dotmoth4life:see this deluded laptop farmer. I really doubt if u have a farm. how do u expect to train pple who u already claim have little capital? so u want them to give u the very little they have in the name of ur so called training abi na consultancy? it is ur type that leaves investors bankrupt after exhausting their little savings on a failed project. the worst part is that u will always provide a reason that will vindicate u and put the blame on the investor. summary.......? take ur advert elsewhere!! |
almostFamous:Girl, I just checked ur profile out of curiousity. you are really hot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! end of comment |
slap1:are u directly responsible when someone else lose money and u win in gambling? |
Splashme:IT IS CLEAR U ACTUALLY WATCHED THE EVENT JUST LIKE ME. I AM NOT A PDP SUPPORTER (OR ANY PARTY FOR THAT MATTER) BUT JUST LIKE U SAID, THIS IS JUST A CHEAP CHILDISH STUNT BY APC. BUHARI may BE GOOD. BUT HE IS SORROUNDED BY THE WORST DEVILS FROM THE PIT OF HELL |
EggovinMma:dis girl sef!!!!!! Ur drama in every thread is just too much. Lolz |
hotmas911:Hotmas911, after all said and done, notwithstanding YOUR "perceived" beef between u and I, I must say that as long as the all important top soil is left unharmed, then u did a very good and cost effective job of clearing a virgin forest at that price per acre. congrats!!! ol boy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! farming is very expensive oooo. especially at the start up phase. anyway sha, my personal doubts about partnering with u still dey. but like I said, it is just personal to me. |
Emmafrancis: the reporter is an attention seeking, money hungry, half illiterate, non professional and biased idi.ot. He is getting what he deserves. Nobody will protect him |
kennygee:I'm not generalising on dia actions either. All am saying is dat no guy will give benefits to a girl from whom he is getting nothing. Especially if he is not the only guy in d girl's life |
kennygee:my dear, if u really watched dat video, u will notice that all the girls expect benefits from having more than one boyfriend. so what exactly is the point of ur question? |
kennygee:I cannot resist quoting u. pls tell me. why wud I have a girlfriend who expects benefits from me yet we dont have "anything sexual" going on? I hate to inform u............but that strain of the M.U.GU virus in men is now as extinct as the small pox disease. |
all4naija:Sory. But please why wud u be naked with Ur sister? Cuddling or no cuddling? Are we still in d garden of Eden? |
I was not really surprised at how d story turned out. Like I said before, it was scripted out of one of Hadley chase popular novels. But I still think iosprince did a wonderful job with d twists he added to d storyline. Nice job all in all. |
Ikenna351:i will just quote u and say nothing else cos u don talk am finish. interstate/ intercity driving is another ball game altogether. anyone who does not realise it might be looking at a very short lifespan especially on naija roads. most importantly, pray hard before driving on the highway. witches from the village are looking for exactly such opportunity to flex dia muscles. I just lost an office colleague this morning due to accident on the owerri - PHC road. from what I gather, the accident was entirely no fault of his. |
diddydiva:hahahahaha If u were a guy and just made d above comment, I wud have concluded dat u have other intentions. Especially on d coming back to thank u part |
searching4love:I wud have been really surprised if I finish reading page 1 without seeing a tribalistic and bigoted comment. Nairaland I hail thee Modified......... The guy is just trying to gather enough mentions in his profile. Please u guys shud stop quoting him |
Coldplay007:I think I will just rest this issue. Just like an old Igbo adage says, "opinions and thoughts are like personal hand luggage. Everyone carries his own" So if it is Ur opinion that I make my comments out of envy rather than a genuine intention of ascertaining d credibility of a personality I hope to deal with one day, then it is just Ur opinion and u can carry it with u. Meanwhile, I will keep visiting the agric section of NL, learning new things everyday while at d same time trying to be very wary of questionable personalities in my quest to take a leap into agri business in d nearest future. |
zimoni: world1:Reasonable comments. Learning somethings I never knew before. Last time we hired a bulldozer to clear our street, we just paid d rental fee and d rental company bore EVERY OTHER COST It was early dis year. We paid 50k a day |
PapaBrowne:Wow!!! Something is not right here. We all use pseudonyms and monikers on NL so I can't rule out d possibility dat dis is still hotmas911 talking. His reluctance to address or counter simple straightforward issues I raised shud raise alarm in d minds of proper reasoning pple. What is d big deal in addressing d issues and convincing me rather than making subtle attacks on my person. I tot a good businessman or marketer (since he mainly sells land) makes all efforts to convince prospective clients by responding to all reasonable enquiries no matter how crude or controversial it is in presentation. When u try to push away questions or digress to other talks irrelevant to d issue at hand, pple naturally become suspicious. Please be reasonable. Dia is nothing envious in my comments neither is dia anything to be envious about. I'm not a land seller, I'm not yet a farmer (although intending to be and looking for credible contacts to deal with), I don't live in ogbomosho or lagos. So what exactly shud make me envious? I dont even know u or hotmas911 in person. I'm doing well enough on my own while looking for trustworthy pple to deal with in my desire to enhance my life by going into agriculture. It is dis quest for credible pple dat makes me examine every prospect I come across, (especially on an online forum like NL) very thoroughly while praying dat such prospect wud convince me enough to invest my hard earned cash. |
