alj harem: ^^^^^^^^Fixed again! Ol' boy what are you smoking today? BTW I've always thought that you Alj-harem is Igbo2011. That is why I turned down his friendship. I am already a friend to one of you - Alj-harem. I keep my enemies very close. ![]() |
alj harem: ^^^^^^^^^^Fixed! ![]() Of course not! Am I a goat? ![]() I still quarrel with my brothers that own some properties there, and they are making more investments in the East just to appease me. lol |
^^^ Mr man don't you see that I don't see you? lol Don't forget that I know you. Your opinion, to me, is like the opinion of a fox, to a hen. Do you think a wise hen cares what a fox thinks? We will have our international access soon. You will keep your Lagos. We will keep our properties there of course, to use them to teach our children how not to make a bad investment. ![]() |
![]() See them sh!!ting their pants already, ranting all over the place! lol The fate of Lagos will not be different from what befell other similar cities elsewhere in the world. I know many cities that deflated in viability once the humans creating wealth left. They are countless in Africa. The cities will remain, but when you go there, all you see are relics of past activities. Nothing new. They die slow death. Lagos will be like that in about 25 years. As for my Igbo brothers, onye obula jiri nwayo duo onwe ya odu, maka na o bu nnukwu nzuzu itinye ego na ala ndi iro. Anyi nwere ala karia ole anyi choro na owuwa anyanwu naijiria. ![]() Nke a bu okwu ndumodu si na obi eze igbo puta. ![]() |
Where do you live in Lagos? How isolated is your house? Do you own the house? You need to be clearer about your case. |
And as soon as we get those infrastructure, we move to the next phase. If I want Igbo to leave Lagos and return to the East, I have a very good strategy to do that. I will activate it once I see those international airports in Enugu, Onitsha and Owerri. |
Rhino.5dm:You are talking to a TRAINED professional in the field of land matters. That lie you have been peddling about Igboland will implode on your heads one day. In Onitsha and southern parts of Anambra state, we have enough lands to develop about THREE more cities the size of current Onitsha. In Enugu, we haven't even scratched the land. In Ebonyi, the same thing. In Imo, the same thing. The ONE GOOD reason I love the fact that Nigeria is a now a democracy is because it is no longer possible for some aboki and his Yoruba wife to lie about Igbo land. Our governors can give us world class cities now if they focus. It is all in our hands now. Our governors are working hard. Soon all the lies will come crumbling down. ![]() |
Rhino.5dm:To be honest, I usually don't waste my time arguing with iidiots. My ONLY FOCUS AND CONCERN IS TO DEFEND IGBO INTEREST. For now, I hustle for very good INTERNATIONAL ACCESS FOR IGBOLAND (airports, seaports etc). Once we have that, we will develop our land FAST. ![]() My next job would be to convince my brothers to keep your lands they have acquired and make sure you keep paying for them! If we need them for anything, they would be available (long after we have declare Biafra ). You can import whoever you want! lol ![]() |
Rhino.5dm:It will not generate more revenue than Eastern ports once we complete them. I even think it will not generate more revenue than Onitsha when fully developed and functional. A majority of importers in Nigeria are Igbo. Don't forget that. lolI didn't know you are this daft. ![]() |
kettykin: lol replace igbos with chinese whose economy is the second largest in the world and indians who are on the virge of becoming the 5th largest. The northern governors are crying today that kano, maiduguri, plateau and yobe are finished economically and businesses have left, 70 percent of the that left are business are owned by easterners , bakeries, phamarceutical, hotels, supermarkets , restaurants, shops and schools. The indigenes are still there yet the governors are compalining. One Northern governor actually said that soon no one will live in the North. Go figure. lol |
About my brothers returning to the East, I really think that it is a matter of time. Just wait. That is why I am harping on the international airports for our cities. I hope that soon our governors will get the idea and implement them. After that, there will be a steady migration back to the East. I will advise my brothers NEVER to sell their properties in Lagos though. We will keep them FOR EVER (for a very special reason). ![]() |
Rhino.5dm:lol! So you are this lazy? And you dare to call someone parasite? You can only survive on a host! ![]() I'm not shocked one bit though. Unless you are talking about Oduduwa nation, the Chinese and Indians are not Nigerians, and can NEVER be millions in Lagos (large enough to make AN ECONOMIC difference with their numbers). So, better start acquiring that skill that eluded your fathers. Let me tell you about a skill that YOUR FATHERS could not handle. It is called disciplined small business entrepreneurship. To do that, you NEED TO BE MONOGAMOUS and not have countless wives and baby mamas; a near impossible task for you! hehe! ![]() |

owobokiri: Anambra will beat Dubai in ten years? With what? With just Orient refinery and a new brewery? You remember this is not a forum for ten year olds? And they are still biulding more breweries for you? With statements like this,do we need more booze in ths state?hehe! Don't mind the guy. I guess the excitement is overwhelming for some folks. For me, I don't believe in any project I don't see COMPLETED. Nigeria has ruined my faith. I am only cautiously optimistic about this one, but I know that Anambra needs much more before we can even talk. |
