Really? IPOB is now in charge of every assault on police in the land..?? see sense

Sounds more like the Northerner playbook. When you fear the people are seeing Govt as the problem. Start to pit different groups against each other..

Divide and rule, it wont work tho.. Buhari started this when he sent soldiers to attack and murder unarmed protestors at Lekki..

Bokoharam in NorthEast.(More resources)
Herdsmen in MiddleBelt

IPOB in Southeast
Hoodlums in SouthWest and all over the country

This is the time Nigerian politicians need to embrace the truth, Nigeria has evolved whether we like it or not ... The should promote citizen oriented programmes and stop scamming their own people ...

One National Assembly is enough for the entire Nigeria with atmost 10 representation from each state cutting across each ethnic groups ..

Political office holders should reduce their salaries and allowances by 60% ..

cost of governance should be reduced by 50%

Minimum wage should be increased to atleast #70,000 ....

The Northern Nigeria should stop her expansionary exploitation because if South/MiddleBelt should unite against North, All Chickens shall roast ...

When you give your people animal treatment, you see Animals when you treat them like Human , you see Human ...

if care is not taken and third columnist should come in , Nigeria is going Somalia, Libya and Sudan ...

How can a President block the borders, Fulani herdsmen killing our farmers and you now increase cost of foods and items via increase in pump price of fuel price ...

Wicked people begets wicked leaders , wicked leaders begets wicked people ... Black race is somehow a kinda "scourge" to the African planet... We need the Caucasians to shows us how to be civil and respect ourselves , how to be fair to ourselves!!
I was with you until you said

Their definition of bad politicians is Tinubu, Sanwo-Olu and PMB. All politicians in the potopoto region are saints. They neither loot nor kill. Even the wannabe VP who has been caught funding and police brutality is a saint on Ipob dictionary.

So when they see a post that insults both APC and PDP, they're in confusion. They don't know whether to comment positively or negatively.

As you can see, they've resorted to calling the woman a prostitute.

But if she was insulting APC only they'll be shouting leave the messenger and tackle the message.

You see a big problem with buhari is his illiteracy, but the biggest problem he has is the horde of unintelligent Fulani fellas he's surrounded with. How anybody in the world of 2020 will deny a deliberate MASSACRE by the military and thinks he/she can deceive the world about it is just beyond me.

Does Buahari and those his army of unintelligent almajiris think the world is Katsina or Ira-agbiji in Osun state where you throw wads of #200 note to voters and get them to do your will?

In 2018, during the drive of Fulani terrorists genocide in the middle belt region, Buhari sent his online urchins to deny that what was going on is a genocidal attempt by the Fulanis, rather that it is a casual farmers/herders clashes. But most Unfortunately despite the fact that lives where lost these online urchins accepted a token of blood money in order to deny what was obvious. But did that deceive the world? Absolutely NO! Just a year later the US slammed him (Buhari) with charges of ethnic cleansing, put many govt officials on travel list, placed Nigeria on special watchlist and now they about sanctioning Nigeria officially.

Any intelligent person seeing what happened in 2018 would have adviced the ingnoble regime of Buhari to thread softly, but no, the almajiri north who do not have any bit of sense urged him to shoot at armless protesters. Now that the videos of the military massacre are everywhere the same thinkless almajiris are try hard to deny it. But not so fast! The world doesn't start and end on the internet. Already many civil societies, including Amnesty international and others have submitted petition to the US state department giving account of what transpired that day, and even the videos taken by DJ Switch must have been carefully scrutinized, many evidences have also been culled and checked and now the verdict is that there was a MASSACRE at Lekki tollgate.

So for the BMC crew and the pay per post online warriors, I tell you, you've only to enjoy the monies you are paid, after all it's yours. But tell your ogas the truth that next time they should tread cautiously, because this world is not the same as when Obasanjo committed the Odi massacre, nor is it the same as the time of the Nigerian civil war.

A lot has changed and if buhari doesnt change course, best believe the next protest will consume him and Nigeria.

obviously it's a waste of time engaging a baby like you but since you love history you should do well studying how your proposition has helped countries like Libya, Syria etc... young man one beauty of democracy is that it helps to ensure a peaceful change of leadership and that is the best option for any sensible person to explore
Another fact for you jackass.. Most countries in the world didnt industrialise as democracies...

So much for the greatness of democracy. Democracy is the best of a bad bunch of systems. It needs to be adjusted to reflect the underlying realities of a given population.

