What does these things mean?
Can some one shade some light on the meaning of these things. Difference between occult and cult member? Rosicrucian and AMORC? People in Nigeria may know what these things are, but Nairaland users are not just people living in Nigeria.

After the slaves were brought from Africa to the U.S. The guys had kids and they were sold off to another slave owner. Some of the slaves will escape. Each time they end up with a slave owner, they take their last name. Slave trade in the U.S. ruined a lot of Black lives. White people profited from it greatly. When People say that Black Americans are lost. I don't think it's true or false. I just think that it's sad what happened. Maybe about %95 or more are lost in terms of finding about their roots and making peace with their neighbors and environment.

So, Black Americans having different last names doesn't mean that they are not related by blood. Do Black Americans need to take a genetic test before marrying to avoid marrying some one of the same family?

I know this is something that Black Americans would not want to know or talk about. This will rain more hate toward Africans. Africans not in the U.S. got nothing to worry about. Is those that are living in the U.S. will have to live with the consequences of their selfish forefathers that sold their brothers and sisters to the White man.

This angry White lady, is trying to paint a picture for Nigerian guys on how Nigerian guys behave. That’s just sickening. She is not a Nigerian and she is going to teach Nigerians how their people act. Some one once stated that there are two types of Blacks that deal with White ladies. Those that are broke: they need the White lady to pay off their car loans, pay the rent and give them pocket money. The other kind are those that are weak: They can’t stand a Black lady. Most Black ladies are tough, but that’s no excuse to run off with Ms. White.

Thanks to every one that have responded. I have learned a lot about contact lens in this forum more than I have learned in health classes. Nairaland is a learning institution in a way, other than you chose to attend it. You are not being forced or looking for a financial gain.

Based on what I know now. I think its safer to not use one more than 24hrs. The disposables would be much better. I am used to wearing classes, it sucks especially when it rains. Also, its safer to go to the best people that way they know more about new technology and recalls. My second glass, I have never wore it. The place I got it from, its a small business owned by some asian family. One of their patients came in complaining about eye infection. That's when I didn't want to get into contact lens.

I may get one. From the best with the best advance technology. Not from a local business owner. Its always good to go with the best, regardless of price.

I met this girl at one time. She was from Kenya. She was always acting like a bitch and some one she is not.

I will be gone and never even for a second think of returning it. I have used different banks, they all sucks. They won't even let me open account with them now. I used U.S. Bank. That one, is another high tech 419 on its own. Charging too much overdraft, late fees and interests rates. All my accounts with them are canceled, I no long have to deal with all that shit.

There is no need to feel sorry for you. You chose to be with him. You knew who he was. You saw the signs. You played dumb and ignored them. What did your parents tell you about him? I live in Oregon, and the weather sucks. She lives in the U.S. but some where in the east coast. As I was talking to her, it seemed like I was just talking to a friend, which is what she is now.

I called her because it would be nice to get to speak to some nairaland members. Top three ladies that I would like to talk to are Hot angel, Cut ass, and Omo Eko. I also look forward to talking to a lot of nice ladies hopefully.

What interest me about your comments are the relationships between my people [Nigerians] and your people [African Americans]. I don't have any problems with them. I know 99.9% of them act in a hateful way towards me. In a way, they act like they are more hateful than the White man, but still I think the White man's hate is more poisonous. In terms of a Nigerian dating AA lady. I have met some AA ladies that are really pretty physically, but their behaviors distance me from them. I prefer dating Black ladies. She must be Black or I aint interested. It seems like if you don't dress like a player or a gangster, most of the AA ladies won't even look at you or even want to get to know you. That's one of the reasons AA don't get along with me. When I wear expensive stuff with expensive cologne, then they will notice.

I am expected to go with a Nigerian lady. Parents see it as mandatory, I see it as a choice. No one tells me what to do including the government. But so far, I haven't met any AA lady whom I would have to say to my parents, look, I don't care what your culture is about, this lady is worth being with and your objection or her parents will not change it. She would have to understand first that Africans were sold to the White man as slaves. When they got to the U.S. they suffered for hundreds of years, which could have affected them genetically and mentally. She would have to calm down and know that because she was born in that culture doesn't mean that she is that culture. She would have to be willing to obey. No feminist. Sit, and she will sit, stand and she will stand without bitching about anything.

I know that there are some AA ladies in college that are pretty, well behaved and are willing to vacation in Nigeria once in a while. The problem is, most of them happen to have attitude because I am not them [AA] and some are feminist.

One time, I was arguing with this AA lady over the phone at my job. She said, ”I speak good English and you don’t.” I said well it depends on the meaning of English. She hung up. The British are the only ones that speak good English unless you speak like them. The people that speak more like the British are Africans. Americans claim that they speak good English, no, they are only speaking American English. Nigerian English sounds even better than American English. I have had numerous issues regarding AA claiming that they speak English and I don’t.

I can't say I have to go with a Nigerian lady, I don't even like most of their culture any ways. One thing I dislike about most Nigerian ladies are, they don't set high goals, they want to do what their aunty is doing or what their parents want them to do. I don't think that AA are lost. I see their ladies as Africans. They just have issue with me because I am African and that they happen to be born in a White mans land. That's it. Choosing between a Nigerian and African American lady is like 50% chance. That means there is going to be war if I chose to go with AA lady. The war is going to be between my parents and her parents, her people [AA] and me. It's going to be a long war. I am ready for it, any time.

I attended school some where in Imo state, I don't think I remember the name of that school very well. Any ways, I didn't enjoy it, it was just like a medication. I didn't want to take it but I have to because every kid in the block was in school. The uniform thing sucks. Sometimes, the uniform have to be washed every school day. I haven't actually met any one in Oregon that went to the same school as mine.
