Finance.........maybe if u are really good at it. But a lot of other pple study the course too. so the competition is very stiff.

computer science...........hell no!!! Except u possess some vintage IT certifications.........which u can still get without travelling out of naija

Why leave Nigeria to study courses like Sociology, Economics and Computer Science when it's not any Medical science course?

I was telling my wife just yesterday, If I have the resources to send my kids to study abroad, certain conditions must be met.

1. it must be for a very competent professional course (medicine or a fast evolving and highly sought engineering course)
2. It must be in a country that offers them a chance to stay back after schooling to make some kind of living.

Anything less than the bolded and coloured, abeg let my kids school in any government tertiary institution here.

Someone intelligent enough to mAke such grade shud have been wise enough to follow it up with vintage and competitive IT certifications.
But am not surprised. Go to our tertiary institutions and see how this 2.1 is obtained these days. These children are brainless.

I remain convinced that there are jobs out there. What is needed is the correct mindset, the correct poise, the intelligence, the ability to articulate, the street smartness etc to get an invite for interviews and wow ur interviewer when u get there.
95% of today's graduate score zero in all these. The remaining 5% got the jobs
