If the Nigerian factors won't favour him, Nigerians on Twitter won't be begging him to contest.

2023: vote Peter Obi/PDP for president.

Hehehehe it's not hate
it's politics
SE/SS will never ever vote for Tinubu or any of his minion

it's either SE or SS presidency
or the north continues grin
Okay, we have heard.

Let us all wait for the election.

nope it'll be different this time.
no incumbency power
everything will be on a level.
the north will be after their own interest which is definitely not Tinubu.
the north will be out to support their fellow north(northern politics)
then Tinubu will have no option than to turn to the south for help.
that's when we'll finish him off
ohh I remember
he might not even win southwest sef wink
Let your egg hatch before counting them sir.

another delusion cheesy

Don't worry no need to add SS
they already know better.
2023 is a pay day and we'll never hold back.
this thread is just to refresh the mind of people like you who thinks that they can eat their cake and have it.
nope it doesn't work like that.
Nobody has monopoly over nonsense politics.
we gonna play this game perfectly in 2023.

care for some odorless fufu?
Nwanfor, elections aren't won or lost like this sir.

Elder Godswill Orubebe, the Agent of Jonathan at the 2015 presidential election collation centre and Sen Ovie Omo-Agege are far closer to Jonathan than you and benefited from his presidency but today, they are staunch APC stalwarts.
This was how Omo-Agege defeated Ike Ekweremadu to become the Deputy Senate president under the APC.

In all these, politicians put their SELF INTEREST first and not necessarily what you think should be their Interests. I am surprised that you don't know this.

If Tinubu gets APC ticket, South-South politicians who stand to benefit from APC victory will work for him to get at least 40% of the votes cast in the SS.

YOUR own interest is to prevent Tinubu from becoming the President, their own interest is to see how they can remain in the corridors of power but you are confusing the two.

the slogan remains SE or SS presidency or the north continues cheesy

Seeing people writing long epistle to market Tinubu to Nigerians is shockingly disappointing and irritating

Someone who worked to bring Buhari's regime into power and wanting to take over from him just not because he wants to make Nigeria better but because it was his dream

Nigerians tends to be too forgetful of events or maybe we love to suffer

Where is the credility?

Where are the qualities?

Where is the passion?

The worst is that graduates will prefer to vote someone who's academic qualifications are contestible is mind-boggling and ludicrous

Perhaps we are not tired of someone telling us that farming is better than going to school

This is the second time that Farouk Kperogi is warning Tinubu, Osinbajo and their urchins.

Same way Senator Sani has also mentioned it before.

But Tinubu urchins keep living in denial like they did in 2015 when they painted Buhari as a saint even as his faults were uncountable. Now they’ve come again.

Ndi ala!
The warning is plain childish and unnecessary.

Several people are interested in the number job in the country but only one person can be president at a time, so is Prof Kperogi going to be warning every aspirant to back out of the race except the eventual winner?

If IPOB or ESN are responsible for violence, it is only in the South East

But Fulani herdsmen are killing people in all 6 geopolitical zones, yet it was no problem when it came to electing a Fulani man president
Actually Fulani killer herdsmen became emboldened and widespread after Buhari came to power.

That thread was really shocking. I am aware of Igbos hatred of the Yorubas but the anti-Yoruba sentiments on that thread shows who/what Igbos are and why they must never be entrusted with ultimate power.

Imagine advocating that the Presidency be used to "punish" and marginalize Yorubas?

If they are asking that of an Ijaw man, what will they demand from Anyim, Kalu or Obi?

Most Nigerians (not just the Igbos) are not patriotic.

It is a known fact that Igbos integrate wherever they find themselves and also assimilate other cultures - if that isn't nation building then what is?

As for your last statement, yes Igbos do sort of have a superiority complex which can be a real cause of disaffection but I don't agree that having a superiority complex should be the reason why they are a target for killing at every instance of Riots in the North or why they should never be in the presidency in Nigeria.
Nigerians don't really hate the Igbos or any other tribe.

There is Igbo politicuan that have been the candidate of a major political party, so it seems like other Nigerians don't want them to be president but it's not true.

Forget sentiments, Peter Obi is the best man for this job. Obi has an intimidating CV and track record. Nigerians are not ready to fix the shithole. We don't need people who take instructions from others.

The only person I support in APC is Rotimi Amaechi...that man is a Niger Delta tiger with a good heart. He will step on toes and deliver for the people.

Nigeria doesn't need weaklings at this point because many evil people are feeding from this dysfunctional system. Amaechi is the best minister in this government and did an awesome job as Rivers State governor.

