Anyway, it's 'damage control time' (if he can fix this political mis-tweet). I really think he might lose many Muslim votes for condemning her MURDER. It is taking laws into their hands. Let government or even Sharia Commission handle the matter.

You did not make any sense. He should have because of political ambition shied away from condemning murderous act right?

Throughout this month i have not done any serious irrigation, the rain has bn very steady here, at a point i have to start dividing some of my ridges into 2 to create emergency pathway for excess water to pass.

I thinks it’s cos of the volume of water it’s pumping daily now about 18k ltrs.

The only thing with farm and borehole is that make sure you’re the only one operating it this way the pumping machine and gen lasts longer else those workers are devils incarnate.

Bros, you have not answered his question! He asked what exactly went wrong with your borehole? ....water dried up? Pumping machine faulty?

The land was fully sprayed with insecticide after applying nematicide and water
.

You could have sprayed more than once, the insects keep coming from the nearby bushes. I have similar experience but prompt action curtailed them .

flowmama:

This does not look like insect oo. its rodents or other grass eating animals. insects wont cut that big stem like that.

You can transplant the tall ones, just that they are liable to more transplant shock than smaller ones vos they will bend quickly. Ensure to dig hole dipper so the stem can form lots of adventitous roots.

Goodluck sir

Grasshoppers and crickets are the cuprits ma. Higher herbivores like rodents eat only the fruits. With the springing up of new leaves, it shows it was eaten/cut at least a week or more ago when the stems are still tender.

Please what is the best spacing for tomatoes for better yeild?

Sometimes it's not about the max yield, but about your ability and wat you can handle.
If you have good agro practices(GAP) like the honourable op, u can use 30cm but if not, go for a wider distance like 50cm.

not exactly.during november/decenber planting the north underground water was drying up.most farms do not get water for irrigation ,wwhen they get the distance to the farm will be much (fuel and pipe) for them.beside that kano state could not release water for irrigation this year. This is the reason for high price of the commodity.

Can you just read up this link below, it made the front page. Live and direct from practicing northern farmers. I did not want to start arguing with you when you said there's no connection between the current food scarcity and terrorism...

It is well...btw, my oga that applied only npk to get results, your results and assumptions could be misleading especially for newbies.
You left out your farming zone, manure/organic matter already present in your soil, soil pH, the quality of your fertilizer, and most importantly your experience.

Cobra had low resistance to bacteria wilt. Don't think of yield but disease resistance. I'm seriously battling with bacterial wilt. platinum is a bit better than it

We are not at the peak of rainy season yet...there is obviously something you are not getting right...both cobra and platinum are good disease resistance cultivars.
For a distance of 30cm, I asked you earlier wether you are not staking, and pruning those extra /multiple shoots.

I don't plant with manures any more but npk 15 15 15 at the very day that my transplanting is been done you will definitely be amazed with the results, 3cm away from the plant dig hole of about 3cm dip and cover it up with soil after it's application.

For the sake of newbies reading your msg, the unit can never be in cm, it should be 3inches and not 3cm else you will burn the root of you plant with NPK. 3cm is roughly 1inch (approximately the dist betw your finger tip and the 1st line/joint on that finger).
I read about someone who planted acres of plantain suckers using 2ft by 2ft dimensions instead of 2m by 2m. Just because she read some wrong unit conversion online.

Leave now, who your presence EPP B4?
The same you that ran Ondo state dry as a military admin, no Court could try any IBB boys in your days.
Sir, u lack moral justification to accuse Tinubu cos both you and Tinubu were tried in court during the PDP rule, court convicted you and it acquainted Tinubu yet you are still pointing accusing fingers at Tinubu.
You cannot trust Tinubu, yet he ran Lagos without receiving federal allocation as OBJ withheld Lagos allocation.
How many political children did you give birth to/bring to limelight? But Tinubu bring the following to limelight regardless of their religious/ethnic/tribal background:
Akabueze-, fmer comm LASG. current DG budget
Rauf Aregbesola- former Gov/current minister
Yemi osinbajo- no need of intro
Ade ipaye- SA, VP
Fowler- ex FIRS boss
Lai mohammed
Fashola-former Gov, minister
Ambode
Sanwo olu, the list goes on ...

He was the key figure in NADECO that fought the military govt to stand still, the democracy we all enjoy today.

The only SW gov that won 2nd term under opposiition party despite having SWner as the president.

He single handedly moved his relatively unknown party to the federal seat, From AD to AC to ACN to APC.

He formed an alliance that removed GEJ, an installed PMB.

Sir in all ramifications, Tinubu is ahead of you, no need to hate. When has it become a crime for one to use his resources to "protect" his political domain that he built from scratch?

I am not saying, he's a perfect man, he's a political heavy weight not only in SW. The Jagaban himself, however for 2023 seat, i will prrfer osinbajo ahead of him.

Op, is the company an indigenous one or owned by a foreigner? I asked cos most foreign companies are very sincere and they comply with the remission.
385k is a big cash in this Buhari regime. If this said amount is remitted promptly,it would have yielded closed to 500k cos interest who have catapulted it.
If i may ask, the 385k, is it with or without the addition of same amount from your former employer as enshrined in the 2004 act?

I have these suggestions for you:

1. If they have a workers union, involve them (the excos) to mediate on your behalf, at least u did not steal company property that is the only offence that can make you to forteit all.

2. Write the company, threaten them that you are going to report them to NPC, Nig pension commission. Their main function is to regulate the pension firms, they also have oversight function to discpline any employer of labour who refuse to comply with pension act 2004.
You can get their contact details on their website
3. You can also threaten to sue them cos it's an act ... established by law of the land. You can approach one charge n bail lawyer who understands the pension act very well to help you put together some law jargons issuing like 7- day ultimatum which your statutory deduction must be remitted to your choiced pension firm

It's FCFS.

Germination rate, no issue check out the pic. The few that did not do well was due to over wetting...i found out latter that after i finished wetting and left the house, the children wl still go there and do their own wetting grin.
Survival rate wl depend on how good u are at transplanting and doing so at the right time.
Yield...still counting.
Price...i doing not use an open market. I made a deal with some Hausa traders at 5.5k to 6k.

My review of your Lily F1.
To start with, i think I got in touch with the op around Oct to ask about some of the features of his new product, though i never had any plan or solid arrangements in place to grow cukes this year cos the drip tapes are still serving our tomato which was fruiting already.
At the end of our conversation, as if he read my mind, he jokingly asked "hope you will buy this one this time around". The question shocked me grin , i was like, our paths have crossed before? He responded in affirmative. Some over 5years ago. At the end he used his persuasive instinct to get me over...i bought a pack, as a typical Nigerian, i asked for my own test pack on top grin .
Then i thought of yuletide approaching, plan changed, no time for much paparazzi in other to meet up with yuletide sales. I opted to get some extra hands to assist with irrigating using hoses as drips are still busy with tomato.
Finally, i planted on Nov 6th, first harvest done Dec 13th.
My review as compared with the op's parameters above...

*Flowering observed at day 22.
*Predominantly female flowers with few stands of those with male flowers
*No sign of DM yet
*1st harvest 5 weeks, 2days. (37days)
*Avg weight above 300g, it can be bigger but I prefer it that way.
* Green level, check out the color in the attached pix.

Hope to expand next year by Gods grace.
