May God have mercy on him too. I hope soon he gets to the part too where Christ said - ''If you want to be complete, go and sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.'' |
Sadly, this is what is delegated to our Osinbajo.

On Buratai's watch, we had 3 massacres & more by the army. The shiites hindered his convoy & the punishment is death of their 100s, youths want better policing & response is the Lekki massacre, military is attacked by no one knows & everyone in Oyigbo has to die. He oversaw the escalation of insurgency in the northeast & on his watch, almost '0000 soldiers if not more perished; some from banditry & others because they demanded a re-evaluation. Buratai's Military killed more responsible Nigerians than they killed bandits & terrorists. Soldiers that demand weapons to fight the terrorists were locked up by Buratai. |
Pls be safe. |
Maybe these 'are' actually funny, maybe it is the state of the country, maybe I am tired. But don't do a career in comedy. Maybe do, AY is successful. |
Doc was a great person, and it is tragic to see his legacy get obscured by those wanting merely to proof power. I hope now the family comes together to consolidate on his direction and to cascade or cultivate the seeds he planted. The wife remembers him, and so should we all. He has done things that some-way has impacted you or someone you know, but most don't know this, but they know the man as the one whose domestic life seemed eyesore, it is the most in this report for instance. Hopefully, his legacy don't vanish in the controversy stirred after his departure. Let the living ensure to tidy things up, even those that seem insignificant, and let us learn to refine ours- the son, the wife, the brother, often, they are contributory to our biography. |

When we the people demanded better governance from the government, it was for you. When we marched on the street, in the cold and night, it was for you. We demanded better welfare for the police, we demanded professional trainings for them. And while we fought for them, they attacked us. and we shouldered the attack, we did, for it was for them, for you! Those that demanded for better weapons for the military so as to reduce the loss of lives of our khaki men to Boko-Haram, were termed enemies of the state, attacked and assaulted by the military. Our police die and their widows are abandoned, when we demand'ed' that their widows be remembered, the surviving police beat us, strip us and lock us up. They have no knowledge! mindless bunch, who soon their wives will be widows and their sons, miscreant. The politician they protect, destroys them and their lineage, there are no equipped hospitals for them when they are wounded, no basic schools for their children who they have left to pick up weapons. And when we demand for them, they club us, knock us down, maim us and murder us. Today, a plane crashes. and why? and will it be the last? if the people ask, the military will terrorise them, attack them. The military are men that shall die due to inefficient weapons, due to unaccountability, they will die in wars against bandits, in wars against terrorists, and will anyone know their names? No! they will perish, for they are ill-prepared by the government and the military elites shall be richer, for to them, the investigation into the crash is just another source of allowance for them. |

Not allowing folks to exercise their right to expression is dangerous & using your monopoly of power to silence your people only emboldens a similar reaction. Check Arab Spring, heard of Gaddafi? This govt has no ability to be circumspect. |
Rather than resolve demands made, the govt chose to suppress our voices, exterminate our will for better governance. Solutions matter but they put fear that fuel angst. Psychologists say such repressed emotions are 'small ticking time bombs'. |
Shame! |
Misleading and irresponsible heading. The headline of this could have been 'Ooni Commends Sunday Igboho, advices him to be wary of hijackers veiled as politicians'. |
The nation's pride. |
The occurrences in the country make it seem Christians are a threatened people in the north. CAN looks away, the big prophets and preachers too. |
You can start ICAN. ATS. Had you started in 2018; you may have qualified now. |
Sue the bank. Sue them all. |
Okocha had a remarkable talent. It would be in the credibility of CAF to acknowledge him with a lifetime award. |
Important perspective. |
CBN. Freezing folks account for demanding better governance. |
