so those ijaws who have settlements outside biafra will live in another country while having allegiance to biafra republic? LOL.
Ijaws in Ondo and lagos are small in number, the Ijaws in Biafra will decide what to do with them when they have full control of their resources and self government of their people.

I think that you are the one that need acquaintance about Nigeria map and look at the Ijaw settlement because Ijaw have scattered settlement in Nigeria.

Biafra will be an umbrella in which all ethnic groups within Biafra will rule their-self and manage their resources in any geographical location they found their-self.

How will a people that has a scattered settlement form a republic
, you will find Ijaws in Ondo, Edo, Rivers,Delta, Bayelsa(mainly Ijaws) etc,how are you going to jump other ethnic group territories to merge Ijaws together to form Ijaw nation, you know it is not possible,Urhobo, Isoko, Efik etc have more potential to form a republic than Ijaws because they occupy one particular geographical location, unlike Ijaws that is scattered within other tribes

They are not credible, once money change hand people make publication and declaration that are insincere.

Wen push comes to shove, Ijaw will head back east from which they came.

Ijaw cannot co-exist with Edo and Yoruba 4 one miniute.

Serious war!
He know this very well that Edo, Ijaw, Urhobo,Isoko,Efik,Istekiri cannot be in one country without the Igbos, otherwise their country will just scatter within three months, they cannot even be able to sit together to forge ahead to create a country of their own, Asari Dokubo have said it that the last hope of Ijaw people and other ethnic group in SS is Biafra, then from there they can champion their destiny.

Sorry!!!!

Meanwhile, Join us as APDA
Deep down inside your heart you know that ethnic nationalities in South South will never come together to form NDR ,of which Ondo,Imo,Abia is part of ND because of unresolved frictions and fighting, Ijaw cannot form a republic on it own because Ijaw population is scattered within the Niger Delta, the only option Ijaw or any other ethnic group in Niger delta have is either to join Biafra or remain in Nigeria

Similarly Ijaw, i mean, where are the Ijaw going?

To go and fight Bini, Urhobo, Yoruba and Itsekiri?

Wen dey have a home in the East where dey are loved and their own boss

Look at the Kalabari, they are practically kith and kin with the Igbos of Rivers.

NigerDelta is a fancy for Igbo haters that is already doomed.
Niger Delta that they are always talking about has Ondo,Imo and Abia as part of it, Ijaw prominent leaders has identify with Biafra including the militants, there is no way the masses will vote to remain in Nigeria and the ethnic nationalities in the south south cant come together to form a country because of differences and fights among them.

If referendum will conducted in Akwa Ibom, I am 100% sure that they will vote to go with Biafra, a group of people can be paid to say anything they like but not on behalf of the entire masses living in Akwa Ibom which include Oron,Ibibio,Efik and Annang.

@Mojounited, there is no cause for concern at all. The IPOB and their claims, map drawings etc can online exist in their heads and online. The only way it will materialize beyond that is when they take the first and most important step of all, which is due consultations.

Rest assured that if any "major minority" is leaving Nigeria to join either Biafra or proposed Niger Delta Republic or whatever, all the stakes will be tabled and deliberated upon, leaving no detail unattended.

Even the NIGER DELTA REPUBLIC is a misconception, as I can safely tell you that many ethnicities in the ND will want to have nothing to do with others once Nigeria falls. There will be many options to pick, let Nigeria fall first.
There is nothing like Niger Delta Repulic because Ondo,Abia, Imo is part of Niger Delta. Biafra referendum will be for Igbo and Igboid ethnic group and any other ethnic nationalities in the old Eastern Nigeria that will like to join them or remain in Nigeria with the north and west. The old Eastern Nigeria is Biafra land, then matters arising because time has change, other ethnic group will be asked whether they want to join or remain in Nigeria.
PoliticsRe: We Are Not Biafrans, Akwa Ibom Group Says by Odingo1: 10:00pm On Jun 26, 2017
I wish any ethnic group in South South that will wish to opt out of Biafra and stay with Yoruba and Hausa-fulani goodluck and better union in their country,It is not by force to join Biafra, let the referendum decide this, then better countries will emerge.
The ethnic nationalities in south south should know that they have only one option, either to opt out or to stay.

If you are one of those young people who have been brainwashed into singing "Biafra or death" instead of committing your time to education and to participate in the political process, let me remind you what could happen in the event of war.If war breaks out, a lot of people will send their children and wives out of the country, even if they themselves decide to stay behind to avoid missing out in what could be the prevailing commerce of the moment- arms dealing and food racketing. And they will sell to any side whocan afford it. That is to say, Mr Okafor, Alhaji Ibrahim, Otumba Kayode and their likes will easily come together as business men and sell guns and bombs to those who are fighting; to them, business is business, no tribe, no religion. They are rich and that's what matters to them.Meanwhile, while the war is ongoing, their children would be safe, gaining more education in some of the best schools in the world. And when the war ends, with millions dead and hundreds of thousands psychologicallyderanged and emotionally damaged, those who left the country will start coming home to rebuild the country. And because they have money and education and exposure and contacts, they will join the political process and take over from where their fathers stopped.Check all the politicians today whose fathers had been in power in the past and ask them werethey were during the war? The likes of the senatepresident Bukola Saraki and the troublesome Fani-Kayode easily come to mind.So don't go and kill yourself. War sets the poor back and enriches the rich. In fact, each year a war lasts impoverishes the poor by a decade. Bewise. God bless.

