I totally agree. This is pure raping of shareholders...There is need for a forensic audit to be carried out on the company. Admin costs continue to swallow up revenue every time.... undecided
That is a common trend with "one man business" they transfers all their life and family expenses to the company.

To them the company is a cash-cow.

Femi Otedola is planning to cash out. FO is not in his future plans, whatever arrangement he is putting together with Dangote is sole for his future gains. The way these emergency billionaires they do their thing on NSE is totally uninteresting.
These people are just transferring business to their friends with considering shareholders.

And NSE/SEC are just looking-on.

Rossikk:
Who is HE to talk about corruption in Nigeria??

He should ask his fellow British colonisers what they did with all the billions of pounds they made from 1897 to 1960, exporting our cocoa, rubber, tin, palm oil, groundnuts, coal, iron ore, timber, aluminium, etc etc, such that at independence in 1960 we were an underdeveloped bush with mass illiteracy, no major power station, no expressways, no major industry, and near zero infrastructure. In fact as late as the 1950s, our national football team travelled to England on a tour and played BAREFOOT because the colonial regime had starved them of basic funds for everything, and they'd never seen football boots...

The audacity of these people....
But they still get thing done with their corruption.

What are we doing for ourselves.

Things happen. Who would have thought that DF will go this way. I think people knew before the deal was consummated. If you look at the volume of the share traded in the last one month, you will understand. They kept buying even up to 12 naira plus without any fundamental to back it up. Even after the q1 loss, they kept buying. A big lesson in 'follow the money'
Insider deal is a common (illegal) practice here in Nigeria.

This people don't care about retail investors, they just sit, discuss and transfer business to their friends, without shareholders approval.

Sorry my response is coming late. Most of the people don't understand OP's frustration, let me put a little light there in.

Stanbic IBTC pensions often use some Stanbic IBTC bank enquiry staff to also handle pension matters in some of their branches. These staff in question often try their best in handling some pension issues but when the big ones comes (like OP's case) those guys often don't handle it well. Due to the fear of ........., they often find it hard to escalate to their HSS or the regional client service manager covering that jurisdiction while they keep posting the client at every visit.

OP, let me tell you these sure facts:

1. You are entitle to collect whatever amount that is left in your late father's RSA enblock.

2. No PFA will try to defraud or prevent you from accessing the death benefits most especially a reputable organisation like SIPML.

3. Not only will you get the value of the leftover retiree fund, you will also be paid whatever interest that has accrued so far into the account even during your period of processing.

However, I cannot be mentioning the documentation requirements on this platform but I will advise you to visit their main pension office in your state. If you are in Lagos or closer to Lagos, Kindly visit their head office at Plot 1678 Olakunle Bakare close, Victoria Island, Lagos. You can call their call centre line (01-2716000) to know their officer in your state where you will be advised appropriately.

Please do not pay/give anybody money with regards to the processing of your late father's benefits aside from the LOA processing.

Also, we are into this together, so do not hesitate to revert on this thread if there are any further issues.

NB: I am not their staff grin
You are 100% correct.

My Oga the markets is confusing FA followers.

When DF started moving, around January, we were confused because there was no FA behind the movement, not knowing Dangote is busy negotiating DF sale off.

Same pattern with Diamonds.

We don't know what is cooking in CHAMS.

This is the strength of TA over FA.

That's how LASTMA People will be telling your wife to come down from front seat.

Please if you are a law enforcement officer, Never try embarase a Woman in front of her Husband or Viseversa.

It is Plain Wrong.
If a law enforcement officer, questions you, courtesy demands you attend to him and Lodge a complain if your rights are being violated.

Even trained Lawyer won't confront a Law enforcement officer that way.

Yes bt they can’t shoot him. They have teaser and batons to weaken not brutalize. They have been trained on procedures to deal with such situations. The man only grew more aggressive when his wife was attacked with is understandable to an extent.

Law and order works efficiently when officers follow their training not emotions or rage. Uk has better standards than us.
This rules are everywhere, but some Policemen choose to ignore.

You think Policemen involved in US fatal shootings don't know these rules?

U can not shoot an unarmed man, u can’t even brutalize him, u will be prosecuted that is the law. They have been thought other ways to manage the the situation. Uk is not a jungle or shithole like Nigeria.

It's European police nah, they don't shoot unarmed people. The guy would definitely go to jail for a few hours or maybe a few day, except he is charged for assault. But if the police really used Taser on his wife for no reason, then he will likely walk free.
Not all European Police, can try this with Russian Police?