Must everything be by force in Nigeria? Why make it compulsory? Let market forces take care of that. I guess we are yet to shed military rule mindset. |
@Topic, ultimately, I really like what is happening because necessity is the mother of invention. Let me see how any sane Igbo will pay 6 million in a Lagos shop. Yearly payment is fine, but 3 payments for FUTURE OCCUPANCY is almost laughable. I would use that money to buy a shop at main market Onitsha instead, though Onitsha main market shops are even more expensive (about 12 million Naira each), I would rather share one shop in Onitsha. Onitsha is just a GOLD MINE waiting to be developed. All it takes is for us to get that international airport, and Lagos properties will deflate. Any Igbo still buying properties in Lagos will see the value of those properties deflate overnight. Real estate assets can be very bitchy. They are only as valuable as the humans mingling there -if they are entrepreneurial, the boom can be sustained; but if they are lazy iidiots milling around waiting for handouts, the value will deflate overnight because they can't add value to them. I personally would like Igbo to retain ownership of all already acquired properties, but I really would like umu Igbo to return to develop our land. Ubochi nta ka anyi chuo na owere nchi! ![]() |
Rhino.5dm:To see a Yoruba man (whose region contributes almost ZERO to national coffers) call an Easterner "parasite" is like seeing a round worm call a human being parasite.lol You don't know how ludicrous you sound. ![]() |
@Topic This project is a test of the Obi government. If the refinery is commissioned THIS YEAR, then he has succeeded. ndu_chucks, your sanctimonious Anu mpama. |
Diligence: Hey guz, next project is to start building the Anambra passenger/cargo international airport; how can u dream of industrialisatn sans these facilities. What abt the monorail u commissioned recently? Abeg make una start something!Thank you my brother! I believe that the international airport will open up the place for BUSINESS and international investors. It is a CRITICAL infrastructure in Anambra state! ![]() I believe that Peter Obi or the next governor will bring it to be. |
kettykin: the problem will be solved with a dredged river niger and ibaka port. The landing cost if these spares will be very low and growth oriented govt can lease lands / spaces for indvidls to grow businesses. I think lagos is already congested and gej needs to urgently open up the nigerdelta deep sea ports where shop / business/ house rents will 1/5 of what is obtainable in lagos, it will go along to drastically reduce the price of goods and the goods can be taken by barges to abuja via lokoja.A combination of eastern infrastructure development: Ibaka Seaport, Onitsha port, and THREE or FOUR international airports(if you count the one at Uyo)in the East will deliver a sucker punch to Lagos when it is least expected. Let me BOLDLY forecast that one day, the Lagos state government will go cap in hand to the East begging for Igbo business to return there, but it would be too late by then. The state will deflate like a punctured balloon. Na "alaye" go run spare parts shops,? Can "alaye" or his mentor build new shops after the old ones have been torched? I de laff. I somehow don't see this as a problem at all because every time I discuss it with my brothers they simply laugh it off and tell me not to mind the noise makers. They are on ground. |
Onlytruth: You people are not listening to what Nri Priest (Odenigbo Aroli) has been saying here since the first page.Fixed. ![]() |
You people are not listening to what Nri Priest (Odenigbo Aroli) has been saying here since the first page. There has always been one problem or another in this market. It has never caused any Igbo life as far as I know. The problem of "alaye" has been infinitesimal as far as Igbo comfort and business are concerned there. I see some iidiiots here already boasting that Igbo can't do anything about the situation. I will keep telling you people that you can NEVER win either. The hen that perched on a rope is dancing, the rope is also dancing. It is also important to state that the Lagos state government played some role in the overall extortion culture in Lagos. A man who got initiated into the ignoble "trade" of armed robbery, always kicks the door down boldly. Let nobody provoke us in Lagos. Nuff said. ![]() |

odumchi: Nsogbu adighi.Believe me my brother, I have thought about that too. Recall that I said that it pains me to play hard ball with our Igbo brothers there (ikwerre and non-ikwerre). Let's look at it this way. Have you ever seen anyone deny kinship to a very rich man? How many people would turn down kinship to say Dangote? VERY FEW. I never said that we have given up on them. Remember that during the war, most of them were refugees in upper parts of Igboland. As far as I'm concerned, the whole East is our brothers. But nobody identifies with a "loser". We are fortunate that we are Ndigbo, a very hardworking and talented group. If we do as I said, believe me, you would be surprised about groups that will come up to claim being Igbo. ![]() My fear is that our governors may not be as visionary and politically savvy as some of us. ![]() |
