iLegendd: As I type this at 1 AM, a lot of Nigerian youths are with women on their beds and they are probably banging.
Before you know it, they'll have lots of children they can't take care of = more poverty and crime to Nigeria.
Here I am with my baby, a laptop, under my duvet doing keyword research since July this year so I can create some contents that will generate me passive income from generation to generation.
Lesson
If you want to make money, learn to be productive at night while others are sleeping. Lol. You are just a funny guy. Sleep has no respect for people like you, by now you are already snoring under that duvet. |

How head injury turns ordinary people to genius sometimes makes me want to go hit my head against a rock. WoundedLamb: You can't feel the absence of someone whose presence you never felt. This is a fact and there's no point pretending otherwise.
I think it's naturally a matter of how famous one was. People die everyday but only a few get such attention and regardless of how we view it, it remains a fact that people only celebrate the lives of people they felt connected to. It's not a matter of where one comes from. I cried when Micheal Jackson died but didn't really feel anything when Yaradua died asides pity for the family, yet I'm originally Nigerian and he was the president. That was because I hardly knew Yaradua but I felt connected to Micheal cause I grew up listening to his songs. All the plane crashes that have happened in the past had someone piloting the planes, how many of them got such attention? They were not less human but you can't share their pics pretending to be moody about their demise when you aren't.
Chadwick death isn't being talked about just because he was an actor. He got the attention cause a lot of people knew him when he was alive. His followers will miss his tweets, his fans will miss his face on the screen, etc. He represented a height for blacks in Hollywood. His existence was significant to a lot of people. On the other hand, people didn't really know Chika when he was alive so even though he died a hero, the connection wasn't there. To his friends and family, his life was far more significant than that of Chadwick and they must be feeling his absence more. But for the rest of us, nothing really changed and we can't pretend otherwise just to appear good.
May their souls rest in peace. Thank you OP is just trying to write a content for his blog without thinking deep. Some celebrities like Messi and Ronaldo are even more famous than the most famous president alive today. Who has not heard of Mohammed Ali before he died? People can naturally feel it because there is interaction through the screen. This Chika must be a good man and even though he must have being a pilot for a long time he is not as famous as Tolulope Arotile, that died recently, just because the girl is the first combat female pilot. Celebrities like Genevive, Emanuella, Osita Iheme and Chinedu Ikedieze are known all over the world. Lalasticlala is almost more famous than Seun here on Nairaland and if you mentioned my username who knows me? My point is Fame is on a different level you have to earn it, if people don't know you they don't know you. |

sunshineV: u just couldnt say d church was wrong. i tut jesus came 4 d sinners? Jesus did not come so that people will remain in sin but he will not condemn people who sin out of ignorance. The people who Jesus crictisized the most were the leaders and members of the church who ought to know better. Before someone can join choir in church they already know the difference between what is right and wrong. However, the church did not throw her out they simply ask her to stop singing so that people will not mock the church. |

jaxxy: It’s not news that churches can be most judgmental and make very bad decisions sometimes or most times. Not judgemental in this case, it is tough love. The church had to stop her from ministering in the choir because of the influence on others but the pastor told her to always come every Wednesday and Sunday. The caption made it all about the church. |

Timothy6: I don't seems to understand why we have slots of childish been in nairaland. I tot Jesus Christ said he came 2 this world to rescue the sinners,if every body was born without sin then why do we have Christ. The caption made it all about the church banning her but if you look at the narration, the church did not throw her away. The pastor stopped her from singing in choir because people will still talk if she had continued with the pregnancy. She was young and naive so she made a mistake but everyone that matters most, especially her mother, did not reject her. |
