Many private organizations are like that. Mine was a school where I was teaching 3 subjects across js1-ss3. I was so lean, even my street guys could tell. Normal schools close around 3 to 3.30pm, this one close around 4.15 and teachers are to wait an hour extra before leaving. I'll get home tired, sometimes too weak to wake up at d sound of the alarm the next morning. Yet late-coming is minus N500 naira from ur salary. Resumption is 7am. Coming late 3 times attracts a query, incomplete lesson note also attracts query. 3 queries attracts sack. 2 queries attracts N3000 deduction each from your salary i.e N6000

The worst of it was I gained admission for masters and I requested for part time teaching even if the salary is slashed so as to run my masters along side, they said no I either leave the job and face masters or I quit masters and face the job. That was so annoying. I told them verbally that I quit the job. Thank you. After 2 days, the mumu principal still printed a termination letter and sent it to me at home thru a colleague. I wrote him back that it was idiotic to address letter to a person he did not see, but my colleague out of good gesture just smiled and kept the insultive letter I wrote.

Firstly, there no serious bond between the mother-in-law and the wife. If u see some wives with their mothers-in-law, you will be confused if you're told they're not mother and daughter. And that's because he didn't put his mother in her place before he married, no matter the bond between mother and son, once d boy becomes a man and has his apartment, he should outgrow being controlled. Show authority in your own world and let your mother know it.. that my son is now a man in his own territory and I should have some respect for that. That doesn't mean you hate your mother. He didn't achieve that before marriage and that's why I said he's childish.

Secondly, he failed to tell his wife beforehand that his mom would come. That was wrong. Thirdly, no matter who cooks, no matter how long his wife spends at work, he was supposed to affirm in that house that her wife is the master of the kitchen, both in his words and his actions. He may even jokingly ask his wife's permission to get things in the kitchen which doesn't belittle him but an act of wisdom.

Finally, chasing his wife out and refusing to pick up his dad's call for peace sake is foolish. He would blame himself later. Because nobody would ask what has been going on between him and his wife before the occurrence. Everyone would say it's bcus of his mother he pushed her out. The mother too is shameless, she should move out as soon as possible after begging his son to make peace with his wife so as not to spoil her name and the family.

I was telling some folks that China let the virus loose on purpose, they didn't believe me. They did to put the top world economies on hold while they further ahead. The virus emanating from them and ending first their country shows it's a planned work. Believe me, that virus has an antidote that's just been hoarded.
