it to him before the sun goes down, for that is his only covering, and it is his cloak for his body; in what else shall he sleep? And if he cries to me, I will hear, for I am compassionate.

op, let me ignore your previous vulgar behaviour and respond to your post:

UnknownJr:
1. ■ Constant lateness to church services and meetings. It proves that your love for God and the things of the Kingdom has grown cold.
Deuteronomy 11:14 - then I will send rain on your land in its season

2.■ Refusing to sit where the ushers direct you to sit, it's a sign of pride. Stop it.
Romans 14: 3,4 Let not the one who eats despise the one who abstains, and let not the one who abstains pass judgment on the one who eats, for God has welcomed him. Who are you to pass judgment on the servant of another? It is before his own master that he stands or falls. And he will be upheld, for the Lord is able to make him stand.

3. ■ Always running out to pick calls with your phone ringing out so loud. Switch off or mute your phone as soon you get to church.‍♀
Answer: remind people to switch off their phones if necessary.

2. ■ Receiving calls repeatedly during every church services. It shows where your heart, your values and priorities are. Stop it.
Depends on what the calls are for. Leisure or work?

5. ■ Chewing gum or sleeping in church during sermon. Remember the church is neither a cinema hall nor a hotel. Please show reverence to your maker.‍♀
Most people who chew gum in church, stop the habit sooner or later. Sleeping during sermon- not new, also not a sin.

6. ■ Sitting down during prayer or praise/worship session without any medical or health reasons. This makes you look very odd and unspiritual. Stop it.‍♂
I dont believe this happens frequently.

7. ■ Always looking at the church clock or your wrist watch during church hours insinuating that church should close. Please stop it.⌚
You are monitoring people too much in order to judge them instead of focusing on the service.

8. ■ Chatting and playing games on your phone during church service. It shows you are not spiritual. Please stop it.
How often have you observed this? Pray for whoever you see doing that.

9. ■ Always leaving the church before closure for no particular appointment, making others who choose to stay till the end of service feel they don't know what to do with their time. Stop it.‍♀
This is a mind your own business.

10. ■ Gathering outside the church with other members to gossip or discuss football and politics whilst worship service is going on. Stop it.‍♂

Engage them so they don't consider football and politics more interesting.

GoodMuyis:
Orderliness: 1 Corinthians 14:40

The congregation will be w/o orderliness if everyone chooses to be introvert and sit anywhere.

If you don't listen to the ushers then you are not humble.
1 Corinthians 14:30

If any thing be revealed to another that sitteth by, let the first hold his peace.
Note the bolded.
