If you pay attention to the argument, you will notice that Eze Ndigbo of Oyo is very different from Eze of Oyo.
The first title connotes a leader of Igbo people in Oyo( which is mutually beneficial to both hosts and settlers), the second has territorial ambitions (a direct threat/challenge to the host's territorial authority).
So, Emir of Festac will be different from Emir Fulani of Festac (or whatever appellation)

You rent should expire on July 10, 2023. Assuming you paid rent in January 1st, it should expire December 31st.
In the same way, July 11th to August 10th makes 1 month and so on till you count 1 year which is 12 months. That brings it to July 10th 2023.
Assuming your rent started on 1st July 2022, then it would expire on June 30th 2023 as your landlord says.

Even if Obi wins, he won't be declared winner

The North won't sacrifice its own because dog it's attachment to power and yes, Atiku is just a step from winning and being declared winner

There is a solution to Nigeria. But it has absolutely nothing to do with the presidential system of election

He tried. The investment was NGN1.9B now worth NGN2.2B. That will increase if one adds dividends.
It's just that the exchange rate moved from 155 naira per dollar to above 600 naira per dollar.
The depreciation/devaluation of the naira is not his making. Its the fault of the FG that cannot manage the economy well.

My opinion (not expert advice, though), is to take the treasury bill option because of the immediate interest payment and then put the interest received in a mutual fund (money market or fixed income fund) till the treasury bill matures.
That way, you will receive interest on the interest from your treasury bill investment.

Apart from handing over the original papers, the company would have also given an official letter on their letterhead to the buyer to show that they have sold it to him. That is the letter your friend would have used to effect a change of ownership.

This is more like shirking responsibility. The buck stops at the president's desk.
If a list is submitted, it is the responsibility of whoever is signing it to vet the document before appending his signature. Signing the document means you have taken responsibility. EFCC should be investigating the person that signed.

Bros, as a man, will you like your daughter's husband to sell any property you gave to her instead of passing it to your grandchildren?
Is that not an irresponsible son-in-law?
All that belongs to the wife does not include what she inherited because it is not marital property.
No self respecting husband will sell his wife's inheritance except he married her for those properties.
Besides, that a man sells his wife's property or inheritance shows him to be a never do well who will not even leave an inheritance for his children from his own sweat .
A child who has done well, like the OP who has his own property, deserves to be given more (if the family is wealthy) because he has proven his capability and capacity to custody an estate and even improve on it.
That is how generational wealth is built.