@re@lchange, please take it easy with our brother Eziachi. He is a BIAFRAN vet. ![]() We treat Biafran veterans with utmost respect because they inspire young ones like us who may one day take up arms again against the incurable injustice in Nigeria. @Bro Eziachi, sir I beg to disagree with some of what you said, like the quote below: PDP/Northern elite assured Jonathan that no heaven will fall even if if they rig where they are not meant to touch AND HE WENT AHEAD with it and those who rig the election for him in places like Katsina are responsible for what happened after the election. My brother as far as we know, Buhari won in ALL the CORE North, but he did not win in the south and some parts of middle belt, which is why he lost the election. In Nigeria, everybody rigs, and allegations of rigging fly around EVERYWHERE. I recall vividly that some youth corpers gave account how CPC mobs snatched ballot boxes and threatened them with death if they resisted. Some youth service members were even killed before the elections were over for standing their ground. So, everybody rigged. The difference is that Buhari threatened violence BEFORE the elecitons, if the elections were rigged; but you are I know who the victims of the violence would likely be, and predictably, it was hapless Igbo living in the North that paid with their lives. When Buhari was making the threats, he either did not care about Igbo lives, or he was clueless about the enormity of his threats, or he wanted Igbo to be killed. It has to be one of the above. Whichever way, he is a bad sell to me as Onye Igbo. I won't vote for Buhari, even if he is the only candidate in the election, and even if he is the only "HONEST" candidate. His honesty fell short when he disregarded Igbo interests (life and property), and even refused to apologize when he saw the deaths. I guess that is the point realchange may be trying to make. |
My brother Odumchi, please ka anyi kpa maka ihe a na email. ![]() Personally, I think that the ONLY relevant effort NOW in Igboland, is to give SE THREE (if possible) international airports, and a fully functional port at Onitsha, to try and escalate developing in the SE. We should do this resolutely, and move SE into first world status ASAP. We have all the necessary resources (human and natural), to do this! I know that it would not be easy, but it is a fight I'm sure we will win. ![]() When we get SE to dwarf other parts of Nigeria in terms of development and make it THE PLACE to be in Nigeria, believe me, all those denying themselves will SHUT UP and be BEGGING to be called Igbo. ![]() I don't know why our politicians can't see this simple fact. Take for example. If the Sam Mbakwe International airport comes to operate and DOMINATE international traffic in southern Igboland, Igweocha -Port Harcourt will play second fiddle to Owerri (believe me this is very possible). ![]() If we have Onitsha port fully fuctional, we won't need Igweocha (PH )for anything. Let the ikwerre make up their minds there. I'm sorry if I sound like I'm ready to play hard ball with our brothers in southern tip of Igboland, but I'm stating the obvious. We don't need to pressure anyone into accepting himself/herself; that is left for the person. Let's get Enugu, Onitsha and Owerri international airports fully functional, and see whether we will care who is Igbo and who isn't. ![]() |
My brother PointB, kedu ije nwanne? Nna I want to open another email/mode of communication. Please keep watch for the thread. I will explain later. Thanks! ![]() |
Umu Igbo kwenu! Anyi zuru ka eme! ![]() |
I de laff. Maybe this is what the SE and SS needs to happen before we play hard ball with Nigeria (seriously consider secession). No matter what happens, GEJ will see the transition to the next president. We shall see then. I would warn my Igbo people to keep a FIXED focus on the body language of SS governors and politicians. If they as much as blink (eg play ball with Northern groups), we should toss GEJ under the bus sharp sharp, and field our own candidate even if he gets only Igbo votes. ![]() It's time we start playing REAL hard ball in Nigeria. This is part of why I keep telling my people to leave PDP and join APGA en masse. APGA is the party that will give us a Nigerian president (most likely through a coalition with other progressive parties), or the party that presents our case for secession to the UN. It has to be one or the other. We cannot play "catch your tail" for ever. We have seen this game before. It would be foolhardy to not have a plan of action. |
igbo2011: I would vote for them. Buhari did well in the 80's. I don't know why people didn't vote for him last year. Tribalism is too much in Nigeria smhI often wonder why you people won't stop using Igbo name for whatever you want to do. Do y'all have a superstitious fixation with Igbo names? lol BUHARI WILL NEVER GET MY VOTE. HE IS AN ISLAMIC EXTREMIST. Unfortunately, Fashola is not "yet ready" to be president (per naija turn by turn power sharing at the center). He should wait for his turn (maybe 2027, after Igbo man's turn). Na naija we dey. ![]() |
Sweetlemon: If only you knew how cowardly you sound! I'm done for now. I know not everybody will buy my message, and I know that deep down somewhere in your heart, you agree with me, but tribal sentiments and pride will not allow you swallow this bitter pill I am giving you. But I pray that people like you will come to see the sweet after-taste at the end. Let me give you more time to digest this. but like I said. All we need is 30 percent of honest Nigerians and we will be just fine. Ciao! You are the coward for not stating your true origins and claiming where you don't belong. You can stay in Nigeria even if it turns to total hell, that is your prerogative. But don't call those who want to leave names. WE NDIGBO WANT TO LEAVE. Abi na by force? |
alj harem: But that is what you impliedI personally believe that simple referendums in all the local government areas of each state will identify and ask everyone where to belong. You and I know that even Anambra State alone can be a VERY VIABLE country, not to talk of all Igbo land. I believe that dividing Nigeria peacefully is very possible; but I also believe that no one should dare us Ndigbo in any future war. You know my position on wars already. ![]() |
