I live in Canada and won't choose a 100 million over Canada. You need to leave Nigeria to know you live in a jungle. I have seen MTN and Bank managers who left naija to start afresh here.

What's 15m? Upgrade your thoughts please.

Uncle, I don't fault your opinion oo but I lived in England for some years by the way I got an IT job with a company that works with US Army while in the UK before moving back to 9ja... See, after all the infrastructure and amenities nothing is special

Mind you I visit the US when I'm on vacation, beautiful country but by God's grace, we make the money we come to spend there. If I'm given 100m, brother wetin I dey find for inside cold see with 100m do you know what you can become with proper investment in 9ja.

Like I said earlier your opinion is your opinion, not everyone wants to live abroad trust me. Just make sure wherever you find yourself make use of your opportunity and don't involved in crime.

Now unto that 15million matter, you see food is a big problem for us in Nigeria if you can perform your feasibility study well, plan and properly execute a project in Agriculture with even if na plantain you invest am in, see in less than 1 year you can triple that amount. There' re opportunities in 9ja but it's not for the faint hearted, you must be daring also if you want to live abroad good luck.. Just be sure of what you're doing. Peace

Family / Re: What's Your Biggest Fear About Marriage? by octavian(m): 3:32am On Nov 19, 2019
purples25:
That he wont love me or care and we live as compatible partners , simply co operating rather than ..... You know

that he will deal with me.... and then we will also have those fights leading to high blood pressure.

That i may not even like him cuz mom wants a specific person and i may not find the character and interest i desire in that type of person she wants.

That my kids might hate me or i wont be good enough ( this is partly due to people always breaking down my confidence from family to public, by always - well not always, treating me like an unstable person and a joke ) , or people come in with all their bossiness and pushy advice and try to tell me how to handle my kids or even start taking over forcefully. Theyve done that to me most times in my life and it pains me a lot, so this fear is real .

Having an impatient intolerant brash traditional man that cares nothing for living life with class or treating his family well.

First thing, I'm married and let me try to explain some of your fears to you, "that he won't love you or care" , it happens but never go into marriage thinking LOVE will be the only fuel to sustain it. FRIENDSHIP is the key, you and your to be husband must be friends, someone who really understand you and is always ready to listen to you, if not having the right answers can always point you in the direction and pray with you.

A man most often times is the reflection of his parents relationship, be careful enough to study your man's parents marriage, if he has any. See, men have egos and as cocky as we get we love respect especially from our wife, please you must learn to both tolerate each other. There'll always be crazy gifts almost leading to HBP but, one of you must be bigger person ( learn to easily let go and move on) it's hard but it will save you a lot .

See, when you're bonded with your friend you'll know to a certain level his behaviour. Mind you, never go into marriage thinking, you can know everything about your spouse, but when you get in some will be unleashed, that's where you must maturely handle. NEVER MARRY ANY MAN TIED TO HIS MOM'S APRON, na the mama go run Una home

Never let anyone put you down in the public space, your family might have their opinion but your opinion matters alot. Living in Nigeria is enough challenge, don't let anyone add salt to your injury, family never puts anyone down they support, care and defend each other. It's time you call them to other, give them a piece of your mind and move on, if your to be husband sees the way your people treats you he might capitalise on it to inflict more pain on you, please stand up to them now. By the way, don't be scared no one can take away your kids from you.

Uncle God hates divorce, we all hate divorce it's never anyone's wish to go through it. However, it's not in your place to judge them or tell them they will end up in hellfire. Remember, before you remove the speck in another person's eye, remove the log in yours. NEVER JUDGE ANYONE, ALWAYS PRAY FOR THEM BECAUSE YOU DON"T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE GOING THROUGH, AND WHY THEY TAKE SUCH DECISIONS

whosoever gets married and then later divorces his/her spouse and gets married to another is considered as an adulterer in God's sight and whosoever marries a woman or man that has been divorced risks danger of eternal fire.

Travel / Re: How Trafficked Nigerians Fall Victims Of Organ Harvest In Europe by octavian(m): 2:34pm On Jul 18, 2019

“Mali, which the traffickers named Maliasia, is now the number one destination for those trafficked into prostitution. Some of them, who we rescued, said they were paid an equivalent of N140 for a round of sex and they would have to be doing that until they realized the equivalent of N2 million to secure their freedom. Some of them were trafficked when they were 13,” he said.
He adds that some Nigerian migrants sell their ovaries to fertility clinics for N140,000.

Assuming the information that is bolded in the above quote was correct that means, a girl in order to meet the set target of #2 Million by the MADAM OR MASTER will have:

2,000,000 / 140 = 14,287 rounds of sex to meet the target.

But why are we wicked like this cry

These California people are just like lagosians. Is it by force to live in a city even when you're living in duress and discomfort?

Around 3-quarter of their lands is covered by mountains and forests. Even the little left is always threatened by hurricanes, earthquakes and other physical disasters.

As big as America it's only California they want to stay.

What do I know? There's money in California and there's many perverted and sex hungry people and laws there. Not many hate money and regular sex.

Mr man, the day you visit San Franciso or Los Angeles that day you will trace your post and delete it. California is a wonderful place, it generates enough revenue to sustain itself. Mind you those mountains are loaded with Wind Turbines, beautiful engineering with the construction of bridges, ohhh the forest are not oridnary irumole forest just pay a visit to Yosemite National Park, Death Valley National park or if you want to see another wonder go to Lake Tahoe. Also, visit Universal Studios and before I forget don't leave Cali without visiting any theme park.

Summary, until you visit California you will never know why California is California

my last experience on that road was over a decade back, and i came back sick after the trip... Oke Ogun seems marginalized and that's the truth back then they couldnt even recieve NTA or because signals.. however resurfacing Ibadan to OkeOgun is a huge financial burden Makinde cant even afford except he would lie.... Saki to Ibadan is 153 kilometers and cost of a kilometer of road averages 30million naira, that means we are looking at 5 billion naira.. and if we go with what we earn from FG 5.4 billion monthly wage bill of 4.5 billion, and makinde is already canceling all means of IGR so we either need a loan or for him to owe the workers salary to be able to resurface that road

The government is yet to be serious, they complain about low IGR while the natural resources of Oke Ogun if well mined and accounted for can tripple the IGR of Oyo state. Without sentiments, once a governor is from Ibadan they never care about Oke Ogun.
For those calling Shina Peller , he can appeal to both Federal and state authority, about fixing the road but he can't fix it

Today is bad does not mean tomorrow will not be great for you, I know what it is not to have a job in order to take care of your self, but this is a phase that you must determine to push on and push through for your success to come. Please don't end it or take you life, there are people who care about you out there.

Hmmm after sieving through responses, I have a quick question, how many of those that are siding with Huawei have ever worked with them? You will understand the word no freedom , just ask around

We need to remove emotions and sentiments from discussions, Americans spy we know but the Chinese is on another massive scale.

Then for those soliciting that Chinese will rule the world, how many of you know that no Nigeria Aviation company purchase aircraft from China rather they run to Airbus and Boeing. In terms of Military technologies, the Chinese are crawling behind Americans.

Even as bad as our leaders are, they have never purchased military equipment from China especially our fighter jets. Lastly, if no deal is struck with the US, China's economy will nose dive as America is their biggest market and not Middle East or Africa.
