samorobo: Pls don’t be timid.should I lift neighborhoods from US,UK ,SA that looks just like that. I mean mansions so close to each other but with adequate greenery not some lost uncatered jungle.
samorobo: @NTSA you said you want to see exquisite neighborhoods in west Africa with lush green and country golf course and all that rich people shiit...well you are in for a treat...Enjoy and pray your zoo hit this level...
Typical west African neighbourhood..how can can you build massionates so close to each other .. Everyone needs to have his or her own compound etc where you can't even see your neighbour.
samorobo: You liar has been caught pants down...This house for instance in right in the middle of poverty ruaka cow-rearing village of Runda... I practically took a screenshot off YouTube....
samorobo: No offense Dude but ur Runda or Karen looks like a typical poverty cow roaming village with depressing design. The only thing you gat going is those greenery but then again they’ve been left unattended to and made the whole neighborhood look desolate and derelict.
The exact location of these houses are at Kiambu road just past Windsor.
samorobo: Why am I more white folks on the horse than black folks....or is this a white only neighborhood? I mean the likes of Runda.
. ..i guess the horse thing irked you..anyway this is Mr. J. Muhindi and winning horse, Zamburak! during a recent competition by jockey club of Kenya "The WAAF Handicap"
Just30: Yet all you blue print from economic development, social development, infrastructure development all comes from Ghana.
If you want to compare your country tiny development to Ghana, you must be able to post every part of your country..
I can post almost all parts of my country because they are mostly developed areas....
At least we agree on something that there is no point in comparing because Kenya has very little development.
i guess you are wrong. 1 .green park Athi River Machakos county 2.Thika greens estate Thika ,Kiambu county 3.Vipingo kilifi 4.Bahati ridge Muranga county
West Africans really lack architectural taste ...most affluent neighborhoods in kenya will have country clubs, Golf courses ,community policing etc..what we see in west africa are just concrete jungles.
vankelvin: I think they ride on horses in these communities
The so called top class residential areas of the city that is far developed than Joberg, Accra and Lagos residential areas
Haha..high networth individuals will have a 20,000-acre ranch in Nanyuki and fly their kids to school every day.. Horse racing is also a popular sport here
AskiaHarem: Don't know what your talking about and don't care to find out; but something tells me you need this.
At least you would have used a different sentence structuring ...to avoid sounding the same with the other psuedo profile..you are repeating word for word.
AskiaHarem: I see my last comment brought hot frustrated tears to the eyes of certain individuals here. Let me leave something else that will surely deliver more pain.
What happened to your other profile? .. . Arabic Berber How comes today you aren't getting 12 likes in less than 5 minutes
Places like kilimani which according to the original Nairobi master plan were supposed to be residential areas are slowly turning into another mixed use district.. buildings are sprouting everywhere. The original road Infrastructure here is no longer keeping up with the pressure.
Is that not why the road looks like a single lane one ?
...Less density means less traffic .public transport and even taxis aren't even allowed here....Why build a dual lane in a residential area where neighbors rarely see each other and live like 1km apart ..
Just30: And that is what a proper residential area should look like and not your semi detached houses and horse pantries .
Maybe the case is different in West Africa but Most wealthy individuals will generally prefer the places that will give them visual and acoustic privacy away from the city noise and pollution...they will prefer more natural and greener spaces for nature trails, horse riding outdoor swimming pools etc.
This is what a proper leafy suburb should look like ...I mean you can't even see the houses from the driveway way ..very few cars on the road due to the low density per square kilometer.
Your country real estate market is child's play compare to Accra...
Kenyan zombies, learn this and know peace.
Just put an average price on 2 million single family homes and you will see homes much money has been poured into the real estate market.
Don't compare old nonsense houses in your country with pit latrines to modern homes in Accra.
Accra property market is in the top 5 most expensive in the world for a reason. No Kenyan can afford to live in Accra.. If you can do, you will afford living in any part of this world.
Ethiopian prime minister Abiy Ahmed at the war front. The Ethiopian army is in possession of at lest 6 Bayraktar TB2 combat drones.. Recent weeks have seen Tdf /Tplf suffer heavy losses and loose strategic towns they had captured.
kdf acquired the MC-HORIZON D360 Reactive Anti-Drone / Quad copter / Small UAV Jamming system. This comes after increased instances of drones overflying kdf bases in somalia. The group also used a drone to film last year’s attack on Manda Bay .. fears are that the group may be able improvise suicide drones to hit targets .
