Chyz*: ![]() Chyz my brother, what happened to you. Beaf is PointB? ![]() |
This He once claimed to be Igbo but I can assure all that he is NOT, by a loooooong shot. Please quote me. I am yet to see any sane Easterner supporting Buhari, at least because of the deaths of innocent youth corpers and Igbo worshipers who died in that church bombing. |
I don't know which upset me more. The presidential spokesman said that the Jonathan government has completed hundreds of almajiri Islamic schools in the North. I started to wonder. When was the last time a president of Nigeria built any school in the East? For how long would I have to stay in a country where a section of the country feels it is owed a perennial debt by others? As far as when I was a kid, the federal government spent more money in the North to provide free education than in the East. I paid school fees in secondary school while my northern counterparts had FREE education. I was only lucky to have a "free" university education because I attended a federal university; but when we got to the youth service camp, I found out that my Northern counterparts had BURSARY throughout their study. I DID NOT. So, in spite of all these years of preferential treatment to the North, how can any sane human being allege that Boko Haram is fighting against injustice? What injustice? Nna, if I ever thought that Nigeria can be one, I am now 100% sure that it can NEVER be one. Nonsense! ![]() |
dasparrow: From the look of things it will. Not because I pray for the prophecy to be fullfilled but because things are obviously getting worse. I remember praying for Nigeria on December 31st 2011 and while I was praying, God showed me a permonition that showed destruction and death. 2012 had barely begun and the bomb blasts, fuel subsidy removal killings and much more began to happen. Nigeria as an entity cannot continue in the way it is going right now. Those in power and those benefiting from the present system of things don't want things to change in Nigeria. So eventually, this contraption called Nigeria will have to disintegrate by fire or by force. The prayer of a righteous man. I say Amen and Amen! ![]() |
koruji: Unbelievable crap. These core Northerners are all the same. Imagine someone's VP stabbing him in the back. This is why Obasanjo tried severally to drop Atiku. |
Good. This is one airport we have waited for ever to use! When will it be completed and when would it commence FULL INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS? The Enugu state governor should be the arrow head pushing this. I don't trust the FG. |
Fine and well, per propaganda allegations; but WHERE IS THE MONEY MISSING UNDER BUHARI'S WATCH? Twice, billions disappeared under Buhari; where are those billions? Simple question.Nigerians would rather attack the messenger than ask the hard questions. |
Good one Obi. However, please note that more companies will come if you build that international airport at Onitsha. This company and many like it will need easy international access to thrive. All these people dissing Obi are just ingrates. Great job Obi. I await 100 more of commensurate INTERNATIONAL DIRECT INVESTMENT IN ANAMBRA! I hope other Eastern governors are working similarly hard to attract such big investors. Our people need jobs! |
This is particularly why I HATE PDP WITH A STRONG PASSION. PDP represents Nigeria -a perennially dysfunctional entity. Can anyone tell me what PDP stands for? I know that CPC is Boko Haram = AL-QUEDA in masks. I know that ACN is a YORUBA party seeking to form Oduduwa nation without shedding blood; I laugh at them though. lol ![]() But what does PDP stand for? If PDP stands for Nigerian unity, then why does it have a terrorist sympathizer as its national chairman? Why is the Vice President stabbing his boss in the back by saying that Yar adua would have fixed electricity. What is he still doing in government as VP? Is he a lame duck? If his boss can't fix electricity, he should be ashamed and quietly step down as VP. |
These Northerners never fail to show their power crazed chauvinism. This is the time for GEJ to dig in and bring the entire thieving, cheating and religious extremist-driven Nigeria to its knees. SOMEBODY SHOULD PLEASE DIVIDE NIGERIA!!! |

Wily+Wily:Spot on. I have always known that there were two Ogonis during the war. Unfortunately for the Biafran Ogoni, they had to suffer the same fate as Ndigbo. I only hope that the Nigerian Ogonis have learned a lesson. I wish the Ogoni whatever they wish themselves. Every group has a right to self determination. If I were Ogoni though, I would make sure that I stay allied with Igbo because they would need Igbo numbers to ward off wolves. That's all. |
