Well from the legal aspect now, the first step is to register the firm (meanwhile, like a colleague said in one of his posts in business section, u would require an approval in principle from the organisation saddled with the responsibility of issuing licence to Private security companies in Naija before CAC can register your firm. Please bear in mind as well that in Lag any licence issued to you by FG could be supported by another one issued by LASG). I read on one of your posts that 1 day is not feasible! Please note that as I write, it is done in Abuja. I do not use any of the Lagos offices since I know that they will still send them to Abuja. So I pay some colleagues in Abuja who filed and return to me in Lagos and same is factored into the fees. U can do that for the 1 day or u buy a return ticket to Abuja if ur client desperately need one. I assure u of 100% success.

My advice is that you please contact lawyer on a private level and give him instruction to do all that for you. The way these things are done is when you see a property or land, you ask your lawyer to do due dilligence, once he confirms all he needs to confirm he could then give you the go ahead. As a lawyer I know we cannot always have the same opinion but I believe you can share your own without trying to pull someone down. If the name (s) is approved, the next level would be preparation of memo and article, stamping of memo at the stamp duty office and subsequently submission at the CAC for registration.
