I visited a medical laboratory for culture test. When I came back to collect the result. They collected another of my blood sample saying that they want to be sure, that I should please come the next day. The following day I returned they also colleted my blood sample saying that they want to be very sure. When I finally got the result it states that my HIV status is indeterminate. They advice me to come back in 3 months time for another test. This thing happened about 3 days ago since then I have not been myself. I need advice and I have never slept with a woman. Please medical laboratory scientists in the lab help me. My blood group is O.

First, they have no business with your guarantor, Your guarantor can only be arrested in the event that you cannot be found. You can be arrested for stealing , ( my not so lawyerly opinion) clear out your account, when u get to the police station, tell the officers you were robbed off your money, you can only pay their money if they pay your salary. Go to the station with a lawyer and a reliable surety so you won't be detend more than necessary. All the best to you.

OP, I am not a lawyer but I have this to say. First of all, u are wrong to withhold their money, u can be arrested for that. But u have already done it so hold on to it but keep it intact. Secondly, ensure u have a written and binding employment contract. Get a lawyer sue them to court for non payment of ur salary. Do it quickly before they make any move, and while at it, get a court injunction preventing them from arresting ur guarantors pending when they appear in court and resolve the issue of ur salary.
This will incapacitate them and they will settle with u quickly.
U shud however remember that u used their equipment to work for them, they can charge u a very high amount as equipment hiring cost and ask that u pay for it since u are holding on to their money as yours. My brother, they Wilt actually be on the right in that regard

he is right. There are polytechnic that have from better facilities compared to federal universities. Go to poly Nekede, then when u come out, visit the following federal universities; university of uyo, Niger delta university, All nine new federal universities, university of Abuja, Modibo adama university etc. These are the ones I am sure do not compare with the facilities in a school like Nekede.
Now just think about kadpoly, yaba tech, Auchi poly, Bida poly, Oko poly.......These are all mega schools that have facilities to compare with universities. They shud be converted too. Not just kaduna and yaba. Having professors is not a big deal. Visiting professors from proximate universities can always be engaged. Or the programs can temporarily be placed under the supervision of professors from proximate universities

Why not upgrade them to full fledged degree awarding institutions as most of them are far better than most universities. As for 70% of their courses being not tech based and needs to be scrapped,you will always need to close the various Universities of Techs,Agrics in the country as over 70% of their courses are also neither tech nor Agric based.

A better policy would be to upgrade them to universities, probably under the temporary supervision of established proximate universities, pending when they get the full retinue of professors required to run their programs.

She gained admission when she was 13 years. She studied industrial chemistry, and even worked in a pharmaceutical company which I know. When she went for service and want to open Alawee account, the banker had to call her dt she made mistake about her date of birth, as she was not up to 18. So they had to doctor the DOB to enabled them open Alawee account. She applied for MSc at UI, after her NYSC, but was turned down that she was under 20. Shez almost rounding off at a private University now for her MSc.

Even, her younger sister is almost through with her final year project now in d Federal University at the State of Harmony. She is also graduating at the age of 17, top of her class.

Let me paint a picture, if a lecturer is accustomed to females seducing him for marks every session, and there is now a low turn out of seducers a particular session, he has tasted the forbidden fruits and he will want more. He will see female students as his entitlement and start forcing them.


Go and check out all those Prof that are forcing students, they all starred from being seduced by female students for mark and being approached by male for sorting. And they later grow in the ministry.


I believe the University system should be well checked and monitored. Lecturer's power should be checkmate.

They have been progressing academically by copying, cheating, impersonation and all that..... just that at some point, all these techniques fail them. the price of progressing in their phantom academics goes up. It becomes either big cash, punna submission or both. That is when they start complaining. That is why u hear them complain.
They also have the average naija entitlement mentality. They feel they are entitled to free marks just the way they are entitled to the national cake. And when they don't get the freebies, they shout blue murder.
