How do you know this?

I mean, are you sure I scream when my woman goes to receive the pleasure I cannot give her?

Did she tell you I couldn't satisfy her?

Wait fess, how did you confirm she and I were dating?

Did I leave my husband, my marriage and my kids, to date her?

Where did you meet my woman, o jare?

Who is this woman, how come I haven't met her?

When did I become part of the rainbow community?

I cannot wait to see your answers to my questions...because you sound pretty confident in the veracity of your comment to me...

Christianity Etc › Re: Pornography: The Doorway To Demons by Onegai(f): 10:54am On Jan 25
Okay I'll talk about this!

Sexx is natural.

Sexx is beautiful.

Our bodies were made by the Lord to receive and give pleasure. Seriously, a woman's body is designed to please a man's eyes and a man's touch is designed to pleasure a woman's body.

Sexx was not designed to be done between multiple partners, jumping from bed to bed in empty meaningless encounters.

Seriously, do you think anyone on their deathbeds, remembers all the people they knacked fondly? Nope.

Sexx was designed to be an expression of love and intimacy in a safe covenant relationship: Marriage.

Pornography is a bastardisation of everything good about Sexx.

Have you ever seen Porn being shot? Take 1: "oya move like dis" (2 mins later) "Cut! Oya sit down and wait for 40 mins whilst we change lighting and arrange the set, then you will change position. Please when you're carrying her leg up, remember the Camera Man has to be very close for a close-up shot, so bend her leg into this uncomfortable position so we can film well".

Then the male actor is drinking tablets and touching himself, worried that his amu has to stay hard for hours, then female actress is chilling around looking bored during takes.

And it's so degrading, they have to numb themselves with alcohol and drugs to do it day in, day out (go and check, a lot of them end up as users).

So not only is destroying you, it's destroying the actors.

As for you, constant watching of Pornography desensitives you to then emotional and intimate part of Sexx. You begin to think you're not big enough as a man (not realizing camera angle and post production is why those male porn stars look like they're carrying elephant trunk). As a woman, you begin to think extreme sexx acts are what will please your man (engaging in medically hurtful activities like An.al etc).

Your soul, your pure soul, gets destroyed.

Loyola is reasonably safe. Because, if you haven't noticed, these terrorists and bandits don't attack anyone of importance, including their immediate family members. Their targets are always the Middle class, not the elites or 1%.

If they were truly not working with people in the govt, they would have attacked Ikoyi by now and flee via the waterways.

Even this bomb threat was taken far more serious than if they had threatened to bomb FGC Ilorin. Because Grange is not for the poor.
Education › Re: Lagos Police Investigates WhatsApp Threats At Ikeja Schools by Onegai(f): 6:45am On Jan 23
Most of the big schools in Lagos closed early yesterday because of this.

While it may be a hoax, Nigeria is so unsafe that the possibility of a bomb threat is real. Parents who sent their kids to boarding schools outside Lagos are now worried, especially when the area the school is, they don't have anyone close by to grab the kid should any security alert happen.

Gone are the days when Unity Schools will send you to an area far from your location, in order to encourage you to learn about other Nigerian tribes.

The church will move forward and the gates of hell can’t stop it
Amen.

However, Prosperity Gospel in Africa has largely become a business. And in between that and anyone picking up a ring light, microphone and a pro editing and video team and accessibility to social media, there is a lot of confusion spreading.

I've seen videos of male pastors preaching in female heels and even skirts and dresses; and it's all to attract viewership and notoriety, not to spread the Gospel.

And then you see pastors targeting students and saying "is this (financial gift/donation) all you're going to give to my God!!", making these kids donate even their school fees and school equipment.

Social media hasn't helped either.

There is too much confusion.

Better for us all to perish in a nuclear apocalypse than for two women to marry each other.
I've never seen someone have decades of public history for people to see he is not a good person, yet millions believe in him. Literally there were articles from decades ago telling the world how he used to cheat his workers or how he refused to rent to Black people.

This is worse than Brexit, where I was listening to Nigerian-trained economists living in the UK arguing it was a good thing...because they disliked Eastern European migrants.

I am still wondering what it is in human beings that causes us to see what it is good for us and reject it loudly, with such venom. Like, I read the Old Testament and I'm baffled at the Israelites' constant behaviour. All those miracles, what on earth are you doing making a gold bull statue?!

Then I realize that humanity hasn't changed: is it good for you, then you're about to trash it and go for something bad, then spend the rest of your days declaring "If GEJ had just sold his ideas better, we would never have voted Buhari!".

Instead of admitting they screwed up.

Even in personal lives, I see it: people make disastrous decisions and then blame the other person: "it's your fault our marriage broke up, why didn't you tell me leaving you for another person was a bad idea!"

Family › Re: Which Surname Is A Child Suppose To Bear: Mother's, Biological Father's Or Step by Onegai(f): 4:14pm On Jan 18
Legally, children born out of wedlock belongs to the Mother.

And for her sanity (because the devil will tempt the biological father to misbehave and be fighting her), all the child's legal documents (like passport) should be in the Mother's name.

