My opinion (not expert advice, though), is to take the treasury bill option because of the immediate interest payment and then put the interest received in a mutual fund (money market or fixed income fund) till the treasury bill matures.
That way, you will receive interest on the interest from your treasury bill investment.

Christianity has taught us to live at peace with ALL men (friend and foe alike), as much as we can.
It has taught us not to fight for our God, because our God will fight his own battles and we will hold our peace.
In fact, the weapons of our own warfare are not carnal (machetes, stones, guns, et al) but they are mighty.
Besides, Christianity has taught us to forgive as exemplified by Christ himself who said "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do".
That is why when you blaspheme Jesus by calling him a prophet, we don't start rioting - because you know not what you do.
We can only pray that you come into the knowledge of the truth.

Apart from handing over the original papers, the company would have also given an official letter on their letterhead to the buyer to show that they have sold it to him. That is the letter your friend would have used to effect a change of ownership.
Let him show you that letter. Then run a due diligence check with the company.

And for people making it about Emefiele, he is not a civil servant. He is just appointed for a tenure.

This is more like shirking responsibility. The buck stops at the president's desk.
If a list is submitted, it is the responsibility of whoever is signing it to vet the document before appending his signature. Signing the document means you have taken responsibility. EFCC should be investigating the person that signed.

This are hard truths but we can do nothing against the truth but for the truth

Bros, as a man, will you like your daughter's husband to sell any property you gave to her instead of passing it to your grandchildren?
Is that not an irresponsible son-in-law?
All that belongs to the wife does not include what she inherited because it is not marital property.
No self respecting husband will sell his wife's inheritance except he married her for those properties.
Besides, that a man sells his wife's property or inheritance shows him to be a never do well who will not even leave an inheritance for his children from his own sweat .
A child who has done well, like the OP who has his own property, deserves to be given more (if the family is wealthy) because he has proven his capability and capacity to custody an estate and even improve on it.
That is how generational wealth is built.

God gives the water free but a human being drills for and pumps it from the ground. This is not rain water or water from a stream. Have you considered his electricity bills, cost of fuel, cost of maintaining or replacing a generator made bad by too much usage, cost of maintaining or replacing the water pump?
So because you paid rent the landlord should be bankrupt because of you.
God should also give humans sense for free.
