cao: Forget graphics, if the story and gameplay are weak, the game has failed its purpose. Yomieluv, go and look at The Order: 1886, one of the best looking games ever, but it failed in gameplay. I wouldn't say we ditch graphics entirely, however, I've got to admit that gameplay and storyline does it for me. Am a die hard COD fan and to be honest, I just LOVE the way the game takes me round the globe while maintaining that coherence in storyline. |

Nairaland General › PMB Moves To Crash The Dollar, sign Landmark Currency Deal With China by overlord77(op): 5:00pm On Apr 14, 2016 |
This looks like a very good one coming from Bubu of Daura. I honestly hope and pray it does not bite the dust. I never liked APC but if this does happen, then i believe the request for dollar will drop alot. I also wish we can be selling our crude in Naira, thereby increasing the need for the naira. SAN FRANCISCO, April 12, (THEWILL) – President Muhammadu Buhari and Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Governor, Mr. Godwin Emefiele moved closer to actualizing their promise to strengthen the naira against the United States dollars by signing a landmark currency deal with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd on Tuesday in Beijing, China. The agreement will allow Nigerian traders and businesses, which imports mainly from China conclude their transactions in the Chinese currency, the Renminbi (Yuan), instead of the dollar. THEWILL further gathered that the new agreement would see Nigeria-China trades, which accounts for over 70 percent of imports into Nigeria, concluded in the Yuan. Until now over 90 percent of international trades between Nigeria and the world is done in dollars, and in the process putting so much pressure on the naira. Nigeria imports almost all it needs from the West, Middle East and Asia. The CBN is expected to diversify a huge chunk of Nigeria’s foreign reserve from the dollars to the Yuan to perfect the agreement. “It means that the renminbi (Yuan) is free to flow among different banks in Nigeria, and the renminbi has been included in the foreign exchange reserves of Nigeria,” Lin Songtian, director general of the African affairs department of China’s foreign ministry, told reporters in Beijing a few minutes after the agreement was signed between the Governors of the nations’ reserve banks in the presence of President Buhari and President Xi Jingping of China, who is hosting Buhari and top Nigerian officials to a state visit. Lin said a framework on currency swaps has been agreed with Nigeria, making it easier to settle trade deals in Yuan. China has signed currency swap deals with countries ranging from Kazakhstan to Argentina as it promotes wider use of its Yuan. THEWILL exclusively gathered that Nigeria would become the clearinghouse for Yuan denominated transactions for the whole of Africa following the agreement. Beijing also signed agreements to develop infrastructure in Nigeria, part of a drive to deepen its ties with Africa. It has offered Nigeria a loan worth $6 billion to fund infrastructure projects. Also, ICBC signed a $2 billion loan deal with Dangote group, the company owned by Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, to fund two cement plants it plans to build, Lin told Reuters. China’s official Xinhua news agency cited President Xi as telling Buhari that there was huge potential for economic cooperation, naming oil refining and mining. Nigeria is also considering issuing Panda bonds (mainly Yuan denominated) as against euro bonds because they are cheaper. Your tenant's private life is not your business, so I don't think there's any need harping on it. If you're fed up you can simply write off their debt and send them out. That they will make the first payment and you will reimburse them after it's successful. In that case, me I will ask them to invest their money while you wait and watch them in 3D while u are sipping your bottle of Pepsi with some pop corn. Don't conclude yet just don't part away with your money for processing. Dude, this is a very big rip off, don't fall for it o. Did you check the tenses of the letter at all? BUT I'll advice you just stay back and hustle than go suffer, Gods time is the best sister. That's if they don't catch her desperate butt and turn her to a radical suicide bomber and send her back to naija to cause havoc. The country might be very hard but that is no excuse for some people to give it more bad name or continue with the illegal trend. Travel › Re: What To Do When You Have A Tyre Blowout by overlord77: 9:54am On Mar 08, 2016 |
eben1991: In the event of the unfortunate death of Nigeria's minister of state for labour due to an accident occasioned by a tyre blowout and the fact that in Nigeria now-a-days, we have many untrained drivers, it has become pertinent for me to write this.
There are 6 simple steps to take within a maximum of 2 minutes and you will be safe, these by the grace of God I have been familiar with for decades. They are as follow:
(1) DON'T PANIC in the event of a blowout, calm yourself down fast because your car will start misbehaving and you need to take charge.
(2) Hold FIRMLY to your steering wheel with both hand, NO VIGOROUS TURNING, as you concentrate on the road and your mirrors, in seconds study the movement pattern of the car. Your car will naturally swerve to the direction of the burst tyre.
(3) Gradually take off your foot from the accelerator, DON'T EVER ATTEMPT TO PRESS THE BRAKES, IF YOU DO, YOU HAVE A 95% CHANCE OF A SOMERSAULT. The car will decelerate gradually while you concentrate on the road to avoid collision with any other road user.
(4) Disengage the gears of the car by shifting to neutral (N) as you still maintain a firm grip on the steering wheel and put your eyes on the road.
(5) After a while depending on your initial speed, your car comes to a speed less than 60km/h when it is now safe to GRADUALLY apply the brakes and navigate to the side walk
(6) Ultimately, it is now safe to put the car to a complete stop and turn off the engine. You have just saved yourself and passengers from untimely death.
NOTE: Of course, everyone in the car will be in a panic mode BUT this is NOT THE TIME TO LISTEN TO THEM, it is TIME TO CONCENTRATE.
Please, don't just read share on your page and copy to other platforms, you may just be about to save a life. I pray thàt God will continue to keep us safe as we use the roads, amen.
Warm Regards, Good tips |
