I started this business 2 years ago. Today I have 8 cars. You have been a blessing to me and I have learnt a lot from you. This is supposed to be business, no sentiments at all. Most drivers are heartless. Give a driver a brand new mint car not tokunbo o and tell him to remit 10k weekly, some drivers will still default. Doing business in the country is tough. The hardest part of doing business in Nigeria is getting honest employees. Dru keep doing what your're doing. Most drivers here will hate you for saying the truth.
This is a public domain. Stop peddling falsehood. Or perhaps , stop misleading people with wat you posted.

Don't come back and argue cos the figures are quite obvious for anyone to see.

This right here is one of the reasons why VIO /LASTMA /POLICE OFFICERS RUN RIOT ON E HAILING DRIVERS.
may be Romeo should explain how he makes 35k daily working 8-12 hours on taxify.
Of course, Romeo can't justify or explain such claims.

And the Twitter dude, maybe he is trying to impress or woo a lady or he just has esteem issues among his peers.

Cos I don't know how ur r going to brag wt ur earnings.

He even added bolt earnings , fuel used( a sinking fund) to part of his earnings.

Very deceptive, he cropped the gross weekly summary to make it look like he worked only weekends while the guy had been toiling for d whole week.

1. Page financials
2. Ren money.

They’d most likely request your ipayslip/statement of account though.
How can you suggest d lenders above?

No , no no.

Approach an Alajo, esusu, and co.

They will help.

Don't go n borrow money from al these digital money guys n dey will tell you to pay 40% interest of loan in less than 3 mths.

2nd step.: This is when your integrity as an individual will b tested. Are you trustworthy? Do you keep to your words?
Do you honour agreements?

If yes, look for someone wt Gt acct who can borrow money for youvon quickcredit , 12 mths @ 16% .

That shd give you a breather .just 12k weekly, if you r serious, you shd b able to do that.

Why not get HP and make the 750k as down payment for a tokunbo. Pay up the balance within a year or 18 months as you wish and you're the owner. My opinion though huh cool.
18 whole months servicing Loans wt driving as the sole income source. I don't think so.

He shd find somebody to lend him d balance n buy d Tokunbo.

Don't go n buy naija used o. Buy tokunbo @ least for d next 6 mths, if he drives carefully, no major faults will surface.

though I've been away for a while and missed out on the fun,I've never been more proud of you guys .the way you handled the oyindamola gate issue is awesome. you guys don't seem to know the lives you've helped by this singular act of solidarity.the brotherhood is strong. when I saw the way she was spewing rubbish and jargons,I knew she was going down for the count like wilder. someone mentioned she's likely to have a week spot. he discovered it and everyone crashed in on the party grin.crazy folks.
y'all saying the parents shouldn't be in the know are wrong.what if she was your daughter, wouldn't you be glad to know, especially when it can be nipped in the bud at her early age? you need to see the type of kids I've had in my trips. tiny things with very scary adventures. they talk carelessly as if I wasn't in the car. if I was their dads I'd be glad to know the kinda life my daughter was living so I can adjust her accordingly. how to adjust her is at my discretion and pleasure.

E be like say na here the wahala start
The traditional taxis don't know watsup they saw it coming.

I have a feeling traditional taxi drivers in Lagos just want to do 2 or 3 trips n call it a day. That's why dey have ridiculous rates.

The kind of success n acceptance uber n Bolt had in Lagos can't be said to b replicated in the Fct.

The reason: taxi fares in Abuja were already deregulated before they came,

( e.g from central area to Airport is #3,000. No story,) so wen uber n deir likes came, they had to FIX their rates around DT too.

infact, you cud bargain fares like you were buying stuff in d market.

But in Lagos, they are adamant on a fixed price. Yes, I understand, the challenges of traffic n getting another ride back to your base.

Question: what are their leaders doing? Nothing, they can't embrace or fathom the competition that is on them,

Their union leaders give themselves title without adding one single value.

Coming home to even ehailing guys . Last week, some pple who called themselves Comrade so n so told they met d govt n dey negotiatied.

I was like you guys didn't negotiate NADA. You just swallowed whatever d Alausa guys brought before you.

Of course, uber n Bolt will play ball cos they only take a CUT of the POOL.

