Stop lying and misleading people, did the university make it compulsory that you must have credit in Igbo before they will accept student to enter their university. Higher institutions in lagos can make Yoruba compulsory course in their schools but not that you must have credit in yoruba before you enter the school.

Yoruba like introducing tribalism into anything in Nigeria, they first introduce tribal politics now tribal education yet they are the tribe that love one Nigeria more than any other tribe because of Niger delta oil money that they are feeding on.

Imagine what will happen in Nigeria if every state in Nigeria state to enact a law that say that every student must have a credit in any of their indigenous language in their state before a student will be allowed to study in their schools.


Federal government should call them to order or they should divide Nigeria let every region manage their resources.

Actually Yoruba muslims should show us where this mosque was located in Osun 500yrs ago and how they have been practicing Islam with facts, from history books in Nigeria we where told that Usman dan fodio came to Nigeria and spread Islam from the North to northern fringe of yorubaland, that is why Islam is found more at the northern part of yorubaland and it decreases downward to Ondo and very small in Edo where it terminate. Christianity increases from Eastern Nigeria down to Yorubaland also and the north.

Fulani people also boast about how they introduce Islam to Yorubas openly without any objection in any manner both written or verbally from yoruba muslims, one notable Fulani man even said it openly in an interview media chat that when they came to Ilorin that they kill the locals and force them to abandon their Idol worshiping and embrace Islam, it is all there in national newspapers.

No! You did not get Islam from Fulani. Islam had been in Yoruba land before Fulanis or Hausa began to take it serious - see Iwo town in Osun state for example. A good number of Yoruba people in Oyo, Iseyin, Ibadan, Osogbo, Ijaiye& so on were mislims before Afonja invited Alimi. In fact, some of the Ibadan army who fought against Fulani army and defeated them in Osogbo & Odo-Otin were muslims; for example Aare Latosa the head of Ibadan army was a muslim.

Contrary to general belief, Fulani, Hausa & Kanuri were slaves across Yoruba land who served domestic purposes & used during wars. They only used Ilorin as a haven when Afonja declared it a safe zone for them which made all of them flock there. When they invaded Oyo they killed people both Yoruba that were muslim & those who were not.

They did not give you Islam o! This is the mistake most Yoruba people make. We think Fulani brought Islam & introduced it to us, no they did not.
