GBAGAUN!!! GUNSHOT INNA THE PLACE |
SAT or TOEFL wont get you no bloody scholarships. One is an entrance examination and the other is just to test your proficiency in the english language. Why does he want to study abroad. Do you not beleive in your country Nigeria? |
I havent been to my dad or mums village since '89 when my Grandad died. I don think my dad himself has been back there for well over 15 years. |
Reference:You need to broaden your worldview. Your statement/question above shows how ignorant you are. You ask ''In which democracy will that stand?'' the answer to that is ''in a proper democracy''. Have you ever heard of an Obama, Sarkozy or Cameron selecting ministers based on their state of origin or eyhnic group. It is only in your God forsaken country that such things become law. |
Thank God for Europe o. I remember back in Naija, when mechanics, 'rewire', panel beaters, 'forganiser' and battery chargers were amongst my friends on first name basis. Every Saturday was the same damn thing! If it wasnt the '82 504, it was the '79 505. If it wasnt overheating, it wasnt do 'slow running'. There was always something to make me go and spend my entire Saturday at the Mechanic village. Thank God for small mercies. |
@ kokoye U too get sense. Nigerians attach sentiments to everything. Guns dont kill people, people kill people. A toy gun is not going to kill anyone |
safarigirl:Like someone said, stop displaying your ignorance. Banking may be a ''professional thing' as you call it but it isnt specialist. In most professions you can train and learn on the job. Ever head of apprenticeships? but with doctor, pharmacist, law (you do not need to study law to be a solicitor), architecture and certain engineering jobs you need to be specialy trained in those fields. Majority of people that work in Investment banking in the UK did not study banking & finance (I dont even think such a course exists at undergraduate level in the UK) and majority of those in retail banking (90% of banking in Nigeria is retail banking) dont even have a degree. |
Very interesting. Bigoted Nigerians will fail to see that none of the men in that ministeral list isvstupendously rich (to my knowledge). Afterall, they were only civil servants. Compare and contrast that list with ministers, governors and senate leaders of today, who have no known mega businesses or are owners of patents of a successful product but are able to post bail of N500 million. |
This is so fake. There is absolutely no need for NCC to load any data into any back end server (the man was just using this term to baboozle gullible Nigerians) the sim verification can only be done by the operators themselves with officials from the NCC monitoring. This verification is to prevent crime, right? What stops Boko Haram or the likes from buying an unregistered sim card today and using it to detonate a bomb tomorrow. The data NCC claims to be uploading is already 3 to 6 months out of date. In the UK and the US, the government agencies do not keep the records on any 'back end servers'. The operators are required by law to keep this data and supply them to the authorities when there is a legitimate request authorised by the court. In addition, the law in Nigeria should also compel the networks to only activate sim cards upon receipt of all registration details. I went through MMIA in November last year and I was ashamed when the Immigration dude brought out A4 papers with faded text to manually check if my passport was on the hotlist. In 2011?! |
There is a saying in yourba ''Alfa jono, en bere irungbon'' Which kind question Mukina dey ask like this? |
Arosa:Do you think she lives in Yemen? Why should she be arrested for thanking Pastor chief Mr Slapper Odedepo for deploying spiritual missiles to curb the activities of this dangerous terrorist group called Gboko Haram. |
diluminati:The spiritual missiles have left kaduna en route Kano hence the resumption of normal activities by Gboko Haram. |
27naira:Ode oloshi oloriburuku, why does it matter? |
These moorafookers stationed at a local NEPA office once collected my black Texas Steer boots wey I take my own money buy for Ikeja, claiming it was Army issue and made me walk home bare footed. I must have been like 18 at the time but being Nigeria, you are still seen as a child at this age. I reported the incident to my mum and she being a no-nonsense woman marched me back to the NEPA office and ridiculed the soldiers. They shamefully gave me back my boots. Up mummy, yipeeeeeee |
diluminati:Nah sista. The spiritual missiles are still en route to Kano. They hit target in Kaduna where Abu Qaqa was caught but due to severe weather conditions in the Kaduna area and environs, the spiritial missiles arrival in Kano is delayed. |
Religion has turned many Nigerians into living dead. The God, I know about in the Bible will not make Boko Haram fighters kill themselves rather he will make them lay down their weapons and give their lives to him. I cant understand how anyone who calls themselves born again Xtians can rejoice at the death of one of his creations and even go as far as crediting God himself for the deaths. The good Lord kills no one. If they really killed themselves, it is the work of the devil who they worship. |
lucom:Waterboarding did not lead to the assassination of Osama Bin Laden |
She'll be out in 2 years and eight months to enjoy the ill gotten gains of her previous succesfull trips. Oloshi oloriburuku! |
Is this the same guy in the Jama'atu Ahlis Sunna Lidda'awati Wal-Jihad videos. You know the guy who sits with 2 Kalashnikovs in the background while reading out statements. If it is him, what do they need to verify again? |
@tpia This one no be them say na 1st hand experience. I know it will be hard for you to believe but ask any doctor doing locum work in the UK what their hourly rate is. This renumeration was + free accomodation o. £2000/ week is nothing in locum world is standard for a doctor who has just passed his plab. The only disadvantage with locum work is no progression and you may have to go all over the country. |
@ Lasinoh Wow, na real wa o. They all tried to act successfull and above board over there but with the amount of time those guys were spending online (You too Lasinoh, but I assume you are a full time houswife of a very rich Man), you will know that most of them were more likely to be 419 guys |
@Lasinoh Who was the Ekiti man on NVS? was it Mikky Jagga or Agidimolaja? Gimme gist. I used to be on there but it became boring even dead |
N80,000/ month - Fresh doctors salary @ OSUTH N2,000,000/month - Fresh doctor with PLAB doing locum work @ any UK hospital Which one you go choose? |
bigaboi:So no bloody preacher must preach to me about forgive and forget. The next time that guy that always tackles me rough at football does so, I should get back right up and kick him hard in the knee or look for the nearest dangerous weapon and wack him round the head. The next time my wife disrespects me, I will give her an Oyedepoish deliverance slap. All this is recommended and approved by Gandhi and by extension Pastor Adeboye |
@kingofflag Although we are arguing the same point, I have to let you know you are unable to read and comprehend. |
e go hard o! but try first |
A man of God indeed. I hope he didnt really say this. Never should a leader preach violence. desmond Tutu nevr did, gandhi never did, archbishop of york has never done, The pope hasn never done. so i like I said I hope he didnt really say this And if he did, I hope he means the church will be extra vigilant and build better security network and not a case of replying bullets with bullets. |
chei see as them thief Sean Paul I am still in love video where the girls were dancing with pata in the room |
denzel2009:Nairalnders! una no go make person shi.t for body. I was laughing my balls off at the bolded text above |
I live in England, east London/Essex area to be precise. This area has a large concentration of young, upwardly mobile Nigerians and I go to 1st birthdays, naming ceremonies, birthday parties, money de sallah e,t,c on a regular despite I being the type with very few friends. I have a naming ceremony to attend on Wednesday, a baby dedication on sunday and a naming ceremony 5 days after that. It isnt always boring if you are in the 'right' place. I know it wont be the same if I lived in say some remote part of Alaska |
Reuben Abati's work was regularly published on Saharareporters before he crossed over to the other (winning) side. |
