My wife also did INEC work at Ayetoro, Yewa (Egbado) North Local Government, Ogun State. She vowed not to return for the gubernatorial elections.

INEC work is worse than slavery. After traveling to another town, the LG headquarters, she had to sleep for three days in a classroom for the training. Nothing whatsoever was given or provided for them.

During the election too, it was three grueling days. Both training, pre-voting and post-voting duties were hectic tasks that stretched all through the midnight.

After the election, she was given N4000 which couldn't even cover her transport and feeding, as the training allowance.

Later she was sent N13,000 as payment for her gubernatorial election duties.

Whether it is monumental corruption at INEC or under-funding, INEC work, as important as it is, is worse than slavery.

No wonder both permanent and adhoc staff of INEC compromise.

Base on my experience here, Enugu is the worst state to serve as a Corp member.
They all wanna use you free especially when they know you are a Corp member.

While camping, NYSC officials told us the state government pay Corp members #850 (eight hundred and fifty naira) as state allowance, Funny.

Here we are, about to complete our service year without any allowance from them.

My question is; most of this money are budgeted for but what do they do with it?

Everytime i get a response like these, i ask did others want to Launch there Port and FG get an executive order to stop them or there is any law that stipulate no Other state seaport must function, how exactly is Lagos stop other seaport from working if the govt of those places are damn serious.

Peter Obi did not make proper consultation across those who matter in Nigeria about his ambition.

Obi would have won SS convincingly had he build good structure in the region.

His North performance is just too poor. No effect of Datti Ahmed in the results .

Btw, I think Obi's supporters also contributed largely towards the outcome of the results. Reno managed Obi's tweeter account in 2019 election, The Obi that I know can never make his relationship with others so messy to the extent of attacking but Reno was instead using Obi to get at his supporters who have been attacking and threatening him

However, the Boy(LP presidential candidate) doesn't know that in Lagos we have different Yoruba groups that have settled in Lagos at different times even before the returning slaves ever came into Lagos island.

Places like Abule Egba, Ijesha, Ikoyi, Sango-tedo represent different Yoruba sub groups such as Oyo, Egba and Ijesha who settled in Lagos at different times.

We also have Tapa (Yoruba way of referring to Nupe) families that came into Lagos just like we have in Ibarapa part of Oyo state. One of their prominent Son is Balogun Tapa Oshodi.

This is sperate from Awori, Ilaje, Ijebu and Ijebu-remo which are different Yoruba sub groups amongst the original aboriginals of Lagos State.

So for him to come from a family of returning slave and question other Yorubas authencity in Lagos is actually very silly.
