Politics / Re: Presidential Election: The Real Number Of Votes I Scored In Each State – Atiku by omonscloak: 5:25pm On Mar 21, 2019
wideawaken01:
The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Atiku Abubakar in the just-completed presidential election has given a breakdown of the number of votes he believed he scored in each of the 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory as opposed to that which was announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Mr Abubakar released the figures in his petition against the outcome of the election filed on Monday, which challenges the declaration of Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress as the winner of the election.

On February 27, INEC declared that Mr Buhari won the election in 19 states with a total of 15,191,847 votes to defeat Mr Abubakar, who won the election in 18 states polling a total of 11,262,978 votes.

However, in this petition, Mr Abubakar claimed that the “true, actual and correct” results upon state by state computation pitched him as the winner in 21 states, excluding the results from Rivers State, which he said was not available on INEC’s server as at February 25, when the computation was made. He, thus, claims that Mr Buhari only won the election in 15 states.

Mr Abubakar said the “state to state computation” showed that he polled a total of 18,356,732 votes to defeat Mr Buhari whom he said scored 16,741,430 votes.

“The 1st Respondent wrongly and unlawfully credited the 2nd Respondent with votes which were not valid or lawful votes at various stages of the election, namely, at the polling units, the ward collating centres, local government collating centres and the State collating centres, with the result that the 2nd Respondent was wrongly returned when the said 2nd Respondent did not score majority of lawful votes,” he wrote.

“The Petitioners shall also call evidence of statisticians forensic examiners and finger-print experts at the hearing of the Petition to establish that the scores credited the 2nd Respondent were not the product of actual votes validly cast at the polling units. The Petitioners plead and shall rely on electronic video recordings, newspaper reports, photographs and photographic images of several infractions of the electoral process by the Respondents.

“The Petitioners plead, state and contend that from the data in the 1st Respondent’s Server, as between the 1st Petitioner and the 2nd Respondent, the true, actual and correct results upon a State to State computation are as reflected under the scores of the 1st Petitioner and the 2nd Respondent,” he added.

The APC has since reacted to Mr Abubakar’s petition saying he and the PDP were suffering from hallucinations after the election defeat.

“Judging by Atiku and PDP’s recent utterances and actions, it is now clear that they have slipped into severe depression and post-defeat hallucination that have left many Nigerians questioning their current state of mind,” the ruling party said in a statement on Wednesday.

Just for Abia and Adamawa, I haven't even calculated the rest how can the total accredited voted be equal to combined votes scored by APC and PDP, other parties didn't even get one vote? No cancelled votes? Atiku don fall Mugu, you that want to make Nigeria work can't even calculate and Obi couldnt help you.

I see parents going to school to fight teachers for correcting their kids. How can you now correct the kid when he/ she does something wrong.
You can only tell the teacher to next time flog her in her hands and this should be done in the absence of your child.

GolfGT2:
This election has proven that the problem with Nigeria is not mainly caused by bad leaders as people always say, but a massive lack of education as the root cause. Every educated person knows that Buhari lacks the knowledge and health fittness to rule a country. But amazingly he is getting a second term. This can only happen when the masses are not educated. Atiku was winning the polls on social media because those who participated in the polls were the more educated Nigerians. Even though Atiku is not the best choice but he is better than Buhari and had the best chance to remove Buhari than the other candidates.
Speak for yourself, some educated people still voted for Buhari, the people that voted Donald trump ain't educated or Theresa May ain't educated too what's happening in those countries. If you can't see clearly there is an improvement in Infrastructure. The north that you keep saying are uneducated are in charge of Nigeria because of their unity, we southern are corruptly educated so we chose to vote a corrupt man. In Abuja most civil servant are complaining because no means to steal because of TSA. Give Atiku and others the next 4years and we know if they are great business man as the so called educated people call them, we want better life but we are not willing to go through the hard times. The only failure in this administration is security, which Buhari failed woefully.

Lack of education is the biggest issue in this country and this country will never go anywhere as long as it remains like that. If Buhari can be reelected then it means rouges like Tinubu and Ameachi can also win an election in Nigeria as long as the masses are this uneducated. I have lost hope in this country.

Buhari didn’t win this election, he rigged himself in.
It’s so sad that Osinbajo still carry that pastor title
PDP won in locations where rigging is impossible.
If you are a Buhari supporter and you believe and convinced Buhari’s victory isn’t a stolen mandate I’m sorry for you.
PDP had victory in Abuja because most civil servant are angry because of TSA, anything you want to pay is through remitta. No more stealing of govt funds and extorting innocent individuals. Most of them no ft continue their projects, see uncompleted and empty estates everywhere.
Go any Government parastatal even if na #500 you most use remitta, when was the last time you visited your university, go there anything u want to pay is remitta. The educated people are angry becos no more corrupt funds going around. I saw Nigeria made bag for rice for the first time in Abuja. Go ask farmers their opinion about this government. You don't look at things from one perspective, it has to be hard before it becomes better, I travel from benin to Abuja road which is ongoing with smiles before wen I travel that road I dey vex, Buhari failed in terms of security but his doing well in Agriculture and infrastructure.

People in Abuja and Lagos voted for Atiku and those of you living cities below standard of living are voting Buhari, later you'll call your relatives in Abuja & Lagos to send you money, when you decided to vote for a man that will inflate the rate of poverty, after this election everybody should live within their means,to all Atikulated soul, stop giving alms to beggars and stop sympathising with those who will fall victim of headsmen and Bokoharam
The reason people in Abuja and some in Lagos voted for Atiku is becos no more TSA, no more loose funds to steal, go around Abuja so many abandoned estates. Civil servants building mansions, to the smallest money you want to pay you must use remitta. You had an economy financed by stolen funds now I go to the market I see Nigeria rice and other product. Yes he erred in many areas but Buhari performed better than 16years of PDP,there has to be hard times before the good times. From the unofficial result Buhari won Lagos. My brother no loser no winner in the election, the two candidates are not the best Nigeria can offer.

There are other parties, why is that it's only PDP making these discoveries. Just allow Nigerians cast their votes and stop tell us bedtime stories of how the PDP use to rig elections in the past.
