On my old passport, there is no middle name
But on my NIN there's a Middlename I have been told I can not proceed like that, that info on both documents need to tally for me to be able to make a renewal I've been suggested to either apply for correction of data from the NIMC office to remove the middlename or go to Passport office Abuja to add the middlename to my passport.

I'm at a crossroad here
Going to Abuja is a lot of stress and cost, I am in school and lectures are on at the moment
Secondly, I have a middle name on all my other documents and certificates and bank account , removing it from my modes of ID being the NIN and Passport, I hope it won't affect me in future applications ?

pay for data correction on nimc website via remita. Add the middle name to your NIN. It is 500 naira and go to nimc office to do the data correction

Good day everyone , kindly help me with this concern of mine as there’s really no one to talk to about it .
My husband applied for is Tier 4 UV student priority visa , I’m his defendant (regular) and we did our biometrics since 25 of November. We got the generic NSF mail 4 days later and my husband called and sent paid mails twice and it’s still at DMC . Can someone please shed more light on this as it’s going to be 20 days since we applied .

u need to count only working days.. no weekends, no public holidays.. u are about 13-14 working days in… standard application is minimum 15 working days..

it is still better than this useless 2300 quarantine!! If u have ur money, with uk visa u can get e visa for turkey. Apply online and u will receive ur visa in ur email.. use tht money and go to turkey or ghana or cotonou. Dnt go to the useless quarantine. Anythin u can save for urslf is fine.

there is space oo. Try it again. Sofitel, crowne plaza, raddison blu, holiday inn to name a few… send the email and you will get the link to book. As long as u hav the money inside ur card ready. There are hotels and u certainly dnt have to eait

check by 9am that is only when new and free appointments are released. 10 mins into it, they all get zapped. U need to be logged in for 9am and for a date 28 days after-

try to check for dates 28 days after and exactly 9am. That is when free appointments are released. Not 8:59… 9:00am sharp

naira mastercard - gtb works on uber uk. As long as you have not used the naira equivalent of 200 dollars in that month. Add the naira mastercard to the uber uk account as payment method.. thts all. I am also guessing other naira bank mastercards should work as well

I need the passport urgently for a trip in the first week of December and my office requested I submit my passport by the end of October so that they can start processing as soon as possible. I paid 55k for 64/5yrs in late September but my NIN had issues ( it is a renewal and I put 4 names on my previous passport as against 3 names on my NIN ). Eventually my NIN issue couldn't be resolved until this week so I had to opt to do an express , I paid 20k extra for this. So I can't really say how much he'll collect for express from the outset but I think it should be in 70 - 80k range ( this is for 64/5yr )

The passport process has gotten more stressful because of what all of you are doing.

I cnt for the life of me fathom why you ppl cnt just go through the normal way. Express... express still u are waitinh for 2 weeks, 1 month. If u dnt have the understanding to see you are all been duped and nothing like express then I dnt know what else to say to you.
If you need a passport for January. Start now. Not December ending you start jumping up and down and paying hard earned money to thieves.
The way the thieves have even flooded this thread, I cnt even hold myself again and had to leave.

this is not true o... uk does not require 6 months validity. I hve applied for a 6 months visa with a 4 months valid passport. Visa was issued and it was to expire even after the expiration of the passpt.

2. Yes. When making the online application, u submit bank statements of funds tht have stayed 28 days
3. He doesn't need to write a letter. U can print off bank statemnt a day after the funds are in ur acct.
4. Pregnancy hinders nothing in terms of visa. For tb test, u wud need to let them know u re pregnant..

at all. Spouses can travel in their maiden name. The English man does not believe changing name is the sole way to prove you are married. That’s the least of their worries.

there is a need. 2 females received emails tht although they have seen the court registry certificate they are yet to prove beyond reasonable doubt tht there is an actual relationship. That they should kindly send more evidence to a named email. This delayed the decision by a couple of days. Which was not necessary. Just include anything to prove your relationship is genuine and subsisting in the first instance and rest.

this is not true tho. Uk does not abide by that. I have done an application for a 6 months visa with a 4 months validity passport. The valid dates when the bisa was given was even after the passport was expiring, I only attached my new passport when travelling as visa was on the expired passport
Ie. Ppt was expiring august but visa was valid till december after the ppt had expired.

The company has said they will provide accommodation for one month through silver door apartments (just like Airbnb), during this time, I'm expected to sort my accommodation.