I expect that Enugu state governor Sullivan Chime should pick up the challenge of completing the Enugu Inernational Airport to international standards, and I also hope that Imo governor Rochas Okorocha would upgrade Owerri to international airport. We must not depend on the FG to complete them, or we may wait for ever. This is Nigeria where you go get what you want, or you never get it! ![]() I am fully convinced that our economic revival and emancipation would be boosted immensely by the international airports. With a friendly federal government who may even add some funds, now is the time to complete those airports. I really hope that intelligent Igbo administrators would connect to the intent of the airports and see to it that they are put in place. Our status in Nigeria would never change until we have them. |
PROUD-IGBO:The bolded is part of why we should make sure that Jonathan completes all the projects he promised us before 2015. If he does so, we will support him again for another term from 2015 -2019. Peter Obi seems to be close to him, so he should continue to extract concessions from him. The next governor of Anambra state should make sure that he builds an International airport at Onitsha. ![]() |
*Ileke-IdI:The ultimate truth is that we Ndigbo don't see you Yoruba as threat in Nigeria. We know who to plan against. If you make yourselves our enemy today, we will remember your backstabbing in 1967-70 debacle. You don't give us free land in Lagos or anywhere else, so please don't tell us crap about being hospitable. We give you money, you give us land, everybody goes home happy. Nobody cries foul tomorrow. We live happily ever after. ![]() |
*Ileke-IdI:lmao @ "Ndi Okoro". ![]() Madam please clear for road. I want to buy up the rest of Okitipupa. ![]() |
Ndi Yoruba: Which confrontation?I called them yesterday (same day you posted this crap) and I never mentioned that I heared something. I just asked them some serious probing questions, and they said that as far as they know THERE IS NO SINGLE INCIDENT OR ATTACK ON IGBO BY ANYBODY. They have no reason to lie to me after all they are equal to the task. So, continue living in lala land and high hubris! ![]() |
CyberG: I think MOST of you are LITTLE KIDS and never read or saw any history. See the short video below. You Yoruba people are fond of running back to the 1967 -70 civil war which you never really fought, and in which you basically played third or fourth fiddle to Northern elements who used your faces to deceive the world that the war was Igbo vs the rest of Nigeria. Let me ask you, if not for that war, what else would you people ever boast of against Ndigbo? Aren't you ashamed of boasting of only one goal you scored in a long soccer match which BTW has not ended, because the same people you scored against have basically turned the table on you today, almost owning your soccer team! Dude, you people are shameless, honestly! ![]() As for Igbo people, we see the unfortunate war (which BTW was imposed on us by people who did not want to keep a simple agreement signed at Aburi) just as the Jews see the 1939 -45 Holocaust. To the Jews, the Holocaust is a ONE TIME event. To Ndigbo, the genocide/civil war is a ONE TIME EVENT which would NEVER repeat. Take a close look at Nigeria, you would see that we have positioned ourselves very well. Please, pray that there is no future war in Nigeria. Israel for example would rather see the end of this world than for the Holocaust to repeat. Ndigbo would rather see the end of Nigeria and repay past enemies TENFOLDS should anyone attempt another genocide against us again in Nigeria. This is really my careful observation about Igbo mindset these days. So, be very warned. The Igbo you will face this time have about 6 -10 million diaspora. A very angry diaspora. Quietly lick your wounds for the lands we have bought and taken over in Lagos (which are gone for good), and the more that we will surely buy and secure. Don't try anything stoopid or you will be sorry. Nuff said. ![]() |
![]() Una go wound pesin for hia. Make I kuku go agitate for Onlytruth state. ![]() |
@billante I really hope that at the expiration of Obi's tenure, that he has set an infrastructure vision for the state. If he does that, it would be easy for the next governor to step in and run the next lap of the race very well. I may have to shelve my plans then! ![]() I wish Anambra the best of luck, and hope that other sister states in the East would develop similarly. We shall get there by God's special grace. ![]() |
billante: I have not seen the design ccc is constructing on d road! But I think it will look like this pic you just posted! The road is being reconstructed to a five lane expressway on each side all d way to d fomer toll gate before umunya...also peter obi beautification design of d road I saw is also fantastic with a city gate just after d niger bridge and lawns and streetlights all d way...about d rail line, there is a company that just signed an MOU with anambra state govt to construct a light rail,I think d name of the company is globin or something like that! I don't know if they will use this corridor for the project cause I heard d line will be from onitsha all d way to nkpor, the company is also doing enugu light rail.My brother I hope the bolded would happen. If it happens, then I would doff my hat for Obi and know that at least he is