This guy had a GPA not a CGPA of 4.0, which implies that it is only for one semester.

A GPA of 4.0 not 4.00, will imply that he offered very few courses, may be 3 or 4 in that semester, or may be he only offered his Final Year Project in the semester.

NB: I am not jealous in anyway of his progress, I graduated with a first class in engineering at 21 in a reputable federal university.
