justmenoni: he entered and at first stand when all seats were occupied. He later sat down. Out of curiosity of meeting a Nigerian of his status scrambling for train, I got his pictures.
There is nothing wrong with entering train like every other person. In the UK and others climes, former high government officers join public transport and are happy. In fact, this is one of the reasons they strive to lead well, because what they provided would be what they will enjoy.
Contradictory from the writer, no oo he should have asked one of the seating passengers to get up for him, if he had built a working rail line in his state, there would have been more rapid development but no ooh they will go to UK, us, Europe etc and see massive developments, instead of them to do same at home, they will only think of how to steal our YAMS and then keep/invest it abroad for their kids....mtschewww
You fail to grasp the point Op is making. The point is how many Nigerian ex governors have you seen using the train in London when they can hire limousines?
nonsobaba: He should have built this edifice in Awka. I don't know which corporate bodies will occupy this mammoth office inside that village. He should have built this in Awka and then built something more modest in umuchukwu. This building is not in sync with the environment of a rural setting like umuchukwu. I don't understand this waste of funds.
That is a hospital cum medical research centre. The largest medical centre in Africa
SamuelAnyawu: The money was seized becaused they failed to remit into the TSA early enough, most MDAs who failed to remit early enough had most of thier accounts freezed by DSS/EFCC/CBN
#IStandWithSamDaddy 2019
The money wasn't meant to go into the TSA in the first place. If you followed the story, you'd know it was just a ploy to get Emeka Mba out of the NBC.
Why has he ordered that the money be returned to NBC and not to be deposited in the TSA?
SpicyJosBabe: So where do u put Kanuris, Tivs, Nupes and Gwari? For the fact that you have been living all ur life in the south does mean the south is all of Nigeria.
I have lived in Potiskum & Fika and have been to various parts of the North.
LoveMachine: I need an in-depth explanation as to why he and APGA split. I keep getting surface info but I need someone from the inner circle to name the names. Big up to Gov Obi. He did major work during his tenure.
surajoyadagammo: Apart of the Diamond bank building. All I see is the pictures of his big Mansion. Though the man dey try pass that his neighbour wey dey opposite his mansion.
So you didn't see pictures of the children hospital?
doctokwus: Raids are carried out by security agencies against judges, even in saner climes when evidence or even a whiff of corruption is found against even just a single judge, talkless of where the entire institution here has been corrupted. Infact, sometimes even the security agencies pose as undercover agents and if a judge is recorded to as so much willing to accept a bribe or serve as a go between for any other judge, without even actually taking it,its a serious offence for which he/she is charged and prosecuted by d state. That is how highly demanding the integrity of judges in saner climes are. What NBA shud ask for is speedy charging of the judges to court, not insisting that the security agencies cannot carry out their duties. They shud also voice out against any selectiveness, which is the hallmark of this govt. A corrupt judge is a threat to national security,as evidenced in the happenings in Rivers state,so DSS is well within it's duties.
After giving this whole epistle, I thought you'd at least support your claim with at least one example of a similar gestapo raid on a judge in 'saner' climes.
Wadeoye: DSS team reportedly arrived Justice Adeniyi Ademola's house in Abuja asked him to come out, but he claimed he wasn't home, however, his cellphone signal gave him away. He was subsequently arrested with at least N300million found in different local and foreign currencies in his bedroom.
These are people we expect to deliver judgement on money laundering cases.
There is no law that prohibits having such money in ones bedroom. What you should be questioning is the source of the money and not why the money should be in the bedroom.
globe16: How then do you say obiano squandered investments that have not even began yielding benefits, thats if we accept the phantom 75b story? Mischief? What of the liabilities mentioned by obiano? Over 100b in liabilities.. Meanwhile, when will you peter obi sycophants start posting photos of peter obi's projects and legacies in government after 8 years instead of these nonsense self serving photos that added no value to the average Anambra person
There was a naira component in cash deposits well over N30bn. I have not personally said Obiano is squandering the investment but his flamboyance is visible to the blind and audible to the deaf. Cost of government under him has gone up.
In my opinion, Anambra has been blessed with good governance beginning from Ngige.
globe16: Peter obi did not leave any foolish savings, he simply stole state funds.. How could obiano that raised IGR from 500m to over 1billion care about phantom 75b savings from peter obi?
Well, Obiano himself admitted that 75bn was left only thst he termed the dollar investment "near cash"
Jacko1: What did he do when he was in anambra Now all of a sudden he proferring solutions Obiano is working more than him
Ppl suddenly see things wen they no more in power Put them in power all of a sudden they are blind
The problem with public office holders is that ther is no accountability. The money is jusg floating arund for u to grab.... Do nothing and suffer no consequence
That is y i neva wasted ma data to watch that his nonsense 41mins speech Saying rubbish of reducing security votes wen u chop ur own clean mouth
MayorofLagos: I saw where he is classified as "RENOWNED ARCHITECT" . What renown work has he produced?
Ekwueme is an Architect, Ngozi Iweala is a urban planner/developer. They both have money, influence and leadership. In their lifetime, why is SE looking like a huge IDP camp?
Dr. Ekwueme has been president of the Nigerian Institute of Architects and the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria.
He is currently Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Nigerian Institute of Architects.
