I've done you better and posted an entire video of Village and farm roads That is where Nairobi roads will fit especially for a country with only 50% of it roads paved
just post roads in a Ghana..avoid too much talk. Outering road Kenya.
OAra: I got no horse in this race given I'm neither Nigerian nor Kenyan, but was just commenting on how the roads the guy posted wouldn't be that out of place around here in Europe - maybe not the newest/best, but still.
Also, I simply scrolled down Google image while googling "ghanaian highway". Here are some images - honestly? IF the entire highway network was like this, it'd be quite good.
OAra: This is one of the first images that come up when I google "ghanaian highway". A bit messily done but it wouldn't be out of place in Rome/Turin/Marseille/etc
We would love more of that rather than the empty talk.
OAra: Those look like the average state roads (one step below highway) one would find in W. European nations (e.g. France, Spain, Italy etc) - no clue why the other guy is calling them muddy/crap/etc
Post Ghanian Highways ..I repeat post Ghanian Highways.
We are talking about occupied land that has been developed...
It's good to know that you're dumb like the rest
Land area matters ..not unless you bring up verifiable data supporting you claims on 3 million properties . Even Accra would have to put up 8 times more buildings to reach the level of Nairobi.
Actually Accra has only 29 buildings with one under construction . Factor in the fact they don't develop vertically..That's why Ghanaians on this thread are more mouthy with little to show.
Mkenya2019: I bet with 30m and average household size of say 4-5 - number of household properties in entire Ghana is probably 6-8M - roughly 7m - and maybe commercial properties (pop n mom container shops) of a million.
But we are talking Ghanian at Nairaland - very dense group of bonobos running jungle software 0.1.
Kazikazi: Kenya has 550 companies in TZ with a value of 1.7b. On average, each company invested less than 3m! Are those real companies or just some hawkers shops?
The good thing is that the market share of those companies will keep increasing...Look at how Kenyan banks are acquiring other Banks in DRC , Rwanda etc.
AfriqueDuZuid: As for SA influence and investment in africa is only rivaled by US, FRANCE, UK, CHINA AND GERMANY not small countries like Kenya.
Kenya should focus on its manufacturing output, while SA automotive export alone is bigger than kenya national output.
Not really,Kenya is right now the biggest investor in terms of projects in other African countries after overtaking South Africa..Kenya is on an upward trend while the same can't be said about SA.
samorobo: Pls let me know when Kenya hits this level. We are diversifying and also industrializing gradually. I give it 3 more years and our economy will be very solid and take a sporadic unprecedented turn.
I mean we are tapping into mining, gas sector,a train is being built in kaduna and will see transfer of Chinese technology on train production in the next 2 years. And now we have aircraft production. I say we are nailing the basics. Watch out africa, watch out.
H3 sport light helicopter ,.. The aircraft is supplied as a kit for amateur construction even civilians here in Kenya do it....that's not manufacturing..
