first of all you were over charged, that phone should have been about 70k. And i think u just saw "samsung" and "snapdragon" and immediately expected a stellar performance which isn't the case. All you can do now is manage it in it's current condition, run as few apps as possible, and free up as much space as possible.

Glass covers easily break, prone to scratches and make the phone shabby with fingerprints. Personally i don't see why this is such a big issue especially since almost every phone user is going to place it in a rubber casing. so wtf is thepoint of fussing over this.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 uses Snapdragon 821, now tell me, can you put the Infinix Note 5 of 2018 with a Mediatek P30 close to a Samsung Galaxy S7 of 2016 with a Snapdragon 821? Please do your research well.

my issue is not necessarily with it's performance, i just feel like it would make the phone unnecessarily expensive for a 3yr old chip.

Just to correct you, it's using android one, not android go. There's a big difference.
U say a 6 inch FHD is the first on an infinix note device, but this is not true since the note 3 also had 6 inch FHD.
I see no issue with plastic body, especially if it helps keep the price low. This is still a mid range phone. If I saw plastic on a "Zero" phone then I' d have issues.
I too have concern with their option to go with a mtk but p23 is a 2018 chip and I'd prefer it over an out dated SD821 as you'd suggested.

Hi guys, yesterday I got a chance to have a look at the latest infinix smart 2, the latest in the "smart" series. Here is a simple breakdown of the specs so far. Pics will be posted later.

Infinix Hot 6 does not come with Snapdragon 425. Later now someone will go and buy it and when he finds out its Mediatek processor he will come here open a thread saying Infinix lied about the specs of their phones, meanwhile its bloggers that post wrong info. Most Tech websites in Nigeria make this mistake, always saying Hot 6 has Snapdragon 425, they are all wrong.

The 1GB ram variant is the one with Mtk processor. the 2gb model has an SD and here he refers to the 2gb model

I'm typing with my Galaxy A5 I bought in January 2016. Na me wreck this phone to the point of even stepping on it sef....the screen don cracking yet the phone still dey bounce dey go!

I bet I'll kiss my Tecno goodbye with the harsh conditions I subject my gadgets to.

I don't buy things for pampering, I buy them to use the hell outta them till they work no more.

1st Phone Galaxy Note1- bought it 2012, used it till 2014 before the irreversible OS upgrade rendered every battery I bought for it useless cos of its high spec.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1- bought 2014, used the hell out of it both for reading, browsing, gaming, receiving calls, chatting and everything else you can think of. Just woke up January 2016 to use it once more and the tin no on again . I patted it on the back and said welldone boy! You don try wella! And discarded it.

Samsung Galaxy A5- Walked into a Sammy shop the next day after my Note 10.1 burial and purchased this. It's been working since then even though I don barruff hin life wella! Enough falls, enough brushing. The tin no wan gree die.

And one tin about me, no matter how rich I am, if phone still dey work, I go dey use am go. But I really need to change this ASAP.

Now tell me which Tecno can endure all these hardship?

Mind you I don't even use casing or screen protector for my phones. Dem dey fall directly for ground and still bounce back, no shaking.

I had Tecno h6 for 2yrs and dropped it when it got charging issues but was still working. Gave it to a cousin who used it for an extra year before it went totally dead. Right now I got a C9 that's almost 2yrs and never seen a mechanic. Dropped it in water once but after sun drying it and switching off for 2 days it was good as new. So your story means nothing to me.

iPhones are good for only one thing... Status symbol. And the funniest part is that if you're not a keen observer, then you can't tell them apart starting from iP6, 6s, 7, and 8. That's 4 generations of phones with a similar design.

But my biggest concern is about how the iphones always seem to lack basic smartphone functions. For instance look at the latest iPX... No Fingerprint scanner, no headphone jack, no SD card slot, no FM Radio, no dual sim variants, no IR, no LED notifications, nfc limited only to apple pay.

