I think it starts from the home, the type of movies they watch at home makes them want to do those things in school.
In this aspect parent can strictly control the movies they allow their kids watch.
And also control the content on their phones or computers.
I caught a jss3 student, a girl, on an early morning in school around 7:30 watching porn on her andriod device, i was shocked, i stood at her back up to a minuite to be sure i wasnt dreaming, then i ceased the phone... And she start begging and so on...
Imagine such a student will be looking for avenue to practise those things she's watching, and her fellow classmates or male teachers will her target.
So, i think parents have a lot of work to do here, by scrutinizing the contents their children watch at home, on tv, computers and phones.