Your comment is filled with hate and bitterness and palpable fear of Mr Peter Obi. The truth is that Mr Obi remains the only politician who has demonstrated with sufficient track record that he can prudently manage state resources. He did not only achieve and in some cases surpassed all human developmental indices as per the then MDGs as a state governor, he saved and invested on behalf of the people of the state. He did not borrow and he did not owe any contractor, yet delivered the state with best rural road network. And guess what, it’s on record that he is the only governor to leave behind a whooping 75billion naira in savings and investment for the state. If we want to be honest with ourselves, such a man is the only one with the capacity to get us out the debts the current govt plunged us into. Mr Obi will surely make your life easier and better! There are few States in Nigeria that have made progress, and those States have paraded the best minds, States like Lagos, Akwa Ibom, Ebonyi.

Those three States are not governed by career politicians. Incidently, Lagos State has made much progress from Fashola, Ambode and Olu. Tinubu was instrumental to bringing these non-politicians into power. Why did Tinub bring up people to govern the STate that are not career politicians and even brought up a Vice President that was not a politician?

Because he trusted them to keep their words. He knew that career politicians can easily be corrupted.

Since Tinubu is a career politician, he can not be trusted to be President. We need fresh minds. Let Tinubu support a Candidate, he is great at that.
Tinubu is a certified Public Accountant and worked for and with global companies like Delloitre, Aramco & Mobil.
He also has his own firms and stakes in firms like The Nation, TVC, Alphabeta, INTELS, Remita etc.

None of the other contestants have this kind of resume.

State Police doesn't mean abolition of the present Federal Police but a multi-layered system of policing.
LGA, STATE and FEDERAL can have their different police services with spelt out functions ,powers and hierrachy. It can even be optional where States that don't want State Police can continue to rely on the present police system while those who want State Police should form their own Police.

Every State should have the rights to defend itself.

In a democracy like ours, to win a presidential election involve tedious , complex and expensive steps ;

1) consultant opinion moulders, media practitioners, youth groups, traditional rulers and religious groups accross the length and breadth of Nigeria.

2) Convince party delegates to support your aspiration and win the party's primaries.

3) Campaign in all States of the Federation, have dedicated and loyal agents in ALL the polling uinuts, ward collation centres, LGA collation centres, Agents in every State and at the final collation centre at Abuja.

There are some very patriotic citizens who can truly help to develop this country, however they aren't doing the above processess that can land them in Aso-rock but it appears the supporters/fans of other aspirants somehow feel that those who are doing the above political processess are bad and should leave the race for those aren't doing much.

Anyone who still stands by the decision he made in 2015 to vote in the present government, is as bad as the government.

Do you even consider other people are going through? We should stop supporting judgments that only favor a few, and be objective.
Bros, let's leave sentiments aside.

What are you doing to search for the candidate that can solve the problems in the land?

There's a world of difference between idealities and realities.

The reality is that the best candidate can NOT emerge without going through the electoral processes which will involve consulting opinion moulders across the country , convincing party delegates to buy into his candidacy and winning the party's primaries.

Why is this right candidate not doing all these but sitting in his house while his supporters are campaigning against those who are doing all the above steps?

One who is well travelled and wouldnt be corrupted by any cabal an independent candidate who the masses support whole heartedly not becos they were given 3 cups of rice in the local govt..one who would built strong institutions and will ensure bad eggs are properly dealt with. One who will sanitise the entire spectrum of govt institutions and would be more focused on making Nigeria a producing rather than a consuming country. A leader ready to DIE to bring down any stronghold limiting the progress of the country . That persons isnt Tinubu. Nigerians can choose him if they like cos i would be long gone from here. So much energy, time and resources has been spent campaigning against Tinubu that it's beginning to look like Tinubu is the problem and that once he is out of the race, there will be solutions to all our problems.

We aren't talking about the right candidate, his plans for the economy, how he will tackle Banditry and Boko-Haram, solve the Herdsmen crisis, his views on State Police and how to solve the Biafra question.

Nigeria is not such a country, America is that country that anyone can just came from nowhere and emerged the president.

It's not hard for you to see people laugh a newbie to scorn in Nigeria who tries to Contest, they will ridicule such an individual.

And it's not very hard for you hear something like "this one hasn't paid his dues yet, he wants to be a governor of a president" what is this dues they are talking about?

We have a long way to go in this country.
Even in the USA, it's very difficult to just come from anywhere, contest for the presidency and win.

Only two people has ever become US presidents by contesting for the presidential election as their first election;

1) Gen Dwight Esseinhower, who was the US War hero in the WW-2 and rose on that popularity to win a presidential election in 1953.

2) Donald Trump: a popular Real Estate, Entertainment and Media personality from a New-York Wealthy Family.
In reality, Donald started running for the presidency since 1998 under small and weak parties until he joined the Republican party to actualize his ambition in 2016.
