I will never understand why Nigerians, often well-educated, choose to be sentimental and biased, to the extent of blinding themselves to what is obvious, when ethnicity is thrown into Politics. This is not the North bullying GEJ. Nothing of the sort. It is GEJ reneging on the pledge he made to Northern governors in his Party to secure the support that defeated the Northern consensus candidate i.e Atiku.

I don't know why some love revising history once the ethnic angle is worked by treacherous characters. Anyway, some will realise why the PDP is regarded as a "Northern Party". I will first urge some children here to go and look at the PDP voting delegates according to region. With GEJ's open treachery, let us see if even one Northern candidate will dare vote for GEJ. South West delegates Nko? Is it SS and SE PDP delegates alone that will win it for GEJ?

Why do people think team GEJ has thrown the idea of "automatic return" for it's Presidential and gubernatorial candidates in the public domain if not that some now realise that GEJ stands no chance of gaining the PDP ticket under the system of delegate voting?

Advocate sam: Honestly speaking, it is like comparing death with sleep. Till today, Japanese or Asian dosen't knw d secret of German Technology. German or Euro cars are more reliable n durable than jap cars. Today people do say dat Jap cars are more pocket friendly, it is d biggest lie of d century. Those who own jap cars visit there mechanic more frequent and often than those using german cars.
The problem of car users in Nigeria is maintenance culture. When u maintain ur car properly, u will see dat German cars are more reliable n durable than jap cars. I do say dis dat Japanese cars get expiry date even with d best maintenance culture (it dies wit age) but German car or Euro car no get expiry date once you maintain it properly.
And I also see it as d insult of d highest order comparing Jap car with German or Euro cars. Average cost of acquiring a 2012 Jap car is seven million while 2012 German car is around Thirteen Million Naira.
Germans or Euro countries don't produce fake or substandard equipments but fake and substandard equipments are common to Japan, China or Asia as a whole.

Finally everybody (inclusive of those who drives Jap car) knows dat German or Euro cars are more reliable n durable than Jap cars.

Honestly, i think its a grweat idea and it takes you to another level and shows you are an innovator. I pray it all goes well and hopefully when pepper rest with me i should be able to join those private investor, thats if the criteria for joining no too hatd by then. God will grant you wisdom, you can only go upwards!!!. Spyder, i am hoping to complete the german floor on my project by this Thursday and will post pics and hopefully start start the block laying up to the lintel level but my preliminary (Prince_onx favourite word lol) discussion with the builder with regards cost of block laying, the guy say that the cost is 35 naira per block layed. so if the total block for completion up to lintel level is 1600, the cost will be 35X1600 which equal 56k. is the cost reasonable? Is this a reasonable way of costing, or is there a better way. I need help from the house so i can make a decision on how i want to proceed. Thanks

victorD3: Once I was waiting for my bus after classes in Glasgow scotland. I was watching a road sweeper sweep the road and one white old man asked me if we have road sweepers in my country. Immediately I remembered my street at Abuja and my answer was: we don't need it because we are not that dirty. He stirred at me for so long and smiled. Perhaps what was on his mind was " he is good".

My point is that a white person will always want to bring you down as a black man. When you stay abroad for a while if you don't know your worth they make you feel being black is a disadvantage.
