yeyenatu: He should be the shoulder when necessary, e doesn't really ave to expect things in return. For them to even be friends, e should ave considered the fact that she is female after all and tender. He should take her shortcomings jor. If she gets hurt, of course she is gonna run to him, he is her friend. Guys are only good friends when they ave favors to ask for.

It's not about relationships, it's about being a good friend and not minding if you remain in the friend zone, did you come with a different agenda? I don't see why guys offer friendship when they want something else.
Please go back to sleep. Cos u just woke up in Jupiter.
What a load of bullcrap u are spewing outta Ur lips!!
I can sense the density and smell the odour of selfishness in Ur post.

Nice story.

But I really wished u took it farther than where u ended it. U see, dia are so many aspects of campus life all funny and interesting, which u wud have expanded Ur story to.

We have the fellowships, village meetings, elections and student politics, kegites, some queer departments and fields of study, exam stuff (micro chips, merceneries,) lecturers and sorting levels, rain making in the hostels, gigolos and aristo babes etc.

Sory I left university 10yrs ago so I maybe a little old school about dis things.

Adegwu, nice update.
But have u 4gotten u were ordered by the capone to leave cynthia alone?
I still wonder why u did not build Ur story towards dat angle in dis update. Ur story is developing too many branches. All the branches are interesting but u shud find a way to develope all the branches u have created and then somehow consolidate them into one central identifiable storyline.

Don't force urself. U are doing good. Just have a plan to use in gradually building Ur story. Don't try to copy adegwurulez; he has a unique style and swagger of his own. Just do Ur thing as it comes from Ur heart.
NB. I was a masters student at unizik b4 I abandoned my program due to job challenges.

U guys cud not notice that this post is fishy. If u have worked in a bank, or if u've ever been in charge of an atm, u'll know that it will take a real high powered explosive to break into an atm machine. Boko haram types of explosives wud not even dent the cash box. The only other way to gain assess is if u have the keys and the combination of the locks. Now we all know that keys and combination are held by cash officer and HOP. If u want my opinion, both hop and cash officer should be held for questioning. I smell a massive cover up here.
CareerRe: Your Experience With Female Bosses by obstead200(m): 5:05pm On May 16, 2013
Women are not really programmed for leadership. They generally tend to be less objective and very sentimental .
You have said it all.
Female bosses are not really wicked. It is just their inability to separate their emotions from the Job that makes It very difficult For them to be fair in administration

@Excelsiorfarm: pls don't forget dat middlemen are very important in a business like dis in order to achieve a wider market reach and also to bring down costs and other risks associated with distribution of product. I aim to be able to achieve commpetitve pricing by acquiring the neccessary techhnology to drastically reduce production costs. I cud even encourage my middlemen and distributors by passing on some of the cost saavings to them to enjoy. That way, I'll easily gain product popularity.
AgricultureRe: Reasons Why Fish Farmers Fail In Nigeria by obstead200(m): 8:10pm On Mar 23, 2013
with reference to d earlier post,do u say because u produce cheaper, now sell below market rate,No,zartech & more farms get their broilers to market in 5-6Wks,by d grace of God i can do that in 7-8Wks,now will someone getting to market in 10-12Wks compete favorable,d answer is same as above,d foreign countries hav d tech,d knowhow,d genetic improved breeds, lets not bundle ourselves, lets go make research & safe cost.God Bless
Now u have said what I want to hear; especally wwith reference to making research and saving cost. U see, I hv great interest in going into poultry and fishfarming in future. I'v even secured a land for dat purpose. But I'm so concerned about obtaining the know-how to achieve cost reduction to the extent of competing favorably with imported products.
AgricultureRe: Reasons Why Fish Farmers Fail In Nigeria by obstead200(m): 11:48am On Mar 23, 2013
@obstead200,let me try to answer yr question,d answer is how much technology do we put into what we do?some ponds are so deep that they forget d fishes will use some of d food it could hav use to grow,as energy in d pond.let me not go far, lets ask ourselves zartech, chi are more reknown?why?because they use improve breeds & tech,in 5-6Wks broilers is ready in zartech, what of north?they say hausa tomato, hausa that, there is nothing of such, they used improve seeds,at least i worked 1Year in (karda)kebbi
You are missing the point. I don't really care about the technology if it does not achhieve cost reduction and better mkt aacceptability. Can zartech sell it's produce in such a way that retailers can afford to resell at N800 per kilo? that is the question

AgricultureRe: Reasons Why Fish Farmers Fail In Nigeria by obstead200(m): 8:27am On Mar 22, 2013
Lemme say something
I do not believe that their is no market for fish farming. Rather I feel what we need is to do indepth research into ways of producing fish dat would be cheaper or at least at par with imported fish, withouT reducing quality.
The same goes for poultry. Have u ever wondered why a kilo of imported chicked sells for just N800 at retail price? Can we produce chicken right now that can sell for same rate per kilo without incurring heavy losses?
The question we should be aasking is "how do the foreign countries do it?" " Can't we do the same?"

EducationNaija Tertiary Institutions With Computerised Bursary Departments by obstead200(op):
Dear Nairalanders,
I need to carry out a feasibility study towards computerising the bursary department of a federal tertiary institution.
Part of my mandate involves visiting tertiary institutions whose bursary departments are computerised, in order to understudy there system to serve as a basis in designing ours.
I need you guys to provide me with names of federal tertiary institutions whose bursary departments are computerised practically (i.e those that have a computerised accounting system and actually make use of it).

I still value my life very much, so schools in the southwest and south east are most welcome.
Abeg, I don wanna go to Unijos or Bayero University kano.

Thanks
