Still not a worthy upgrade, should've given us the X30, but i won't blame Tecno for that since mediatek had production issues with the x30 and P25 was it's closest.

The GPU is not determined by infinix, it's determined by mediatek the processor maker, the last Mali GPU used by mediatek was the T880, it now uses Power VR GPU for the high end chips.

There's no x35 chip. X30 is also unlikely as mediatek had issues in it's production and so far only 2 phones have had the opportunity to use this chip.

iPhones are cool, but iOS sucks. I'd advise you buy the Samsung S8. The S8+ is unnecessarily big and bulky, the plain S8 will be good enough.

Nice video review, i just wish we got a helio X30 processor instead of the P25, the phone would be at least 40% faster. However, i'd prefer if you compared to more recent phones like the S7 or iphone 7, coz iphone 6 is almost 4yrs old so it's an unfair comparison.

Hey Dickson, on your site you say it's got an x30 chip but other sources say it's the P25. I really need clarification with this since both chips have a maximum 2.6Ghz.

Most fake powerbanks are labeled Samsung or apple, so take care when u see such.

So apparently they used a Helio P25 processor. I'm a bit disappointed since i expected them to use the x30 or at the very least the x27. I think shifting from the X series to the P series was a major downgrade. Also i noticed that the battery was reduced to 3500mah, but with this i have no problem.

I didn't expect it to be bezel-less either. But that aside, i don't understand your "since it's a mid range smartphone" conclusion. I've seen bezel-less phones with much lower specifications than this.

They have an exclusive partnership with mediatek, don't expect them to use any other chip.

That's a very nice design. Would be even better if it was a metallic body. Otherwise it's good to see itel take the first step into the 2GB Ram and 4G categories.

Design aside, i really hope Tecno used the Helio X30 chipset on this. though i have a feeling we may get an X25 which will be disappointing.

That's a very generic "iPhone-ish" design that we've seen countless times. I don't like it. I also really hope the body isn't made of glass coz only God knows i'd rather have a plastic body than glass.

Didn't know about these. But i'd prefer earphones that go into both sides, this looks like those one side ear pieces.

Clearly this article is aimed at promoting Oraimo but in my view that doesn't matter. The fact is that Oraimo makes very good quality products especially if you're using a Tecno/Infinix/Itel. I have compared it to other accessories by Bull, Golf and Anker and i can say that in most cases Oraimo has proved to be better.
My only issue is with their earphones, they're durable but output is not that great. And i'm not sure if they have wireless earphones/headphones.

Regarding the issue of duplicating, i can say that there are already plenty of duplicates, but the dupes usually don't come in original packaging and don't have serial numbers.

The floppy disk and Headphone jack are two separate things. Even if apple stopped including the headphone jack we still see iphone users buying micro adapters that convert from the USB port to 3.5mm headphone port. In other words they're being inconvenienced for no good reason. Lol.

I've owned wireless earphones before and sometimes it's inconveniencing when your battery drains while you're using them and have to put them aside for an hour as they charge. In my view we need the 3.5mm jack, after all it doesn't stop you from using wireless ones.

These phones are hardly ever from UK, they are usually "recycled" in China. Their batteries never last and need to be replaced ever so often, their chargers are always fake.
They usually don't have the original gorilla glass touch panels, as they are swapped with replicas.
Usually when they are unlocked from carriers, you find that they will work on 3G buy don't support 4G networks in Africa.
These "UK used" phones have lost their waterproofing as a result of people opening them to clean them up or do repairs before selling.
Many have tendency to heat up unnecessarily.
Some have worn out camera lenses, especially those that are over 4years old.
They have tendency to just "Black out" and some times bricked and can't go past the opening logo.

All that aside, if you're lucky you can also find yourself getting a good phone with no issues at all.

My advise is that people stay away from these phones, if you want a good samsung, you'd rather buy a brand new J5 than buying an old s4.

I think the lady just wasn't appetising.

I hope you know that Huawei just broke into top three and overtook apple to be the second largest mobile phones market shareholder.

Huawei makes better flagship phones but if one is considering a cheap mid ranger i'd advise to go for Tecno as they will offer better value for money.

I still don't get how a movie that made over 800m is seen as poor and disappointing. This movie has been rated by critics and fans alike as the best Spider-Man movie ever. If not anything this movie proved the naysayers who thought war of the planet of apes and Dunkirk will crush it at the box office and also it showed that marvel knows what it is doing. Remember this is the 3rd reboot of the Spider-Man franchise in the 21st century, it's truly remarkable that this movie is despite all the criticisms and hate was both critically and financially successful. And iron man wasn't just there to beef up the bank account, he played a pivotal role in Peter's life just like uncle Ben.

No one said it was a bad movie, nor did anyone say it wasn't a financial success. It just didn't meet the expectations of most people. It deserved to be in the billion dollar club. Just imagine if the next Avatar movie only makes 900M total. It would considered a financial success but yet at the same time a disappointment. Spiderman as a franchise is more marketable that any other marvel character and as such, the expectations for his first solo movie under Marvel studios were huge.

I did not dispute the fact that it's the highest grossing. But if u consider the fact that the first spiderman movie of 2002 made 820M at a time when superhero movies were at a low and most international markets like China were negligible, u can then understand my point. Besides if u adjust for inflation, it's still below all the original spidey films.
It's even more disappointing that the studios had to lure in more popular figures like the Ironman and Captain America and yet still the movie struggles just to make it to 900M.

well it also depends on what you're doing with the phone while it's on. If you're browsing or playing games, i'm quite sure it won't make those 12 hrs. If you're just in your phone gallery browsing thru pictures or sending sms texts it could probably make it.