ambitious. My occasional angst with him is that I sometimes question his ambitions for the state. Anambra should be the state with the fastest growing economy, with youth unemployment reduced drastically. The key to security and safety in Anambra (which is also the key to development) is youth employment. Every youth should be employed, and any unemployed youth should be either an apprentice in a business or a student in college (university/polytechnic). When we achieve that level of employment, any youth who is still jobless should be run out of the state, or forced to do some form of community policing (giving tips to law enforcement officers about suspicious elements in society). ![]() Let me at this stage state clearly that I would not shy away from confronting the Federal government head on should it constitute a stumbling block to the state development plans. Of course I would first woo the Fed and seek its partnership; but if it wants to play the usual Nigerian anti-Igbo politics, I would confront it frontally using every instrument at my disposal. Since GEJ is the president, I wouldn't envisage such confrontation, but it is worth noting. ![]() |
The first thing I would even do is to launch a state fund; and I mean REAL launching for Anambra State Development Fund targeting to raise N500 billion. Of course we may never get that amount but hey you never know. These moneybags in Anambra state should answer their fathers' name, else they should shut up henceforth. I'm also certain that friends of Anambra state in Nigeria and worldwide would like to add their support. The fund should be a seed money to create economic self sustenance. The Next thing: every graduate and business person in Anambra must be registered and issued a tamper proof ID card. We should aim to stamp out graduate unemployment, and honest business persons should pay fair income tax, and in return be supported with loans (as a soft incentive) depending on how much tax they have paid. We can give you a loan of N50,000 if you have paid N100,000 in tax -weta isi bia welu isi. So basically we are aiming for N50,000 tax anyway. If you don't pay tax, we withdraw your license, close down your business and you would never be able to get any loan from the State Development Fund. Simple The loan thing is a very rough idea which needs more thought. Our income based tax drive would be aggressive, once we have finished developing the infrastructure and the airport/seaport, and it would be only based on income, not property. So, to achieve these, the ministry of finance would have the biggest staff, with an enforcement unit attached to the Banks, EFCC and Police. ![]() We cannot make an omelet without cracking eggs. If we are the "Light of the Nation", our state should not be ruled by inertia and retrogression. |
One_Naira: OnlytruthMy brother, thanks for the confidence and endorsement. I am however have a tendency not to want to lead, because the most important thing to me is that somebody is doing the job. I only get frustrated when I suspect that nobody is doing the job. If ever I would find myself contesting, I would first run as someone's deputy;I would join someone who shares the same vision as I, and someone who is a trained professional too. We the people of Anambra state must stop cowering under these money bags and corrupt politicians. As far as I can see now, the only person with relevant training (and exposure) who may contest again is SOLUDO. I would like to work with a Soludo, even as an ordinary adviser or commissioner, someone who has his ears and someone who influences, envisions, or shapes physical development policies. I can assure you that within 4 years, Anambra would have the following: A complete fiscal and economic sustainability plan (meaning we can fund projects without the FG direct support, very important! ); fully transformed urban areas, particularly in Onitsha, complete with fully functioning international airport and seaport at Onitsha, and make Anambra one huge construction site through PPPs; attract international and local investors (once the international airport is fully functioning) for manufacturing and export of various goods (we can create IT parks for outsourced software development, and innovation centers to design and sell product concepts/prototypes, and share in the proceeds when fully monetized. Do you think that Innoson, for example, won't need new design ideas? ) which would create jobs for the unemployed graduates of the state. There are some very talented young folks who need a space within which to thrive and showcase their ingenuity. Why shouldn't Amambra state hold shares in businesses, including industries and research/development facilities for instance? And we can do it without contributing a dime. Nna ideas full ground. I only pray that somehow God would throw up a guy who thinks like this. If such a guy never shows up, I would, in about 8-10 years time. ![]() |
I may sacrifice the rail line (temporarily) by the side if this can be achieved. The rail can be added later.
