Parlee: Just uploaded my renewed license on the uber app and they still havent responded or sent a message back since 11am. I get the fact that corona virus has affected the world and all but I thought people were supposed to work from home? Havent been out this whole week cos of license and enu don gbe finish makes we wonder, A driver can go online and receive requests but cant get any help in a short time from the app in terms of any issues that arise. Takes me back to my former thoughts, these guys dont care about any driver on their platform and that's a fact, they set the rules and if you break em they yank you off the app without remorse but when certain issues arise they just simply dont give a rats ass. Before nko. The only way dey could sit up was if anoda competitor came in. But right now, Opay DT I thot wz going to give them a run for their money has gone kaput. Sometimes I wonder, you mean there is no local investor in Lagos that can also run an ehailng outfit. Nawa o. |

If yes, it means you are logged on. If you don't see " log-out" , that means you are out n you need to sign in. * if you do this n it still persist. * switch off phone and restart again. Goodluck! |

Very funny. Commission reduction and Promo is a good idea. But I don't think debt relief will make them go bankrupt. They have the financial muscle to take care of that. No be dem dey pay us weekend and daily bonuses back then. Besides not all drivers are owing them. Don't forget Bolt is not only paying staff, they also pay for the services of the " app". This has to b deducted from what you are owing them. Have you noticed that weekend n daily bonuses stopped around d tym DT LASG put a squeeze on them before the corona shyt. Based on say LASG wants a certain % of their profits. Dem still dey argue DT one sha. So Bolt too needs all the funds hanging |

Bigleaf1006: I have grossed about 7k each day since Monday with 2k fuel for each day, though I have been on the mainland all through.
But from my observation,I think things are on the up swing as traffic is really building up . The alternate market days for food stuffs and non essentials also determines the flow.
Today there were a lot more request than the previous days,I even had to decline several due to the mad traffic in Ikeja.
Will still observe till next week. Thanks Bigleaf. @ least we know the market is edging up. A big thank you for updates. |

Babadee1900: Monday Earning (Net): 11260 - 4000fuel= 7260 Tuesday Earning: Bleep Wednesday Earning: 9200 - 3500 = 5700
It is possible to net 5k at least on the Island. The request today was back to back from 8am, I didn’t wait 15minutes before the next request comes in. As 3pm I was already closed for the day.
I even had to decline some request e.g Chevron Drive to Ikorodu, Addo road to Ikorodu, VGC to Surulere. Then there was another guy who refused to use his nose mask and was disturbing me to use AC. I picked him with his babe from Seaside Badore, going to Ikota, I ended the trip at Addo round about, collected my 500 and told him to book another ride. Good one babadee. succinct... Straight to the point. No bullshit. Thanks Boss. |

nitigriti: Something weird happened today at work. My boss calls me and says, "Deji, please prepare the payroll for April; let's pay the staff their salary."
I was dumbfounded for a few seconds. My boss notices that I'm acting confused. He asks me what's wrong.
Me: "Sir, we are not paying April salary. The business didn't open. No member of staff came to work."
My boss stared at me, not believing himself. "Are you sure, Deji?"
Me: "Very sure, sir."
Did I do wrong? Did I not do wrong? Boss, well, its up to the CEO to decide, you have done ur advisory role as COO But know that the staff not coming to work is purely circumstantial ( its beyond their control) True, they can't demand for pay dey didn't work for. But at times, we look beyond the staff members, look @ d trickle down effect of the payment, how many individuals, family members, cousins, dependents will share from that paycheck. So even if its a token to cover TRANSPORT ( although it won't b made known to them that way) , just like Oga dash everybody money o, that kind stuff. Then wait for the harvest , heartfelt prayers from the staff members. |

@ mexzy. You failed to quote your " REFERENCE NO." I told you, there are hundreds of deposits entering their accounts daily. Lagos, Benin, Ibadan , Abuja, Owerri n others, . into just ONE Account everyday. Your REFERENCE no. is wat will b used to fish you out of the deluge of deposits. And you didn't do it, IT'S in d mail. You mentioned " thunder in your response " . I quite understand it could b frustrating. But try n keep your emotions under check. Do this tonite, 1. Get a screenshot of your transfer advisory since its Gt. 2. Quote the transfer no. /N teller no. and REFERENCE No. 3. Attach it to the original mail they sent to you the first time, and click reply , it will go back as return email, giving a trail of all the Correspondence. 4. Dear Sir/Ma, URGENT: UNCONFIRMED PAYMENTS TO BOLT Please, the above needs your quick attention. Thank you for your prompt response. Regards, .chi. 4. Use your EMAIL to send it N not in app message. Try that now. |

mistamexzy: Do you need evidence?
I am still blocked as we're chatting,
On the 30th April, I was at 3925 at 1:30am and I got a mail.
I no dey work nights as lockdown, Immediately I got the mail in the morning, I paid.
Up till now, after several messages, nothing nothing, @30th of April, you mean Bolt services was available in April . You PAID! Its not about paying, did you follow protocol Did you do this? 1. Quoted your REFERENCE no. on your teller. 2. Snapped a copy of the teller wt your REFERENCE no. Quoted on it to their customer service mail. 3. Sent a follow up mail by "RETURN EMAIL" to ascertain the status of your payment. If you did all of the three above , then your issue would HV been resolved way back. So did you do the steps outlined above? |

mistamexzy: Why isn't anyone complaining about the Customer Service issues with Bolt and the #4,000 benchmark on block.
If you work all day and have a commission to pay of 3000, you can't work the next day because if you do without your payment reflecting in the app even if you've paid you're more than than likely to be blocked immediately you cross 1000.
If you're accidentally blocked eventually, it'll take at least 4-7days to unblock you no matter how many mails you send.
I no know wetin dem dey drink for that back office. What do you mean by blocked? n it will take 4-7 days to unblock ? Listen, if you cross the threshold, you won't b blocked, you will just b excluded from cash trips n only card trips will come your way. This will go on till your threshold has been brought down. On d other hand, if you owe, dey will send you a message to pay to d Bank wt Ur REFERENCE no. Scan your teller and attach to the email add. Make sure you quote your REFERENCE no on d teller, cos there are hundreds of deposits flying into one account so that ,your payment is easily acknowledged n processed. That shdnt take you more than 30 mins. |

DelTel: Every driver should get disinfectant spray which should be used after each rider(s) disembarks.
Safety shouldn't bring so much discomfort or safety can be achieved with less discomfort. Remember windows being up is part of safety a) whilst driving especially in Lagos b) weather. Drivers and passengers shouldn't run from Coronavirus and jam thieves (which will be more from the look of things). seems you don't really know covid-19. One of the best places to aid easy transmission is in a sealed ac environment. The Primero Buses that switched off their AC units , you think dey r Dumbos. . Go ahead n take d risk. For how much? If I may ask for comfort of riders? Hmmn. You stake ur life n worry about comfort of odas. Funny. |

DelTel: Nice concept .
Meanwhile, why not adjust it to cover the driver space L-shape alone so all the passenger-side aircon vents can blow freely to the passenger at the back . Wat about d condensed droplets ( if AC is used) DT will settle on the inner surfaces of the car peradventure the last rider was asymptomatic. Will the rider die wtout AC, ? The Windows will b open to give fresh air. Safety first! |
