He needs a miracle. The word of God can correct all issues. All kinds of disorderliness.
He needs what I called a confession therapy.
Tell him to always make positive confession like.
I have a sound mind, I can read and write. I have a teachable spirit. I can understand all things. I have knowledge, I know all things. I always remember what I read. Reading should come with meditation or reflection. He should try and be remembering what he has read time to time. He should memorize them and confess or speak those words out. The last thing he needs to be born again and be filled with the Holy Spirit. The Spirit of God can bring things into his remembrance. The changes will be sudden. That is the miracle that he needs.

3) By loving your neighbor as yourself.

4) By giving as charity to your neighbor, friends, and to the poor & needy.

5) By abiding in Christ and meditating on the Word of God.

6) By walking humbly, uprightly, and being righteous.

7) By loving your enemies, forgiving and embracing peace with your neighbor.

All you said are secondary.
The key Christian character is in SOUL WINNING. Every Christian was given the ministry of reconciliation, get men save, getting them born again.

3 Key things are 1. Winning 2. Building those who you have won. 3. Sending them to do what you are doing.

The fundamental part of christianity is in preaching the Gospel. Those other things you mentioned are part of Christian character.

In matters like this don't be too over emotional, consider every option. Does she loves you, has a behavior changed from then till now. Is there anything that she doesn't do again. The best thing your friend should do is to tell him that this is what I have noticed because I have understudy you for quite a while now. You know that I am not materialistic but they are certain things that are unacceptable. Like this particular submission and the initial story that you shared. Call a spade a spade. If I don't want to spend for someone I should be able to defined the relationship by telling you were I am not doing certain things. As a man you must take care of a woman it is a standard. Poverty has caused many people to be thinking that spending for a woman is bad. Spending for key things for her and wasting your resources on irrelevant things are not the same. Forget this thing wey una dey talk as a boy, even a child I have always known that a lady is to be taking care of naim adult go dey think otherwise. Men take care of your ladies jor. That is how God made it.

Am a guy and I won't accept that. A man should be able to show is capacity of handling a family from a relationship especially to a woman that you have began to be seeing as someone that you want to marry. I am not saying be wasteful here. Even if she is working you may not be giving her money but buy gift for her, clothes, shoe etc. At least once a while. Do little things for her that is spending little. A girlfriend of mine then told me, I like receiving money even if it is 100 naira just give me.

That is not my business. What is dead my never die. I am died in Christ. Vaccines that the company producing it couldn't give 100 percent assurance about their product. This is the first time such things are happening in the world, making science look stupid. Ask them whether if you take the vaccine whether it gives you absolute protection they said NO. If you take it can you transmit it to others they said they don't know.

Now remember that at as this time Jesus was dealing with a question asked about devoice and jesus lives in the old testament and everything changed in the new testament. Jesus was a fulfillment of the old order.
