DieRich5:The hype and crowd should be reducing from tomorrow, but if it makes 1bn by 25th with "Sister Omicron" lurking around, i go cut cap for Dinsey o |
abduleez1:lol.... It's because it's a holiday season that's why the crowd is much. By the way, fantastic timing of the release too by marvel/Disney, This season is a money magnet for movies. I am hearing, February 2022 is the latest for it to be available on the "high seas", there's no way i am waiting that long to see it plus by then spoilers go don tie my neck so i try for a morning screening time like 10am, those pull less crowd. |
pu7pl3:Exactly ![]() |
abduleez1:Cinema choke today I swear, I couldn't even get a ticket, I just buy pop corn, then retreat to see it another day ![]() Going by this euphoria, Chief, I think $2Bn should be the target now. ![]() |
What is this madness??
|
Chibudollar:Jai bhim (2021), not really a thriller but it's so good, officially the movie with the highest rating currently on IMDB at 9.4/10. |
|
pu7pl3:E sure me say that boy Na real life psycho...He was the one in that "End of the F*** World" series where him and his girlfriend were on a serial killing spree. |
abduleez1:The Minion "buzz" has ran it's course...make them rest abeg. |
COVID has the whole world in a choke hold for the foreseeable future i am afraid, cuz what the actual F is this?? Is like those apocalyptic movies playing out in real time before our very eyes...
|
GetMeRight:is it the one about a Rape case? starring Jeremy Renner?... definitely worth it if it's that. |
Kaycee7:I don't even think we needed her origin story tbh, they could easily have just plugged her in the MCU timeline without this movie and I would've been fine...Very forgettable movie. |
Aflix:Happy Birthday Champ..Stay winning. |
abduleez1:She bodied the role as "Lady Spencer" so she's the fave, till i see "House of Gucci" sha cuz Lady Gaga outdid herself in "A Star is Born" so she can definitely act and act well. |
Andrew Garfield winning this easily, lemme put my money on him on him getting the Oscar best actor nod too, but Will Smith (King Richard) and Denzel Washington (The Tragedy of Macbeth) are a major threat. Blinding good performance in a biopic.
|
abduleez1:Rest Nicholas Cage is a huge red flag. ![]() |
abduleez1:20th century did little or no marketing for the movie and this surprised me cuz it had a stellar cast and a Ridley Scott movie, this was more than enough reason to push it well. After seeing very positive reviews from critics before the movie limited theatre run, it was already too late to do any serious marketing, and Disney which 20 century is a subsidiary of, will still turn in a huge profit at the end of the year, weren't too bothered. Any movie not getting proper marketing in this pandemic will most likely falter at the box office no matter how good the movie is. I am seeing "Spiderman in PSG's dressing room holding a PSG jersey... That's the kind of drive you need for your movie to succeed in this COVID times. |
Chibudollar:Fences Flight Training Day. You said "Top 3" but I am going to throw in a few bonus. Devil in a Blue dress Malcolm X Equalizer Hurricane Inside Man American Gangster. |
abduleez1:This "Horror movie line up" is weak af ngl. These wouldn't stand a chance in the days of "Evil dead", "Hellraiser" or even "The autopsy of Jane Doe". Malignant been your best says it all, it was barely a horror flick...more like a thriller. |
Nickshrapnel: abduleez1:I sure did miss it...but numbers are simply off the charts considering the pandemic...and the ratings are gutter quality to say the least, doesn't seems to be stopping the Chinese from seeing it.
|
abduleez1:Which movie is "Battle at Lake Chang Jin"? And how is it pulling such numbers? ![]() |
I think i had the highest return for movies and series seen, since the beginning of the year, this November....what a ride ![]()
|
abduleez1:I say make i just peep one episode on Saturday night, before i know i don dey episode 8 ![]() Top tier ![]() |
Calibrator:As in...that "Enemy" intro by "Imagine Dragons" was straight up fire....sick sick animation style too. ![]() |
DieRich5:Maann "Arcane". I didn't think any animation could top "Invincible" this year for me...but this was straight up bonkers fun from start to finish....so so good.
|
JackBizzle:"Man on Fire", "Philadelphia", "Glory", "Fences", "Hurricane", "Flight", "Training Day", "Crimson Tide", "Devil in a blue dress", and "Malcolm X" where all different ranges for Denzel, if this isn't supreme versatility then "versatile" must have a new meaning. Not disputing the fact that Samuel L Jackson is a good actor, most of his roles leans towards "comedic action" that's his mean niche, so him been versatile is debatable, let alone more versatile than Denzel, the right term will be that he's probably more prolific hence the huge box office returns. Denzel is a sell out? Hmm This agenda is a new one. |
JackBizzle:Same as Denzel. |
thatthickgurl:lol imagine expecting "honesty" and " fairness" from a criminal ![]()

Some network do offer night only YouTube data when you sub some certain data plan and sometimes you just don't know what to do with it.. Just search "Omeleto" on YT and enjoy some of the world's best short films ranging from sci fi, drama, comedy, action etc. The best part is that, most of them are 20 mins max.
|
Kaycee7:That version was done by a choir named "Fisk Jubilee singers", however, sadly, the version wasn't included in the final official OST of the movie meaning it wasn't released commercially hence you won't find it on any streaming or downloading site...best bet it's to extract it from the movie file..or wait a little longer, the song is generating buzz lately, so they might decide to officially release it. |
