tommychow:very true. Humans generally have herd mentality but girls own too much. |
Godswillnwaoma:hmmm... I was kidding about the pic though. So you are just sympathetic towards short guys. E good. Babes full your class sha. |
Hehehe... And shame leave the guy come dey catch you? Bros, pic of you measuring 6.3ft or... No vex bros, when picking partners, girls like guys that they can feel protected around. Large size (especially height) easily gives that illusion. Financial weight too. Then there are girls that live for the crowd. They would hate to be mocked for having a short bf/husband. |

True, nothing justifies rape. Still, it's not just enough to say do not rape no matter what the other person wears or does. It's about as feasible as saying do not rob no matter how much cash and jewelry anyone is flaunting. Ethics is not universal for every human. In an ideal world, everyone has perfect self-control. However our world is far from ideal. It's full of perverts of both gender... Some ladies who get a kick out of exhibitionism... Some men who can't put a leash on their thoughts before it becomes action... Persons with no self-control whatsoever. Do not plant sexual thoughts in the head of anyone if you can help it, and yes, many persons are influenced by what they see. You might not be the victim, but these thoughts are built upon until the psycho finds the perfect victim and opportunity. After all, it doesn't take an astronaut to know that the same thing one lady is flaunting in a miniskirt is what another is hiding in a hijab. Do not promote an overly sexualized image of yourself, and try to avoid situations in which you'd be helpless. Goes a long way in avoiding the avoidable. |
simplex2:lolz |
If na just babe (even if I love am scatter), we'd have to sign some documents first before I can consider. Penalty for her defaulting would be serving the original 16 + the 3 months. |
arofemites:awww... Sorry sir. |
ZeeAfrica:yeah, most girls want to be treated as queens. However, only a few can recognize the guys that can truly treat them special. Many are confused by the temporary excitement that comes with being with a bad guy. When the fog fades, they call the formerly exciting guys shitty. All the same, it's silly to expect some outlaw to recognize and acknowledge royalty. Common sense. |
Bros rephrase that OTHER FEATURES part. You made it sound like it's the 2GB RAM "that can be extended to 128GB." |
Hmmm... Social media or not, why people marriage go dey vex anybody? ![]() |
RadicallyBlunt:that's 5 years too late bro. 35 is more like it ![]() |
ZeeAfrica:I think silly girls are in the majority anyway. They want a recklessly bad guy dripping with manners and care cuztomised for them alone. |
Hehehehe... It's unfair when people act like this sha. You think someone isn't good enough for you, yet you wouldn't let go cos he's your 'possession'. |
walexmini:every IHN Pro is 32gb 2gb. |
Chillax jare. If upgrades were as perfect as you are expecting, there wouldn't be any need for additional updates. There would always be bugs for starters, it is known. |
Lolz... Why Steve Jobs own take long na? |
Lol. How do they wipe it off then? Kerosene? |
ipledge10:ouch! lmao ![]() |
JhyMedex:lol. The meat is cooked in a steel pot, and thoughts run riot in the brain. What's your point? ![]() |
ronald4lif:hmmm... I disagree. See... Every invention is born out of necessity. Man wanted to be comfortable so the cart was invented and it gradually became the modern car. Therefore, cars are faulty and would not last the test of time. A man wants to have children to carry on his name and so mates with his wife. They eventually have a son. Because the son came from an activity inspired by vintage interest, he is not going to last the test of time. That's the direction you are headed with your logic. I agreed that romantic love is somewhat selfish, but that's because of its preconditions that are mostly 'take not give'. But the love itself is not the exact same as it's conditions. The conditions for romantic love are no less selfish than what makes a child love the mother or what makes most worshippers love God. It boils down to take take take. However when a child is willing to fight with his peers and possibly because one of them insults his mother, that's not borne out of selfish needs. Altruism can coexist with selfish. Neither is black and the other white. |
So what exactly makes the guy a demon? Letting her down slowly? What has that got to do with his tribe anyway? Vikky014 come and see. Someone can give you all illusions of marriage, introduce you to everyone but still go AWOL after you believe it. |
ronald4lif:on it's own, mostly selfish at the beginning, for every such love. This, I must say, is the most selfish form of love there is. It's borne out of our need to have a companion that suits us. We think a person fits the bill, so we adore him/her. However, for some persons (the minority I must admit), it eventually upgrades into something deeper. At this point it is no longer just affection for someone because she fits the the list of what they want. They start to see things they didn't really care about but are beautiful anyway. They start to respond to the spouse's affection for them, same way a child responds to a mother. Altruism gets into the mix. It's no longer the selfish longing it started out as. Now this is the reason some persons can overlook flaws they later notice, while others break up or rush off to dissolve their marriages. It's not exactly one stroke for all folks. |
ronald4lif:for me, it's complicated. I cannot give a yes or a no without feeling it's the wrong answer. Before I say what I think, do you mean romantic love? |
ronald4lif:well, that's the thread's issue, not mine. I quoted you because I wanted to know what you consider love to be. You painted love as totally selfish in your first post, and that got me curious. On the lighter side... From your conventional definition, a mother's affection for her child cannot possibly be love since it isn't accompanied by sexual attraction abi? ![]() Don't mind me, just fooling around. I think I get where you are coming from now. Thanks. |
ronald4lif:no, I'm not going to argue whether love is conditional or unconditional. You just said something makes us "act on our emotions and let it flourish to love." For me that means you believe love is conditional, whether you acknowledge it or not. That's even besides the point. I'm not interested in what someone has to do to stir up love. I want to know what you think that love is, that love that emotions flourish into. Saying it is all about self interest, is about as good as saying a fertilized egg cell splits many times to become a human as a response the question "Who is Oahray?" What is love, bro? |
missyadorable:ehya... Sad opinion. I feel very sorry for you both. A marriage characterized by an emotionless sense of duty might be common, but it isn't normal. You are wrong though. Love can exist between a man and woman. Your marriage is just one of thousands, possibly millions. |
Vikky014:Alright. Sorry if I sounded condescending at any point. I'm just worried by how naive you sound. I hope marriage and related matters turn out the straightforward way you've imagined it. |
missyadorable:ehya. Sorry about your plight. I'm sure he's just as unfortunate as you are. |
Vikky014:*sigh* You talk like a child sha. No offense. So your male friends do not have girlfriends and so can be set free by you to flirt? A boyfriend/girlfriend relationship is either romantic or sexual or both, so yes, can exist without sex. Romance is not sex, although they are related. I'm talking from the experience you do not have. Tell me, how would you know how the guy would treat his partner in certain basic situations (like when he's stressed up or upset) if all you are to him is just another female friend the way he's just another male friend to you? Remember that you treat all your male friends equal as you claimed. |
Vikky014:read your past posts about people in relationships definitely doing what married people do. You'd find the answer there. We've talked about this before on another thread. Tell me, if he's your friend because he's good enough to be with, and all your other male friends are good enough to be with (thus the equality), what would make you eventually accept your fiancé as different from the rest? A proposal? |

besides my previous post was referring to the real meaning of boyfriend. Anytime a guy asks me to be his girlfriend i do tell him i can only be his female friend not girlfriend. if he asks the difference i refer him to his dictionary. Tell me how boyfriend and girlfriend relationship will exist without the S*X thing