All this requirement will be around 100k plus and you still need to renew it every year. What a country!
Bro, don't create unnecessary panic. In as much as I marvel @ d taxes of Lagos n d way d ehailing companies HV refused to rock the boat.

Uber n Bolt ( they will only take a cut of wat you eventually make, they don't care.)

From my findings, so far
Lasdri- 2k, hackney - 5k , so how can driver bagde or tag total 100k

Just to generate revenue, nothing more.

So don't create panic as per any 100k.

I pray it clicks, cause i thought guys will be lounging now with the okada/keke ban. I'm surprised to be seeing complain.
i was thinking of driving during vacation to leverage on the ban and also get to meet some nice people, avenue to hang around some cool places. but with this hackney and stories, i will keep watching.
Lounging for where? Same thing I told my brother , when he said, business shd HV improved.

I was lyk , maybe slightly from d Gokada/ opay users , but generally iv not seen any increase.

Cos let's check the financial status of the people using bikes n rickshaws. (No disrespect to them , cos me sef dey fly bike n okada wella, ogba to berger is a real blessing)

Will such people just start using bolt. Nah I don't think so, cos their income bracket can't sustain it. Someone whose monthly take hom is 30k, you expect him / her to use uber.

You're100% correct. Honestly I just tire for Uche And him geng! 50 tripsfor 5%, , very soon From Monday - Sunday all we will do is to work for Uche .
Uche n his bolt team r manipulative, ideally 30 trips shd qualify for like 5%, bad bad 10%, but WC one is 12% after 30 trips again?

Last week I was given 5% for 40 trips,

40 trips! How ? N why shd I do that for 5%.
I also have my life to live n not hand it over to some machine.

Since I cudnt meet up, they now gave 30 trips for 12%.. Why d extra 2% mark-up

Shouldn't dere b a form of compensation for being loyal to your app.

Is it by force to give incentives?

I thought the entrance of Ocar will shake them, but alas, Oscar has been unable to give them a good run for their money.

I still use them cos of the destination feature, d moment Uber gives d destination feature, I WL liv bolt.

They need a serious player to get them back on their tracks.

Manipulative lots.

The driver should add extra 5k on top for damages and demurrage. When he gets the extra 5k, please buy at least 4k worth of recharge card and be uploading them here. Fastest fingers wins!

This is to encourage us to have more arsenal to attack these hoes and criminals that try to short change us!

Then let me offer my 2cents.
Start a poultry business. (LAYERS).
At first you will need assistance from a faithfful and trust worthy manager.
With time, when the business picks, you can expand and even resign your day job.

It will take about 5-7 months before you start getting your return though.
Let me add this, as with any business, its not a bed of roses, but it is a very good business.

Start small, if you are interested, i could offer you help with cost and start up analysis, with my little 5 years experience.

Cheers!!!
Capital NO. Do you know wat it takes to farm? Livestock?

What op needs is a distributive kind of biz. Where he/she get a % return on volume of goods bought. Together with d seed capital.

20million is just $56,600.

With a master degree in STEM in USA, you will make that money in 6-7 month before tax.

If you have a sure way of leaving Nigeria to either Canada or USA, you better take the chances now.

Facebook for example give signing bonus ranging from $56,000 - $100,000. Let me paraphrase this, it means when you get a job from Facebook, they pay you this amount for just agreeing to work for them.
Nobody pays you that kind of money without bringing some real skills to the table. Not certificates , REAL SKILLS IN IT.

I don't think there was any deliberation at all.
You whole lot just went there and took everything they shoved down your throats.

Typical of every naija political rep. No consultations wt ur electorate if dere is actually one.

Of course, most of de so called comrades . Comrade shonuga, don't drive anymore, I'm highly disappointed.

All that shitty permits/demands by the govt n none cud b waived by ur so called deliberations.

Who gets a 6 months road worthiness on a blue plate..

What kind of rubbish is drivers badge.?

What impact will that have on the safety of the rider or the drivers productivity.

Which one is etag. again? huh

Archaic ways of thinking,

Y not come out n openly say you want to discourage the influx of more vehicles on the road.

N still it won't still solve the traffic gridlock.

Cos the problem with traffic in Lagos are the ROADS. No roads that connect.

If you are going to leave Lagos, you must exit through Berger -Mowe Axis. A state with over 20 million people

The only alternative road is in Ogun state via shagamu interchange.