That's Nigerian law.

But if the man has sense (and a lot of sense), he should be providing financially (not N60k in 3 months with a sprinkle of insult), making visits weekly (the child should know that is his/her father), calling 3 times a week, taking child for holidays and making decisions in that child's life with the support of the mother; and his family fully accepts the child, then the child can be legally recognized by the Father and stands to inherit.

That's Nigerian law.

And if the Stepfather marries the Mother and decides to legally adopt that child, that means the child belongs to him, including last name.

(And yeah, it has happened in Nigeria before. Most men won't adopt the child though, but will be Father in everything but name and the biological father will be gnashing his teeth somewhere and pretending it doesn't pain him. Ask 2baba how he felt the day he wrote "congratulations" under a picture of his son and that one's stepfather doing and co on the boy's birthday).

Or that other actor that was crying that his daughter didn't tell him she was marrying).

Europe is swinging Conservative again.

For UK and USA, economic issues are pushing it

Sweden is one of the most atheist societies in the world, their economy is good and they are also reporting the same trend of young people returning to church in droves.

It's a combination of a lot of things:

COVID and that global lockdown shook the world.

Then the Far Left went too far (Pride with kids attending, vocally loud about Gender Identity etc).

Also, moral boundaries have become so blurred and in our eagerness to be inclusive, we have accepted that there is no such thing as right or wrong. It's confusing and people want a firm moral ground. It has made the world go to the Far Right and get more conservative.

Young men felt emasculated and turned to people like Jordan Peterson and Andrew Tate.

Finally, the threat from the other loud Abrahamic religion, who moved in masses to Europe and started acting like conquerors, loudly. For goodness sake, there were hijabi women going around Europe urging young blonde women to "try on a hijab" and filming it on camera, with Muslim men praising them in the comments. As if there isn't a history of forced conversions of women filling up harems.
They were even making noise about how Spain was theirs until it was taken away from them...as if it was a brief period where they conquered Catholic Spain and then lost after being beaten.

On Social Media, Deeply Conservative White Judeo-Christian accounts are pushing conservative lifestyles and telling their followers that they should "take back their land" aka North America and Europe.

It's a lot but anyone could see this coming a mile away.

If he had asked nicely, they would have let him have bases there. The USA was part of NATO, they could have had bases there easily, because they already have bases all over Europe and it would have benefitted everyone save Russia.

Iamzik, if China and Russia already have military bases on Greenland, there would be no war in Ukraine. They don't have anything there, it's too close for comfort to USA. Remember, there was a Cold War for decades where everyone though USSR would nuke them like USA nuked Japan. Why would they let Russia encircle them like that, with that threat?

DiamondJude, you're in Ikorodu, Lagos.

Go to General Hospital Ikorodu and ask them to refer you to the department of Psychology and Psychiatry if they have one or if not, go straight to General Hospital Lagos Island (they have a department there).

The Dr will refer you to a rehab center and it will be affordable, plus you'll start mental health treatment.

Get your life back together, man!

Print a picture of your wife and kids, look at it every hour and tell yourself "I'm doing this for them".

Tell God to stand by you during this journey. Join NSPDD 7am fire prayers (because you need motivation to push you to pray, you're not strong enough to do it by yourself). Join it until you can stand on your own two feet and pray for yourself (don't let anyone here discourage you, Addiction is hard to break and requires willpower and that man's shouting is mental motivation and ginger).

You can do this.

At 9 months, are they supposed to receive injection or oral immunization?? I think they were still tender to receive injection for immunization.
Everywhere in the world, they inject babies from birth. In the US, a few hours after baby is done, vaccine shots are administered.

This issue is probably the PCM being contaminated and it won't be the first time
Health › Re: Man Seeks Justice As Nine-month-old Lagos Twins Allegedly Die After Immunisation by Onegai(f): 7:13am On Jan 17
This is very sad but also worrying and he needs to agree to an autopsy now.

If they were following the Nigerian Vaccine schedule, 9 month immunization is Measles, Yellow Fever and Meningitis.

Now, FG is the one who buys vaccines and distributes to the country (you can't buy vaccines and no manufacturer will sell you a little quantity and the entire chain must be cold-storage).

If no other children died or got sick from taking any shot during that PHC vaccine day, something went terribly wrong.PHC see hundreds of babies every vaccine day, why only these 2 with bad outcome?

If both babies went lethargic, then he should have taken them straight to the hospital immediately he noticed, rather than administer PCM. Some babies are sleepy after shots but not for the whole day. Allergic reactions will look like fussiness, strong fever and hives (rashes all over), they they struggle to breathe. Not quiet lethargy and death in 24 hours.

It may be the Paracetamol given to them (PCM), it needs to be tested. Lethargy and immediate death sounds like a drug reaction, not a vaccine reaction.

They need to take the bottle of paracetamol to a lab and have it tested immediately. Was it a new bottle, where did the parents get it from?

It won't be the first time in Nigeria babies have died from taking contaminated drugs.

