In my thinking… profile is not strong… too many stories..the 600k will just be one month payment and then rent from lawyer… looks like a weak business.. previous 10 year ban… student application in sept.. just concentrate on the student application for his wife.there is absolutely no rush… family event im April but if his ban was still on he wud wait right? But then again.. if u feel he must apply for visit visa… then go ahead. Wish u luck

I used my account for the POF.
Do they expect my wife to have are fund in her account from September to January? Won't she pay school fee and accomodation?
Besides, they are still quoting the full amount she needs as If she is still in Nigeria.
In the application, it was pointed out that she is in the UK with her BRP card as proof.
Some people that have applied and gotten their visas used the spouse's account who is still in Nigeria for POF.

then reapply and show them another account belonging to your wife with same October to January dates showing that the money was still in another acct. shebi it is kuku simple if you did not duplicate funds. This acct they said tht belongs to yoir wife has only 600 naira in it. At least show them another acct with the going out and in for 4 months she has stayed there.

I was told the 48hours for the covid test before arrival starts counting from collection time at the lab. How do I go about it if I’ll be spending about 20hours on board. I’ll have to be at the airport 3hours before departure time. So I’ll just be left with about 25hours. How do I manage to get my test done and get the result within these hours left, and I was told the result takes 24hours to be out

it just has to be valid at the time of getting on the plane of your first leg oga. Dnt worry about the hours in transit

so meaning you want to stay in the Uk from March to September with visit visa? Is that what you told them before they issued you the visa? A whole 6 months.. because you mentioned doing tb test. U also do not need to be inside the uk physically to submit a university application. It is done online.
Well you can not switch from a VISIT visa to a student visa from inside the uk.

check the NCDC website. U can find one close to u in abuja.. centres include cedarcrest, medbury, clina lancett, nizamiye etc.. there are a lot of options and you can find one close to you and call them. Check the website

british airways has office in lagos and abuja. Please avoid wakanow and travelstart for your tickets if you can get to the airline’s office yourself!! These travel agents, any small issues with the tickets before u get ur refund u will cry blood and still wait upto 3 months! Still they wont give you refund complete even though the airline gives them full refund.

I applied for tier 4 students visa and I did biometrics on 31st December but I have a little mistake on my CAS. I paid initial deposit of £2k as requested by the school before issuing CAS but my it’s stated on my CAS that I paid £5k. I applied for visa like that and selected I paid 5k as stated on my CAS. My bank statement and all other documents are all good. I couldn’t wait to reapply for a ‘correct’ CAS because the money in my account is reading and I’m paying extra interest weekly so I just want a decision ASAP. Please guys, are their any chances that they might verify this from the school? Moreover the mistake is not from me and I’m just running out of time.

u lied na.
They wrote 5k which was wrong, instead of correcting it by speaking with your school. u also corroborated same thing and said you paid 5k deposit when you did not… u did lie as well. Mistake was from the school, then u added ur own and quoted again. Anyway hopefully they just take whatever is on the CAS and dnt bother with any due diligence.

yes you can. Include other proofs that your marriage is genuine and ongoing.. marriage certificate is not the only proof

The guidelines say after the 1st pcr test that comes back positive, one until the next 3 months could still continue to test positive and so there is no need to repeat a pc… And then even going on and on relentlessly. If you say lateral flow test, yes but REPEATED pcr is rather unecessary . Sorry to those affected.

u dnt need 6 months passport validity to enter UK. My cousins came with nigerian ppt expiring in 3 months. Nobody asked them nothing about passport validity at border.

Quick question please, who knows where I can get a covid PCR test done quickly. A friend needs it to travel to Nigeria from Glasgow and he claims it has to be done 48 hours before travel. He doesn't intend to spend more than £80 on this. Any pointers please?
P.S. his flight to Lagos from Heathrow is 28th December, the one from. Glasgow to Heathrow is on the 27th. It's tricky

Prior to Covid, in my experience, travel agents could get you discounts on fare for airlines such as Emirates, Qatar, Turkish and the rest, but not for airlines like Lufthansa, KLM, BA, etc. Travel agents also enable you to pay in naira.

However, these days, I would not book through a travel agent, because with all this covid nonsense, if anything goes wrong it is far far better to deal with the airline directly than through a travel agent.

avoid travel agency in this covid period!! They are the worst! Just make mistake and ask have issues with your flight and see hoe your money will be gone.