missjenna:@missjenna, I notice that ur profile pic speaks in direct contrast to ur comments above. I wonder if ur actual picture will support ur comment. can u upload it? by the way, team slimfit girls for me........................... although that is only on paper. in reality, I can make do with plumpy (but not fat) girls. my wife is plumpy after child birth. |
hotmas911:hey bro!!, I have no personal issues with u. why don't u view my comments (or attacks as u call them) as an opportunity for u to once more prove ur credibility for the benefit of some of ur future but very skeptical clients? u see, money is not easy to make. I was brought up and also learnt from bitter experiences to look very closely before giving it out. |
hotmas911:As usual, u fail to address d issues on ground. Ur dodgey manner of response suggests dat one shud look well before doing biz with u. Sory, when I say ogbomosho is a village, I do not mean d area is undeveloped. I only mean dat d farm is located in a rural area. But please keep dat aside and address other issues I have raised. Pls try to base Ur arguments purely on d merits of each point. |
hotmas911:Am still reading comments but I have some observations. Why wud u pay 60k for a bulldozer and still buy diesel and pay for d operator? Why shud a bulldozer cost 60k a day in a village like ogbomosho when it goes for abt 50k a day in d townships especially when u are booking multiple days and d owner will still bear all cost. I feel d only extra cost apart from daily rental shud be d cost of d low bed (and except it is coming all d way from lagos, 100k is toooooo high) intact, at 60k, some rental companies bear cost of d low bed especially if Ur job will last for up to 10 days. Summary: Dis is way too expensive and discouraging to intending farmers. And please, don't come and tell us that d bulldozer clears 10 hectares a day. |
all i will say is this; marriage is not an automatic meal ticket to the woman. if I were not married,I can never marry any woman who sees the marriage as a meal ticket. marriage is an invitation to partnership. to join hands together to build a home for urselves and ur children to the glory of God. if God provides means for the wife, she should not hestitate to help out fully in the expenses. she shud also do it without looking back or complaining. But I dont agree that a man shud abandon his responsibilities as the head of the house. the only thing I can see in this case is an issue of distrust and lack of love in the house. the only thing the couple really love is money. if not so, this are all basic issues that shud be understood and discussed b4 going into marriage I earn way more than my wife. but she keeps 90% of my money cos I trust her. because of this trust, she does not hestitate to hand over all her money to me to use whenever I ask for it. cos she knows That I wud always have her back financially come what may. at times we have our little squabbles over money but she always trusts my judgement at last. |
freecocoa:No need for insults here. u need to understand something about written english. I can write a single sentence in which I really mean one thing but then I structure it in such a way that my readers wud think I mean another thing. ur sentence which I bolded intends to make the readers believe that bursars do have a sustained contact with the students hence u believe the story may be credible. I corrected u because the level of contact bursars have with the students is so low that chances of the story being true (the way the OP narrated it) is very unlikely. this is what I want u to understand. |
acidtalk:u sound happy with d developments. While I don't doubt d positive financial impact of outsourcing on the bottom line of d private biz man, I want to point out dat it is d primary duty of d govt to provide an enabling economic environment for its citizens to Survive and thrive. So u shud not pray for mass sack especially in d civil service when govt has not provided an alternative investment and survival option |
naijasinglegirl, u need to write a book. u are really funny and I always enjoy ur posts. by the way, can u post ur pic? I want to see ur face |
DoTheNeedful:please help me tell the M.O.FO |
freecocoa:@ the bolded; very big lie. except on very special and peculiar circumstances. |
Hychineson:may God bless u richly for this piece of wisdom. In any govt owned higher institution in naija, the Bursar is a god, feared almost as much as the Rector or the VC. He is a principal officer with offical vehicles, security details and other paraphenalia of office. he can never be be-littled to the extent of signing course forms of miserable students. I work in a bursary and even I myself is way above attending to mere students not withstanding that i am very very much below the rank of a Bursar. I believe the OP is in a secondary school OR (modified) students sometimes have dis stupid habit of referring to anyone, even the security man they meet in the bursary building, as the Bursar. It happens often in my organisation. The bursary messenger who sits in the bursars file room and receives memo from staff and students was often mistaken for the bursar by most students. such was their level of ignorance. |
Oklander:may God bless u mightily for ur level of common sense. The sudanese president has some valid points and i've always fully shared the same view on the issue. |