Family › Re: Should A Wife Wash Her Husband’s Clothes In This Present Age? by Onegai(f): 2:41pm On Jan 15
Now, back to the question at hand:

Love is about Service to your spouse. And...SERVICE GOES BOTH WAYS!

If washing his boxers is part of that service, then please go ahead.

If washing your wife's pant is showing love, please go ahead.

It only becomes a problem when it is a Master-Servant Relationship, which is the fantasy of most Nigerian men...hey I get it, your egos need pandering to because globally, you don't have much standing amongst your peers. So you want to flex with little muscle where you can.

And also the devil has convinced you all that Master-Servant Relationship is what Marriage is about. An absolute lie

Christian, Godly Marriage is Mutual Submission, Mutual Service. If that wasn't true, the Book of Hosea won't exist, Ephesians 5:21 won't have been written by the Apostle Paul, etcetera.

So, the question should actually be:

Husband and Wife, how are you mutually serving each other to the glory of the Most High?

Now, if you're married in another religion or you just did traditional and swore in a shrine, you can ignore this smiley

Your husband should rush in and say "Babyim, I was doing laundry, see your pant o, why is there hole inside?? Am I not providing for you enough?? Oya go and buy new pant, take N1000!"

Wife: "Oga, do you like g-string?"
Hubby: "yes, of course 😌"
Wife: "Daddyim, do you like sling shot pant?" (Those ones made of nothing but rope)
Hubby: "ah ah, of course nau"
Wife: "My stallion, should I add lingerie, push up bra and DEMOLISH YOU IN BED THIS NITE?!"
Hubby: "AYAM ALREADY WAITING FOR YOU!!!"

And later on, when the wife sees her husband's boxers during laundry, she'll sigh and wonder why he didn't buy himself new boxers, why he's always sacrificing for his family and ask God to bless him. And wash those old boxers and buy him new ones.

The End

🙂

They tend to be very hypocritical, dishonest and apply at various stages forms of diabolism/Ogboni beliefs. If someone is into diabolism or Ogbonic, the person should stick to it rather than climb the altar to preach mumbo-jumbo; people should practice what they preach and preach what they practice. Their A must be A, not B. Changing the goalpost in the middle of the game annoys me. Lastly, they should be honest.

After living with people who don't practice any form of Abrahamic religions, I have come to realise that one does not have to be religious to be a good person. So, I think it is a function of our traditional cultures and how many infuse it with religion. I will stop here as I have many grievances.

Crime › Re: Woman Dies Four Months After Doctors Left Scissors Inside Her During Surgery by Onegai(f): 8:54am On Jan 14
TV dramas don't show how medical facilites work in real life.

Take the drama House MD. Doctors are shown doing all the medical tests, breaking into patient's houses to look for potential causes of illness...without the patient's consent or even a court order, doing operations (even though they are not board certified surgeons) and so forth. Things that they don't do in real life. And House's bedside manner is of the kind that would not even get him employed in any hospital at all.(Bedside manner is very important for anyone, not just doctors, working with patients)

Or another medical show from the USA (about an autisitic doctor) where a nurse is shown acting as the scrub in her wife's operation. Not very ethical (too emotionally close to be objective in the case)..and naturally there is a retained towel in the case.

Even when they show 'everything working'...you have to take it with a pinch of salt, as everything is being written as the script calls for it. If the script calls for a medical malpractice, and no one gets punished....you won't accept that as being properly run hospital eh

All in all, just as crimes on detective shows are not solved in 'days' (as seen on the various itierations of CSI), hospitals don't work as seen 'on the shows or movies.
That's true

And I know that (in my family, I have a Surgeon and multiple Consultants and Specialists from different fields, a Christmas party in my house is like going to LUTH). At some point, they were lecturers and even said some of Nigeria's top medical schools should lose accreditation to teach Surgery.

(We're really in trouble here, I had to tell a young Dr he used nylon stitches and he was arguing with me that I didn't know what I was saying, until we checked. He didn't know what nylon stitches looked like compared to dissolvable stitches).

However, medical dramas show the nitty gritty well.

"Heroes on Call", the actors got suturing right.

"Resident Playbook" is where you see the OR system in place.

"The Pitt" is so realistic, Doctors are impressed enough to tell med students to watch it.

"House" was hilarious because I had 2 relatives that was exactly like him and all his students used to swear for him😭😂 Nigerian people don't like stress so when Conso is grilling you, they take it badly and think he's evil instead on making sure they're well trained Drs. I even knew patients who didn't like another relative.

For laymen and med staff, definitely watch them.

Medical Accidents happen everywhere but there is a basic system in place and consequences. In Nigeria, I don't even know the process to have someone struck off the Medical Council. There should even be a database of registered Doctors and Nurses that we can all check.

And why on earth would I watch a show about an Autistic Dr, it was so unrealistic. grin

Watch K-drama and US Medically TV shows to understand how proper medical facilities should work.

In the Operating room, there is an Attending whose job it is to make sure everything handed to the Surgical team is collected back by that person. And placed in individual bags. Down to the cotton swabs used. If a bag is empty, they check for it's contents till they find it.

That's a System in place to make sure you don't forget stuff unless the system crashes
