Thanks Boss. Turned out nothing happened to the timing belt. The road side kazeem wanted to combine my inexperience with the late night time and use my head. Luckily I got someone better. It was just fan belt, leaking oil seal and Low Battery.

i saw a 2010 tokumbo for that amount. why i say its cheap is because fr same 2010 of toyota with similar specs, the toyota will be way more expensive than this

1. Toyota is way over priced and shouldn't be the standard for car prices.

2. As the second biggest automaker in the world, VW product have shitty resale value here in nigeria, people don't buy them especially recent models.

3. The Q7 is the 1st SUV by VW and it's sale was very bad for the 1st generation, quantity sold was very minimal.

4. Compared to the competition Benz ML and BMW X5, the price you got is missing just 500k to a million naira which I think is still fair.

5. It ran for 10years while other competition already have 2 to 3 competing generation, it's like an old wine in a new bottle.

if you like it, buy it and maintain it well you will enjoy every drive in it.

Audi Q7 is the 1st SUV from Audi and it ran for 10years which is a disadvantage, the 05 to 09 may seem cheap at 3.5m but the facelift 10 to 15 aren't.

Price also depends on what engine it is fitted with, the 3.6L engine may seem cheap but the 4.2 and V12 aren't cheap. can't talk much for the diesel though.

It is more expensive than a 01 to 07 Highlander, price on par with a RX330 but facelift RX350 is more expensive than it.

I still don't think 3.5m is cheap for the Q7 though you are just looking at it's size that it looks big it's a crossover SUV.

There is a stereotype of German cars in Nigeria that

1. They are very unreliable

2. They are fuel guzzlers

3. They don't have spare parts available and their parts when available is very expensive than a Toyota part.

4. No mechanic can work on them without causing more wahala.

When you add all those ingredients together it determines the price of the vehicle. The 07/08 tokunbo is around 3.5m I don't think that is cheap, Audi is a luxury brand not a premium brand like the Porsche cayenne or Bentley bentayga

The Toureg diesel engine was.built to last but very expensive and scarce to get, the petrol I can't talk much but the Toureg has electrical issues the Air suspension though is solid.

The Q7 is very very available and common I think it is the issue of where you stay,in ikoyi and Lekki Audi Q7 with 3.6 Quattro common like pure water.
