I have been to the hospital and eye drops were prescribed and used.
Operation was suggested as an option which I don't want to take.
Please which drug can I take to eliminate the unwanted growth.
Thanks for your kind support. i presume the growth being described here to be pterygium. Sadly , they are no drops to remove the growth . Drugs are just to take care of the symptoms you experience when the growth is inflamed . |

Akinola100: Hello doctor. I know of someone close to me who has a problem of his eye. His both eyes have the same sharpness and clarity. His left eye the same and right eye the same. Both are same, until recently his right eye became blurry. You won't notice it until you close your left eye to know the right eye is blurry. He said is like the brain choses the left eye to see and ignores the vision from the right eye. He researched and found out it is refractive anisometropia (amblyopia). He does patching now (closing the left eye to see with the right eye) for like two to three hours everyday. Although, the right eye improved, like becoming less blurry, doctor, what other things can he still do apart from patching to make sure his right eye is exactly like his left, like how his eye was before. Thank you. he self diagnosed himself. I wouldn't know if he's on the right course or not. I ll advise him to seek a one on one professional assessment to know what the issue is |

it's the Nigerian society that tolerates such. hence, professionals have free rein in behaving in ways they ought not. Also, an average Nigerian is unnecessarily proud and tend to abuse authority when you are at their mercy. In the Nigerian society, ego is put first before service and institutions are weak in ensuring ethics in professions are adhered to. Majority of these persons you think are rude would not in any way behave same to persons they percieve are in a higher social strata . They only exhibit such when dealing with persons they feel cannot be of help to them or cause them to face some disciplinary actions . these same persons would act differently when in organized societies with working instutions and laws . |

PhiliptheArab: We don't have these kind of streets in nigeria because we are not ready to pay the kind of taxes that would fund and maintain those kind of streets.
In the UK, if you are living in the city, you pay council tax which ranges from 60000 to 100000 naira monthly depending on the city. That money goes into making the cities look nice
That's why uk cities have great streets.
If we charged that kind of tax in Nigeria, Nigerians would scream.
So we pay scanty taxes and get scanty and bad roads
The bad roads we have in Nigeria are what we can afford. The sad thing is that looting still happens on top and what is the average income there? Even the ones being paid, of what benefit has it been to nigerian citizens? Tell me what an average Nigerian enjoys from the govt? We cant have those things because of bad leadership period. |

There's no difference between the pdp and apc. Just same persons cross carpeting when the political climate in a party favours their political ambition . Nigerians have to realize that these bunch of evil people in the political arena are not after the interest of the common man. They have been in the arena for too long without making much meaningful impact in the lives of the people. It is time we retire all of them. We cannot change the status quo by recycling these people into power. If we are really desirous of meaningful change, we must endeavour to vote them all out . #stop recycling politicians in the name of party they belong# they are all same and would keep making you live miserably why they and their kids enjoy the good life abroad.# Be wise# |

pacificom: The whole problem in this country boil down to the disparities between the riches who are living a comfortable, happy life and those poor who are hungry and angry at the same time. Untill our leaders start bridging the existing wide gap between the extremely rich and poor, there will always be internal war and conflict. Class should be cut down. Taxation should be proportional to individuals income, and government should exempt those living in poverty level from paying tax that they don't even earn as income, and maybe give financial grant and aid on healthcare, accommodation and public services to the poor in the society. Citizens who are entitled to decent lives will not be interested in riots and civil protests. Life is glorious and worth living for the riches, but the poor are depressed and believe that they have nothing to lose even if hell is let lose. Nigerian Government policies are are beneficial and prospers the riches, while the poor are chastised and demoralized by the tough government policies and rules. This are economic issues of a modern time and the solution lies on economic deregulations and restructuring. Problems of a large populated society is more challenging and difficult to solve compare to a micro economy involving few populace in a smaller area of land, even with limited resources. It is time for our political class to be attentive to voices at the grassroot. Perhaps a regional government which has been widely suggested by many elites could be a relevant solution in this critical and decisive time. Result could be of positive resolution if the idea of a zonal government could be adopted to facilitate independent management of the resources and crisis in each region. The use of brutal force against civilians will further exacerbate the fragile peace between security agents and citizens of this society. Government should consider that there are more than enough idle youths who are ready to risk their lives engaging with security agents. A listening ear is required in solving the problem on ground , and that should be the position of our government hitherto. the nigerian govt is weaponizing poverty to easily retain power. They do not want to make the lives of the people better. They want it just the way it is so the people can remain subject to them . When a few becomes agitated, they throw them crumbs to pacify them. We would only get redemption by kicking them all out. The present political class are the common enemy . They have weakened all institution and brought them under control. They call the shots and are not subject to any mechanism of checks. Even the constitution is become powerless before them. And now the only resistance is the voice of the people which they seek to put a control mechanism over . We need a new government that would make our institutions of justice powerful and independent |

Isn't the police supposed to provide security for the protesters as enshrined in the constitution and prevent it from being hijacked if that's their fear?. It's very clear that there's no regard for the Nigerian constitution and some persons are very well not subject to the constitution. Are we still operating under democracy ? It's a shame the judiciary is not speaking . #operation vote them all out 2023 # we can't continue like this |