|
Once you cross the Niger bridge heading North towards Uga junction and Upper Iweka road along the Onitsha-Enugu road between Onitsha and Awka/Ugwuoba, the whole corridor should look like this. ![]()

Ndi Yoruba: The land owned in Lagos by Tinubu alone dwarfs that owned by all the ibus in Lagos combined. In other words, Lagos state is a sort of serfdom with Tinubu as the Lord of the Manor, while Igbo are feudal lords. Yorubas are now the Serfs who work on the lands. I now understand why Lagos recently deported beggers from other Yoruba and Northern states. Oya make una clap for yourselves. S.L Akintola sent the ibus away when he was the premier of Western region. His action was political at the time. This is the most pathetic and lame attempt to appear smart and make your plight look planned and premeditated. The ONLYTRUTH in the bolded words is that Igbo work hard and pay taxes, which the Lagos state government mortally depend on and would kill you lazy folks to ensure that Igbo remain in Lagos. We ain't leaving! Even after Biafra, we will remain there to remind you of how LAZY you are. ![]() On a lighter note, there has been a face off at Ladipo market btwn the ibu traders and Paramo investments(the land owners). The ibus of course built the market but are insisting the landowners do not have the right to "interfere" in their affairs. The stand off has led to the market being shut and a number of ibus sustaining matchet cuts from agberos from time to time. I dont know if the issue has been settled amicably. The bolded will only lead to confrontation when it reaches critical mass. Somehow though, I feel that Igbo may be doing the same thing to you idiots there too, only that they don't shout about it. If this is a real issue, we would know about it. I have direct family members in Lagos and they are vested in the markets there. As far as I'm concerned, any Igbo who own properties or investments or shops in any part of Nigeria should get armed and be ready to fight to death. Not doing so is the height of foolishness. |
Now, this pastor speaks for me! ![]() |
billante: I admire you courage and dreams! It can be achieved....but you have to show ur antecedents, and one or two great things you have been able to achieve in private or community practice before you can be give a chance! Not that the bolded ever stopped anyone from contesting Anambra guber seats, but that is part of why I said it would be in the future. As a matter of fact I may not even do it because I'm more enthusiastic about Igbo/Biafran affairs. Anambra local politics might just tie me down unnecessarily. ![]() However, I know that I will have time to mount massive campaigns against quacks and charlatans who are warming up to destroy Anambra state. Imagine how someone who read "sociology" can become Anambra governnor just because he had somehow cornered some shares in Fidelity bank. Even when he has genuine intentions, I doubt that he is TRAINED (professionally) to do the job. Anambra is a great state, and it is time to ensure that only trained professionals with real life experience in resource management and development planning are elected to lead us. There are many of such people in Anambra. They are cowering for now, because charlatans who cornered money through dubious means, supported by the type of mindset pervading Anambra state which you just exhibited, are dominating the political space there. If we are serious about development, we would kick those moneybags to the curb and go far real administrators. ![]() |
My JohnDoe, you are IRRELEVANT in the Nigerian power games. When we finish with the REAL foe, you will not let anyone tell you when to "abandon ship". So, for now, just know that only someone with time to waste would look your way. ![]() |
haka_nai: ^^^^ well thank you for the heads up!!! Your name merits the chit chat from you.Heh! What heads up are you talking about? Was there ever a time you stopped killing Igbo in the North? Boko Haram started in YOUR state of Borno! And as far as I know, a majority of those killed so far in the North are Igbo businessmen and their families, so it's not as if you have not been trying to cleanse Igbo from the North since the so called end of the civil war in 1970. The sad truth is that only the Igbo thought (still thinks) that the war ended, that is why cowards sneak up on them to commit mass murder, with no one charged for it. The only thing I'm really trying to do is to help the Igbo to see the true scope of the threat and to make them understand that it would NOT go away until they stand up to confront it FRONTALLY. As far as I know, no Borno man has ever won an athletic medal for Nigeria in Africa and internationally. We Ndigbo dominate sports from boxing to wrestling to football to any PHYSICAL sport in Nigeria. You idiots just wait to take advantange of our positive outlook and Christian values (which BTW I think we should modify to enable us visit you with HELL). So, you are not physically stronger. Infact we are! Even an Igbo coup plotter like Ifeajuna still won Commonwealth gold medal for Nigeria. What did all your coup plotters win for Nigeria? Prove me wrong. So, if I arm a physically stronger man and allow him to fight a physically WEAKER man (after convincing the stronger man to drop his religious beliefs that make him turn the other cheek ) who do you think would win in such fight? You see why I'm particularly angry that Ndigbo are turning the other cheek? For me, the only Igbo weakness is false religious beliefs, which can change once we see the need to change them. The more my people wake up to the reality of your murderous intents, and plan to defeat you in your land, the greater our chance of survival as a people. I write these things to inspire my Igbo brothers to think more about the Nigerian reality. On the evil day, we speak more Northern languages than any other Nigerian non-Northerner. It should help! |
tpia@:If the man says he is from Ogbomosho, then, he is from Ogbomosho. Shi ke nan. He would not be the first Ogbomosho man to commit mass murder. Benjamin Adekunle did his under full authority of the Nigerian army. So, I'm not shocked! ![]() |
Rhino.5dm:Look at this animal calling a human being "low life". What do they call a warthog in animal speak again? You are not happy that humans are indulging your furs today. ![]() My brother Olodostein please ignore this animal henceforth. Thank you. ![]() |
