I don't know why people see divorce as a quick option...too bad. Yes if what he/she did pained you, you can give a gap for a while to get over the betrayal because, you still love him/her. Then you can come back after you've missed and forgiven each other since you never divorced..there's dignity in that. But taking a final decision of divorce and then coming back is foolish. Divorce is an option to take when you're sure nothing can bring you together ever again. As for me, I won't even divorce no matter the offence, I prefer to just remain separated for life than signing some official papers.
