I admire your observations op. I have these few points to say;

Your opinion is pertinent to you and does not work for every home. Forget about the general societal belief and focus on what works for you.

Sharing responsibility with your man is not unfair biblically and legally. Helpmeet means you're to help him in his endeavors of your interest and the children and d Bible did not say your submission should reduce accordingly cus you're a helpmeet.

"Husband love your wife" and "wives submit to your husband" has no conditions whatsoever attached to it in the Bible. Its simply a command. Your wife might be stubborn, you're expected to love her in obedience to God's command. Your husband might be stubborn, you're expected to submit to him in obedience to God's command

That is why compatibility is important than religious beliefs in marriage. Marry someone who knows your financial, emotional, characteristic strength and weaknesses, then the love ur wife n submit to husband Bible verses won't even be mentioned often bcus your living together is already peaceful.
