right now, it's all about conservation of scarce resources and good utilization. That way, you get what you want. But no one uses such thing for fence rails. It's usually used as balcony rails and stair rails specifically

I have seen some on fence rails tho unless they are different materials

each of those rods cost between 3,500-4,500 depending on the size and design

I could spend that on a balustrade but definitely not on a fence rails. I might just go for hollow pipes.

The Nigerian leaders/government maladministration, waste, theft, insecurity etc are daily bad news, they are predictable the fund for advanced/better naval ship/boat has been stolen, so an average Nigerian expect to see something lower in quality for training than her peers. A government must win citizen trust to expect patriotism, so don't blame the average Nigerian for guessing right!

But I have realised that some people that come home to marry do so becuase they want a woman they can contro, and a typical African woman will dance to the tune of her husband anytime.

Typical African mentality that can't adapt, you can't force someone to be loyal and respectful, It's comes voluntarily, with dedication and self discipline.