The Northern youth have told you that they want a peaceful resolution to actualization of Biafra, why are you yorubas like deceiving your-selfs by beating the drum of war in 21st century when simple referendum or round table talk will solve the problem. Keep on deceiving yourself, maybe you and your family will go and fight the war, keep the north out of any war.

Well, I created this thread to say the bitter truth and not to have any diss with anyone.

Nnamdi Kanu and Ipob have been clamouring for Biafra which I guess is not my problem. You want to know my Problem with Kanu?

I guess there would be freedom of Religion if Biafra should any case be achieved. But Nnamdi kanu has exhibit the habit of abusing Reverend men of God right from the creation of Radio Biafra which I am totally against. I mean he would just open his mouth against men like Kumuyi, Adeboye Oyedepo or Olukoya thinking by insulting them, Biafra would come. Well, what do I know? but escalating it to the extent of calling Jesus a Gay and a foolish man? Bros, if Biafra is a place where Jesus is not the head of the family then i, with my last blood renounces Biafra. patapata if Biafra come I'll move away from Africa cause nothing good comes from here(but we dey pray sha)

If you are fighting for Biafra, Then face the course and stop being Confounded.

I was listening to Radio Biafra some day(before he was arrested), I was enjoying it not until he started insulting Yorubas Pastors, calling them all kind of names. l called him and told him what he was doing was so bad, he started insulting me, I just laughed and hung off.
I mean what consigns a course with religion?

I loose respect for him when he called Jesus a Gay and foolish.
He that has ears, Let him hear.

You said they cant do right thing by leaving, they tell you they need Biafra for them to go,if you people are not cowards you have grant them Biafra and kick them out, Imagine somebody blocking the entrance of my house and was insulting me and ask him what is your problem,he said that I should give him his land which is in my care so that he will go in peace and I was beating about the bush and allowing the blockade to continue and the insult.Where I can easily give him back his land and chase him away.

IPOB are not the recognized representatives of the Igbo people by the Nigerian state. It is then left for IPOB to organize a political party to get its members elected to to the executive and legislatures, or bring pressure to bear on the current ones to raise the matter. No representative from another region is going to do that for you and also Nigeria can never negotiate with a group whose leader is currently on trial for one of the most serious crimes against the state.
Then Northern youth are jokers, then why asking them to leave huh huh huh huh
You people are cowards, you dont like the Igbos at the same time want to live with them at all cost.

When my grand parents narrated how they suffered during the war, i cried my eyes out. Honestly I won't wish my enemies to even experience war. Youths are shouting and making noise under the guise of Biafra . believe me, If war comes, they will beg for peace and it won't come. Even elders don't go protesting, cuz they know what it entails, they are shaky, they even tempted to deny the Biafra movement. Meanwhile Arewa youths should keep calm. Nobody is going anywhere. They should also take cognizance of the fact that fulani's are everywhere, and not just in Kaduna. We need each other to survive o.
Self determination is not a call for war, let them have referendum and have Biafra if they wish, UK did not fight Scotland and Spain is not fighting Catalonia, this not olden days, UN charter should be respected, even the northern youth acknowledge UN charter in their last letter. Why all this war, war war things, people claim that Igbos are bad but are afraid for them to have their own contry. You are bringing the event of 50 years ago in these modern time.

If the other Nigerians are tired of Igbos, let them have referendum, then grant them Biafra if they said so,then kick them out of Nigeria to Biafra. Very simple, asking your follow Nigerian to leave one part of Nigeria without their own country is act of cowardice, blackmail and intimidation on the part of the north, they should be bold enough to the needful

Maybe this Eze-igbo trader has a landed property there. You'd better come home now because the Federal govt you're waiting to ask u to leave is itself incapacitated. If it starts now, they will be overwhelmed. No sane leader or govt will champion a break-up of their country because they have sworn to protect indivisibility. It's only the pressure from the ordinary people that usually spur a break-up, coupled with external pressure from other countries which also come as a result of internal agitation.
This is not true, the Federal government is made of people, if the North and the West is tired of Igbos they should come out straight and declare Biafra then ask the Igbos to go back to their country. When malay control government is tired of Sigaporeans, the Malaysian government controls by malays granted the singaporeans independence and ask them to leave. Hausas and Yorubas should be sincere to their-self of what they want, grant them Biafra and ask them to go,resorting into killing the Igbos in the north wont solve problem or asking them to leave the north without them having their own country is very childish and cowardic.

They said that they want Biafra before they can leave, I think their message is very clear, the Arewa youths are cowards.
If they are serous they should mandate the federal government to declare Biafra then ask them to vacate to their country, blackmailing the Igbos with useless threat is act of cowardice on the part of North and West, they should be bold enough and do the needful instead resorting to low self esteem method.
