In posh areas Like Karen, Roselyn, muthaiga... You can barely see houses even with google maps.

They don't know what green development means. They don't know what class is. They need to learn.

For instance, I tried to get some aerial captions of those neighborhoods but all was in vain. It's so hard to see houses.
Even Google Street view photos aren't available in some areas..

No offense Dude but ur Runda or Karen looks like a typical poverty cow roaming village with depressing design. The only thing you gat going is those greenery but then again they’ve been left unattended to and made the whole neighborhood look desolate and derelict.
The exact location of these houses are at Kiambu road just past Windsor.

Yet all you blue print from economic development, social development, infrastructure development all comes from Ghana.

If you want to compare your country tiny development to Ghana, you must be able to post every part of your country..

I can post almost all parts of my country because they are mostly developed areas.... grin grin grin

At least we agree on something that there is no point in comparing because Kenya has very little development.
i guess you are wrong.

classy indeed with no roads grin grin

That is why I posted an upcoming area in Kumasi that is more massive with better classy houses and their roads and drains are done.
we also have our on share of accra type of concrete jungles but no one considers them posh or affluent

PoliticsRe: Kenyans Are Far Behind Nigerians In Every Aspect – Fani-Kayode by NTSA: 12:24pm On Nov 24, 2021
West Africans really lack architectural taste ...most affluent neighborhoods in kenya will have country clubs, Golf courses ,community policing etc..what we see in west africa are just concrete jungles.

Why will any sane person even think of comparing kenya small things to big things in Ghana...

rvp posted a 24 house are to compare to a 2,000 house community

Here you are comparing a 50 house roadless small area to a 2,000 house community..

dont you guys have shame? grin grin

Your kenya will keep being in Ghana shadows

I can see, your country is trying to launch a development plan....That will be good for you when you finally do.

Ghana has had several which have all worked out great for Ghana.
grin grin He posted high grove village lower kabete an upcoming area. which is still more classy than what you have in the entire Ghana.

Places like kilimani which according to the original Nairobi master plan were supposed to be residential areas are slowly turning into another mixed use district.. buildings are sprouting everywhere. The original road Infrastructure here is no longer keeping up with the pressure.

or people just don't have cars

Is that not why the road looks like a single lane one ?
grin...Less density means less traffic .public transport and even taxis aren't even allowed here....Why build a dual lane in a residential area where neighbors rarely see each other and live like 1km apart ..
PoliticsRe: Kenyans Are Far Behind Nigerians In Every Aspect – Fani-Kayode by NTSA:

And that is what a proper residential area should look like and not your semi detached houses and horse pantries .
Maybe the case is different in West Africa but
Most wealthy individuals will generally prefer the places that will give them visual and acoustic privacy away from the city noise and pollution...they will prefer more natural and greener spaces for nature trails, horse riding outdoor swimming pools etc.

This is what a proper leafy suburb should look like ...I mean you can't even see the houses from the driveway way ..very few cars on the road due to the low density per square kilometer.

You really like my attention

Your country real estate market is child's play compare to Accra...

Kenyan zombies, learn this and know peace.

Just put an average price on 2 million single family homes and you will see homes much money has been poured into the real estate market.

Don't compare old nonsense houses in your country with pit latrines to modern homes in Accra.

Accra property market is in the top 5 most expensive in the world for a reason.
No Kenyan can afford to live in Accra..
If you can do, you will afford living in any part of this world.

How functional neighborhoods look like

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eh0DVCeK4x4
Looks more of town houses on small plots of lands which still have the urban" feel"....not really a proper leafy suburb .

lighter, cheaper, more ammo can be carried and more accurate in combat situations due to less recoil
True and is it more powerful than 7.62?

it's not uncommon for manufacturers to claim things that turn out not to be true.

Listen to soldiers who know the difference between Assault Rifle and Battle rifle Rubbish it.. Seal Team and SOCCOM all know it to be a battle rifle

The only variant that comes close to an assault rifle is the L variant.
You are one very argumentative fellow..
It all depends on the barrel length.
Btw am yet to see any metric where a 5.56 round trounces a 7.62 x51mm.

Foreign AffairsRe: African Militaries/ Security Services Strictly Photos Only And Videos Thread by NTSA:
kdf acquired the MC-HORIZON D360 Reactive Anti-Drone / Quad copter / Small UAV Jamming system.
This comes after increased instances of drones overflying kdf bases in somalia. The group also used a drone to film last year’s attack on Manda Bay .. fears are that the group may be able improvise suicide drones to hit targets .