Android One, so this means no funny custom OS. pure stock android as it is on the Nokias and Xiaomi a1

there's 3 versions of the wx3. There's the standard wx3, the wx3 lite and the wx3 LTE. you'd have to be careful which one you buy

with Xpro you're sorted. Don't even bother taking a look at spark phones. If you're to switch it will be for a phantom next year.

my only concern is with the RAM and ROM. 16GB fills up quite fast so if you don't over stock the phone with apps you should be good to go.
2GB ram is quite on the low end these days but also quite manageable if you only keep a few apps running at a time.

The body is plastic abi...May sense fall on Tecno and Infinix and also the person who gave them this advice... when the world is moving to glass bodies.. that is when them they are going back to using plastics... nobody should come and tell you can't compare the price to those with glass bodies.. am not asking them to put glass bodies on their midrange phones.. at least aluminium will do..

glass bodies are only practical for a phone with wireless charging otherwise they make your phone prone to fingerprint marks and it can easily break as well. i'd prefer a metallic body.

Hi guys today i got a chance to have a quick look and feel of this new tecno phone. It is supposedly the successor to last year's L9+
First of all i don't understand why tecno is so inconsistent with it's product lines coz from what i see here, the "L" line too is dead, like the "H" and "Boom J" series.
I'm also wondering when was Pouvoir 1 was released since this is "2"

The phone looks good, with a full view screen that reduces bezel size.
Display is 6 inch HD+ screen with 2.5D curve
The body is plastic but with that metal-ish look.
5,000mah battery is amazing as always
It comes with android 8, as expected. Updates however are not something we've come to expect from Tecno.
The phone has an inbuilt antenna for it's FM radio meaning that you won't need earphones for the radio to work.
Storage and ram is the usual 16GB/2GB
One of the biggest improvements from previous battery centric phones is that this supports 4G LTE. Not sure of the bands.
Camera is 13mp but obviously not the best you'll find.
It has a single camera but has software effects that allow it to gimmick the portrait mode bockeh effect.

Here in Uganda it's at around 500k which translates to about 45k in Nigeria.

Lol, i was always of the impression that someone who can afford an iphone X shouldn't be one to complain about taxes. what will you do if you ever break it's screen coz it will cost about 40% of the phone's original price.

Yes the present day Fitz was in Stasis till until the time he was woken up to help his team in the future. He didn't just disappear to the future he was in stasis while time was passing around him.

Hence the Fitz we saw in the future had already passed through several years in stasis. But the present day Fitz is still in stasis right now as the required time for him to be woken up hasn't arrived yet.

So while the Fitz that died had spent several years in stasis, the present day Fitz has only just spent a few months in stasis. It's a bit confusing but just understand that the present day Fitz is still in the present (in stasis) he hasn't gone to the future as enough time hasn't passed for him yet. He is still there sleeping waiting for time to pass so he can save his team in the future.

Since the future was prevented, i think they're going to look for the fitz in stasis and wake him up since there's no reason for him to be kept asleep. This means he will have no idea what happened for most of this past season.
I also believe if they hadn't killed him off he would have disappeared since the future was changed.

i usually hate insulting people but wow, you make the most stupid arguments I've ever seen. Allow me to lay it down for you simply, that explosion just wasn't enough to kill Thor. if anything was to kill him it would have been the fact that he lay floating in the vaccum of space with no oxygen for hours but even that isn't enough to kill him. The fact that he took direct hits from the hulk in previous movies should be enough to show that his body is not as frail as that of any ordinary being. If that still didn't convince you then consider the fact that he withstood an energy blast from a star used to forge the most powerful weapons in the galaxy. If you still think this is a "plot hole" then maybe you can question everything else like how a racoon is able to talk, or how there's a living tree. This is not about me being a marvel fan just trying to defend the movie but if you know anything about thor you should know that an explosion is the very least of things that should be able to kill him.