Nigeria's democracy is broken otherwise we wouldnt be having this discussion. So it needs to be reformed or razed to the ground completely.. Since the old elites are dragging their feet, it will have to be the latter.

Also what do Syria and Libya have in common? Islam

That is the only threat to a nigerian regime change being successful...

It is one of the reasons why I am not keen on the Hausa and Fulani. Their regressive religion is more likely to hold them back as a people.

Based on the economic differences between North and South, that already appears true for Nigeria as well..

Which is why I regret to say they will have to play a backseat in the new Nigeria.. If they wont do it willingly, they will need to be made to do it forcefully..

Great points...

However, you can agree with me that this is not the only nation with poor people coexisting in the midst of wealthy entrepreneurs!!!

There is a clear difference between revolting against the corrupt wealthy and maliciously plundering the sweat of others! This is beyond life station or statuses... This is a glaring absence of morality!!!

In a moral society the poor in such times will even help safeguard the properties of the non corrupt wealthy, with clear distinctions made.
I am with you.

Seizing Pallatives needlessly held by greedy state govt no problem...

Attacking and looting the homes of corrupt senators no problem.

But I agree with you, if they steal from their fellow hard working Nigerians struggling to survive or say from Shoprite to get TVs I am much less understanding..

The reason why the poor in other nations dont behave like this is because either they are oppressed like a lot of poor in Africa are or at least they know they govt is trying like Vietnam or Chile..

Here our government had more resources at their disposal than any of the countries I cited, but they either stole ir or squandered it..

Nigeria has been broken for some time and will take sometime to heal..

If the govt acts wisely I reckon they can heal these wounds otherwise it will probably get worse..

So far Buhari and his crew have only made things worse..

You mean the poor who made it a point of duty to loot and destroy businesses owned by non government individuals who also happen to employ their fellow poor?!!... Such poor people are worse than their leaders. This is wickedness!!! This witchcraft!!! Poverty is no excuse for such evil!!!

These ones will do far worse if they have bigger opportunities.
I am actually wealthy and I always say but for the grace of the poor go I..

Look their condition is because of bad governance. You don't see the poor of UAE (aka Dubai/Abu Dhabi or Singapore ) acting like this.

Why? because great leaders like Sheik Al Maktoum and Lee Kuan Yew developed their nations so all benefited and had a good chance at life.

In Nigeria the political class and their rich cronies have done little for the average Nigerian. So if they finally revolt and take what they feel is theirs so be it.

I have posted many a times that I have warned family members that simply saying I am fine is not enough. All must have a fair chance to prosper in Naija and they dont..

So I cannot blame a poor man if he seizes what he believes is his. I can condemn a rich man for not sharing and trying to accumulate even more; that's just greed a sin in almost all religions..

Scenarios of Nigeria's disintegration

Phase 1. People protest

Phase 2. Government repress protesters. Soldiers fire live ammunition into crowds killing protesters.

Phase 3. Mob retaliate and burn down government and political leader assets.

Phase 4. Army and police withdraw due to international pressure to guard their own barracks only.

Phase 5. Mob go after assets and houses of prominent political leaders. Politicians flee abroad with their families.

Phase 6. Mob go after assets and lives of middle class or anyone that has semblance of wealth. Estates housing the middle classes are attacked. Remember no more police or army to protect them.

Phase 7. Full scale war as opportunists with group interests and egos to live up to take over. Competing interests and internecine wars end up tearing the country apart.

Phase 8. Refugees flee the country in thousands to become beggars in neighboring countries

Phase 9. This is not 1960s- external forces will not quell the fighting. The internal wars will be a continuous recurring decimation. With no uniting force ( no military or police or politicians)- Libya scenario.

The middle class is what runs Nigeria. It is Nigeria's payload and must be preserved by all means

This looting and carnage should just stop before Nigeria falls into full scale anarchy and civil war

Also the middle class in Nigeria either died or left the country long ago.

Hardly, I dont think people like you have realised the game has changed..

The Northern elites already lost the South East, but with the Lekki Tollgate Massacre they lost the South West.

With that the political landscape and balance has shifted..

The political elites realised this immediately, so first they tried denial (that failed).

Then they tried the usual politics of division (attempting to pit Yoruba against Igbo) That has also failed..

Be honest have you ever seen Nigeria like this, where the common man defies the govt so openly, ceasing pallatives and attacking the homes of senators..

The old game is over the Hausa/Fulani domination of the political system is at an end..

And perhaps rightfully so...
