MIKE4CHRIST: please who know where and how much it ll cost me to replace my laptop screen? its inspiron 15-3521. thanks in advance.

Eze nnaemeka: I really appreciate your reply. It usually switches off when ever it's on and plugged in the light regardless of what am doing. I'v also noticed that the small fan inside it is no longer blowing causing the system to be too hot when in use. What do i need to do about it.

candy: Happy you guys are helping out. Recently, my laptop changed from starting up normally to asking me to select from several start up options after which I usually press enter. Also, I don't use mouse but I since the start up problem started, I have to press the right arrow key as many times as I need to use my cursor and it is frustrating. Would have taken it for check-up but I'm just scared of these fake computer engeeneers, what can I do to correct it?

Kelvin0: @onegig I have done dat already n I have even tried removing the ram, cleaning it n fixing it back but the problem still persist. I have not been able to upload the pix I took of the pc on this fora I dont know y, I think it would have explained better

Kelvin0: HP G62 Notebook PC, Processor type:Pentium (R) dual-core CPU, ), i got to the bios setup by pressing the esc key repeatedly immediately after putting on the system and pressed f10 to take me to the bios setup. it doesn't go beyond this phase however

Adolak: I switched on the laptop this morning(just for switching sake). It just got stucked on the first page. Even the BIOS did not load. But carefully i could hear a soft cracking sound. I traced the sound to the hard drive. I removed the compartment(just a screw) and unplugged its cable. So now on restart, the BIOS loads very well and no cracking sound. I tried it multiple times to be very sure. From this, i guess the hard drive is bad. Or what do u think?

maclatunji: I was busy when I read you suggest you are having difficulty shaking-off attention from a lady.

My advice: Let her feel appreciated. Let her know you are flattered by her interest and you think she is a great person.

However, because of XYZ the two of you cannot be an item.

If she keeps asking you why you are rejecting her, you can tell her that you are incapable of loving her the way she deserves and you want her to have a chance to receive that love from someone else.

If she keeps insisting after all of this over an extended period, I suggest you review her merits again. Perhaps, she is a better spotter of "lived happily forever" potential than you are in which case you might want to give her a chance.
