Why is imported goods cheaper than local ones?

White is brighter but normally in a sane country it shouldn't be allowed because those headlamps weren't made for Led bulbs so the beam gets scattered dazzling oncoming traffic but as nah naija we dey, without recourse for others it is allowed.
People just buy low quality led bulbs from china and install as it is even plug and play.

Update, my Rewire traced the wire and said it was okay, he said he would have to flash and reconfigure the brainbox if it fails I might have to change the brain box because it might be damaged.

Update: They said they flashed the ECU and the same issue persists. I just weak..

where did you buy O2 sensor from because
1. i make it a point of call never to buy O2 sensor Tokunbo because to verify the condition isnt easy and to know it it is the exact part number you need.

2. O2 sensor is not one fix all, you have to buy the particular one for your vehicle using the part number as reference.
3. Don't buy BOSCH, NGK etc buy the exact one for your vehicle, vehicles are very sensitive to OEM parts for this sensors.
4. sensor 1 upstream is the A/F sensor, Sensor 2 downstream is Oxygen sensor they are not interchangeable even though they look alike

The quad bike shouldn't give you any problem. Start from finding the maker first, that will enable you give model name, engine type including cc and output.

Quad bike is a glorified Okada, nah those repairing motorcycles will handle it, the wiring isn't that tough, just ensure not to damage the brainbox because of replacement.

Look for motocycle or napep technician to help you look into it.

It should be worth between 250k to 400k depending on condition and how clean it is

The pilot 08 to 2015 came with the J35Z4 - VCM and the VCM it was equipped with is the VCM 2, you may have issues with VCM if engine isnt well cared for. If you can get the vehicle history good for you

A/F sensor are available depends on the vehicle model and year, each vehicle model has it's part number one doesn't fit all

CAT removal causes harmful gases into the atmosphere that is the work of the CAT as long as you dont have those codes, your fuel consumption should be normal provided other car parameters are in place.

Even if he get issues that is not a problem, the engine of the vehicle is not even expensive and body work of a car is a no no for me, nah wahala. The vehicle is manual sef no transmission brohaha. If engine is bad and electricals are beyond redeeming either i walk away or tell seller to remove cost of buying replacement

But like i said if that car get issues the interior would tell a tale of that.

Not over priced though, vehicle is manual drive and less than 3years registered if you can bargain between 1m to 1.2m provided the engine is okay, it's a great fuel efficient vehicle

Quick question Guys, if the catalyst converter container is empty does this affect fuel consumption?

My fuel consumption was fine after fixing the upstream o2 sensor on my honda accord 2.4l engine. I was averaging 75m which is about 120km on 16ltrs of fuel, mostly city driving, but a bit of highway.

A panel beater stuffed the cat container with thick net and I felt it was choking my engine, so I had it removed, since then my fuel economy has dropped to average 63miles. Should I have it fixed back? I'm not really intrested in getting a cat converter.

PS: I only have the o2 sensor S2B1 code.

As long as you don't have p1157, p0410 and p0420 codes you should be fine

P1157 is your upstream sensor the first sensor by the exhaust pipe also known as A/F sensor.

P0410 can be fixed by changing the downstream sensor, that is called oxygen sensor the one bolted on the catalyst.

P0420 can be solved easily by buying a 02 spacer and bolting it to the straight pipe used to replace the catalyst then you bolt the downstream sensor to the spacer. Your fuel economy should improve

You really disappoint me sha. Find two boys to accompany you go to his workshop unannounced, if he runs your two bot will join you in the chase to grab him. Make a fuse, take him to police and let them sort it out.

Carry police or Army with tow truck, carry every available tools that can enter the Benz, anything valuable minus customer properties sha. All tools you can lay your hands on if you see his children and wife too, carry them join he will beg you to take your money las las and nah him go dey find you.
