sanmibukunmi: I started rearing goats for my MSC project.... I lost a lot of them but now they are fully owkk..but the problem I have is that their growth rate is too small...please op can you tell me what better feed I can get for them so as to increase their growth rate.....
am done with the project I just want to continue with goat farming as a part time business. I assume u studied an agriculture related course for u to rear goats as an msc project. In that case, I really wonder why all ur years of schooling did not teach u one or two things about feed formulation for goats. U shud be the one teaching us the theories. And here u are asking the questions. A whole Msc holder like u............ 2mrw now u will enter classroom and start teaching students that goats grow on trees. I weep for education in this country |

Seunaina2: I once had a rabbit farm but the stress of selling became very tough. Is dia market for it? what is all this about everyone complaining about market, market, market?? u may be right that there is no immediate market for rabbit meat. But u can create ur market. It may cost u losses for a start, but eventually, u will smile. But u shud try to start marketing by offering value added services like Free dressing of the meat for ur customers, free delivery of produce, free sample (whole rabbits) to some potential big buyers, free lessons on the best ways to prepare delicious dishes with rabbit meat, u can even do a video about that and distribute it to ur buyers and non-buyers alike. adverts on radio and tv if possible will also help. I know I will farm rabbits in future. I can't presently see the market in my location, but I don't intend to lose out when I start. |

Then he would promise to link us to the man. We would all pay 50 k in to the Hausa man's account and then some unfortunate ones would even look for the 450k and pay part, at the end all of us would be massively scamed. That's a long term plan my dear. Op isn't gonna get scammed he wants to scam us. He is preparing our mind for it. Gotche rnx. I would prefer you get the job before you start payment to avoid stories that touch. If he is unwilling to give it to you then i'd say 'LEAVE IT'. 450k is not 450 naira.
Be wise. GBAM!!!!!! Use ur friend's borrowed 50k to pay the advance. then don't pay the balance and don't pay ur friend back his money until u get the job and actually start earning a salary from the Job. |

dickrider: The actions of the publishers are treasonable and equal to creating a state within a state. Why are these igbos hell bent on having that Nonsense country called biafra? Nigeria has a legitimate government and no parts of the country will be allowed to break away. South Sudan is regretting their decision to leave Sudan till today and they've become a laughing stock in the world. The military should clamp down on pro biafra separatists with brutal force. Biafra will never come but u should realise that the key issue here is misplacement of priority. the army is deluded. as far as i am concerned, Nigeria has far more important security problems than hunting down unarmed protesters and their newspapers. the army shud focus on ending herdsmen attack, niger delta militancy, boko haram etc. These are the real security threats that threaten the very basic foundations we need to survive in our country. I am igbo, But biafra is not so important right now. what is important to me, and majority of enlightened igbos, is a better society for everyone. whether we get such society in nigeria or in biafra makes no big difference. |

Most of the technical product u see made here is just assembled here and not produced . So no matter how we discourage import we are still importing to produce and export.
